got those checked, like im sure its not a health reason behind this rather its a sub’s effect, maybe cause i just added a new title (stark) to my playlist and sometime the body responds in a different way,
you know i never noticed that, like i hit the gym daily, but i never seen how it effects my sleep for the better, maybe i should push myself more into fatigue and failure during sets, i noticed myself being too comfortable while training which sould not be the case, it has to be a struggle
i meant in my reply in the thread earlier is that i face this issue of being super super tired in the morning once i wake up, its not as like a mood you know? its not like being unmotivated to get out of beds or something like that
its just a huge body sensation that i feel so tired and fatigued that i want to sleep more and more and more
however im sure this is not overexposure , cause i know how it feels when you overload yourself
id feel sluggish like a slime that cant think probably its like im a slime. this is different
