With subs I became really morning person, like today I woke up at 5:30. Many times it is around 6 or 6:30.
Going to sleep between 23:00 and midnight.

During my current stack, I’ve been sleeping late and waking up early. Doesn’t happen before that I’m getting more sleep than I’m used to and I always wake up drowsy and wanting to sleep back
Today I realized sth else
I woke up around 8:30 as I said
Then slept and woke up at 1:30pm
Now I don’t have that drowsiness and slight recon which. I am talking about.

Days before, even on the second rest day I was having a bot of drowsiness, but now it’s almost nonexistent. But last night(which I was harsh with someone on this thread) I had kinda an intense headache, it was overload, although I totally ran 9 mins, but maybe due the number of titles(3); I got overload.
That’s me (I don’t align with the coquette archetype although I could work on it if I chose to) but I cannot say I didn’t benefit from running Wanted. It helped me resolve one of my deepest traumas which was being an unwanted child in the eyes of my dad. Apart from that, I became more relaxed, comfortable in my own skin, and way more expressive when it comes to my body language (those effects are still present).

How long were you running it?
I guess the next big frontier we have for subs is having name-embedded store titles!
Does it meant that if subconscious doesn’t want something what a sub provides, then a person will not receive results from the sub?

Is this in CWON?
What is quite interesting is that I haven’t had any recon from CWON - what is more interesting is that I haven’t had any recon from my Khan/Wanted custom since i started listening to 5 mins of CWON first (I play them back2back).

Yep. But, CWON was written entirely differently as well. So, the effect may not be as pronounced as in the older titles, because we don’t want to rewrite what already works.

And I’m getting recon on CWoN but it’s different since it seems to not be diminishing my results as much as the recon I used to get (actually it’s doing that only a bit provided my feeling about that is right). On top of that, I feel “stable” whilst in the past that was not the case. I think the fact I’m getting recon on CWoN is related to the fact that it addresses my deepest issues like feeling disconnected from the world, not loving the fact I exist and having some blockages when it comes to expressing myself to the world.

Depends on whether the Q software upgrades go smoothly or not. Right now, I’m having some issues with it.

So if titles are gonna get anti recon stuff and updated primer, will this be a gradual roll out like last time or will everything be updated all at once?

Yea, and I’m also curious when customs would be eligible to receive it as well. Asking as a recent user of Q

Hopefully at once. That’s what the Q upgrades are for. It’ll let me spit a ton of them out at one time, with much of the process being automated.
