Up there is my listening scedule in the nearly last two months, as you can see I got nearly two rest days, but I still was feeling that recon is not finished. Last night in the end of the night I was seeing recon lifted, but again today I felt tiredness and very mild recon.
I just wanna ask do you think I should continue listening to this pattern? 3 min of 3 subs every other day? I assume there is recon from my past when I was listening to full loops every other day, but donât you think since I am listening to 9 mins every other day, even the past recon which is in line would pass and dissipate?

Switching within a few days too many titles and running 3 ZP titles per day is as far as I know not recommended as usage pattern, therefore the results can deviate from expectations or even lead to more recon.
But I am not the most experienced person, it is just my opinion.

People should first try to use things according to the instructions instead of experimenting and asking why it does not work.
It is like a recipe for cooking but instead of trying it according to the instructions to find out how it tastes according to the original instructions and after that changing as little variables as possible you start with just experiment with everything and then ask others why it does not taste like you would like it to.
There is nothing wrong with experimentation but then you should also state clear when your cycle begins and when it ends, and which programs are in that cycle.
Maybe also posy that in a thread with experimental usage patterns so people can easily find it.

I mostly followed guidelines and was not complaining rather asking for saintâs opinion on the issue I am encountering.
I had waay harsh recon when I was running one title and following guidelines, and sometimes I had 2 rest days.

If your question is helpful for more people then a dedicated thread about experimental usage pattern is useful.
When you talk about 3 subs for 3 minutes a day you there might be a misunderstanding. One could interpret you listen to the same 3 subs for the whole cycle where it seems to me you exchange the titles and you more or less keep the number of subs constant. Please define closer what you mean.

If the scripts are written in such a way which if The user neglects some parts of it or does not want the change, like in my case the Nonchalance of WANTED, they should not face recon and the subconscious should simply ignore the scripts.
Hi @Alphamale, in simple terms reconciliation is just the process of change.
Your reconciliation factor will be equal to said change.
Understand that in life if you want to create or manifest a thing it must first be prepared within.
So, if you introduce a program in your stack, your reconciliation will be equal to your distance from this reality. Both inside of you, mentally, and outside of you in your life within the tangible world.
Zero Point is like a staircase, with each listen stepping one case on the stairs closer to your destination (the objectives), ultimately reaching the end goal is to manifest those objectives in your life.
In your desire to trodding the path towards becoming the embodiment of the program, and executing the script wholeheartedly, without flaw â you might face âharshâ reconciliation, depending on how far this beingness and life are distanced from you, and the potential obstacles (internal blockages) on the path towards embodiment.
If a person for example does not have blockages regarding Primal Seduction, he might be able to execute all the objectives within a week. So, there was reconciliation, in a weekâs time a lot has changed but it was NOT âharshâ as you call it.
The harshness, comes from the healing â the component required for you to be able to execute the scripts and achieve the objectives.
In this healing aspect you will reconcile believes held in your subconscious that are opposite from the new believes which are negating or preventing you from executing those new believes.
So in essence your reconciliation, in whatever form it manifests, and the duration of it will be equal to the amount of change required to reach the destination (achieving the objectives by executing the script flawlessly).
Thatâs basically all there is to it.
Iâd like to add though, that forms of reconciliation which decrease you to a state of lowliness â for example; anger, fear, hate, sadness, or whatever other lower emotion will also limit the functioning of your body since we are emotion-based (electromagnetic) and a lower voltage, or charge will also change your ability to express (while communicating) to process information or use other mental components, etc
With that said, I think I covered a lot of ground here.

Itâs not that the scripts have to be written in a special way. Thatâs just how your subconscious works. Ignores what you donât like, evaluates what it does. If youâre âgoing rogueâ on Wanted, some part of you enjoys it. Thereâs no subliminal script that can force you to do anything.
Again, look at the individuals who say Wanted is doing nothing for them â that they received no results. Usually, once they learn about the coquette archetype, they realize that they just donât align with that and wonât get results.

Another question which popped into my mind:
Last night I slept at 3:am
And today Woke up at 8:30am
Iâve noticed this other days also that I wake up at a certain time early in the morning regardless of when I slept(maybe I need 5 hours)anyways, so when I wake up I feel refreshed and mostly without no recon(I recognize that by my vision being so crystal clear and also my mood, these days I have little to do so I sleep; and wake up a bit drowsy.
This happened multiple time or like always.
When we were doing the private tests still for Wanted ZPPF and QZP, I mentioned in my tester journal about waking up early af in the mornings. I remember at one point I asked Saint if there was some sort of âMental Alarm Clockâ scripting in the primer.
Because I was consistently waking up a few mins prior to my alarm going off.
But donât you think with enough âdrillingâ it will work?
By which I mean, at first they only get the touches the subconscious truly likes of it. Maybe reconciling a bunch of things within the script.
Once these are reconciled, accepted, and run on a daily basis, the subconscious might be open to MORE of the scripting that is - to say - âa higher task of the already reconciled things.â
For example.
Wanted is the coquette archetype.
The subconscious doesnt like it, but takes the fun and physical shifting part.
Once that is integrated, you like your looks and having fun, the subconscious could start to reconcile the push and pull with women. At least slightly.
Once a positive feedback loop sets in, more of the coquettish type might come trough.
At least, thatâs how I felt on Wanted back in the testing phase.

But my main question is that why I feel drowsy and kinda in recon when I sleep and wake up again. What is the mechanism?
