TBH, business owner is a lone entrepreneur wolf who wants to do everything himself, but the IT - AI e-commerce system is big at a large cooperate level. I can see the root cause is that the owner needs allies, clients to build the system together with him in the long-term.
In the short-term, money & cashflow are more important to maintain business.
