I cannot count the number of times I have told fellow members on the forum that LESS LOOPS and MORE REST DAYS are a good thing. They are that powerful.
Even after running SubClub audios for 2 years, am only running 1 loop of each title now. And following the listening instructions to the letter.
If I ever have the urge to experiment or am in an emergency situation where I have to run an extra title or 2 to solve an issue that has suddenly come up, it only happens for a day and that too again 1 loop per title. After which I immediately take rest days.
does that mean beyond limitless ultima is officially retired?
this is extremely frustrating that those of us who are following the instructions are being negatively affected by these highly irrational people who refuse to do the same.
also, my understanding is that you currently have the ability to release 5-7 min versions of all the products that are even more effective then the 15 min version but you are unwilling to release these versions because you suspect people would harm themselves running them too often?
is my understanding of the overall situation accurate?
It’s not that they suspect people will do it, they know people will.
When Q, Qv2 and ZP were released all a lot people have done so far is overexpose themselves.
It’s somewhat okay when you’re more experienced and don’t blame the products -becauseit isn’t the product, but when you’re less experienced AND blame the products it’s an issue.
Does anyone know the best way to act on the feeling of being really tired in the morning and that you can sleep for more and more hours after waking up?
Its not a sluggish feeling. Rather imthan a urge to sleep more even if you get 8-9 hours of sleep
Do i respond and sleep more? Or do i fight it and just wake up , whats the best way to act?
I face this issue from time to time, but honestly i have no clue how to deal with it
Honestly, why don’t people run recommendations FIRST. You will not feel an need or desire to above that. Stop ruining the possible innovation and breakthroughs for the rest of us who follow the exact recommendations. My life has taken off since ZP and knowing what I know now I would be devastated that this preview would be cut off because people don’t use their brain.
I’m sure the founders would like more time innovating and less time explaining things over and over to people who refuse for some reason to follow directions. It’s like following a recipe for cooking a grilled cheese, not difficult.
Make sure you’re getting regular physical check-ups
Exercise and Nutrition
The holy triad of health is Activity, Rest, and Nutrition.
Tweaking one or all of these usually helps. But try to take a slightly longer-term perspective on it. See each day as contributing to a longer overall process. Try not to get too stressed about what happens on one particular day.
One interesting thing about the body is that when you make it tired in the short-term (through healthy exercise) it adapts by generating more energy and using energy more efficiently in the mid-term and long-term.
Individual circumstances and characteristics will vary, but, in general, if you can regularly do a form (or forms) of medium-intensity exercise that you really enjoy, it will really help you to calibrate the sleep cycle and sleep quality.
(All kinds of changing conditions can affect this in the short-term. Drinking coffee. Being stressed about some situation. Exposing your mind to an intense or novel stimulus. Moving to a new geographic location. Whatever. But in the big picture, regular exercise will really help.)
When you’ve got the basics covered. Another thing that helps is designing your lifestyle to be motivating and meaningful. Getting out of bed in the morning is easier when you have somewhere that you want to go.
got those checked, like im sure its not a health reason behind this rather its a sub’s effect, maybe cause i just added a new title (stark) to my playlist and sometime the body responds in a different way,
you know i never noticed that, like i hit the gym daily, but i never seen how it effects my sleep for the better, maybe i should push myself more into fatigue and failure during sets, i noticed myself being too comfortable while training which sould not be the case, it has to be a struggle
i meant in my reply in the thread earlier is that i face this issue of being super super tired in the morning once i wake up, its not as like a mood you know? its not like being unmotivated to get out of beds or something like that
its just a huge body sensation that i feel so tired and fatigued that i want to sleep more and more and more
however im sure this is not overexposure , cause i know how it feels when you overload yourself
id feel sluggish like a slime that cant think probably its like im a slime. this is different

The ones hurting everyone are the ones who refuse to take responsibility and instead complain about whatever happens. Whether they follow instructions or not.
No worries, ZP is here to stay. We’re just not lowering the loop time to 7 minutes until we can figure out how to do it safely. As much as I hate this concept, we may have to completely wall off the 7 minute versions – only certain people who have demonstrated that they can either follow the instructions or experiment without blaming us.
We’re still going to test the booster idea, the playtime will just be 30 minutes (possibly), need to test it.
Yes, unfortunately – we’ve already cracked a number of breakthroughs. Shorter run time is one of them (and no, those spying on us, it’s not the obvious answer that you think). Right now, we’re focused on reducing recon as much as possible.
Shorter runtime? Yes. More effective? That remains to be seen. Theoretically, yes – they would be more effective.
We also KEEP doing this all the time, but nobody listens lol

So I feel you.
I listen to way less loops than what’s recommended and I get sick results (I am at ONE LOOP PER TITLE PER WEEK lol 3 loops A WEEK, anyone get how SICK this is?). Still people are trying to run 4 loops a day just because ONE GUY can handle it on the forum.
I was one of the guys in the ZP testing forum that pushed for 30min listening times down from the hour. Because I never liked having to sit there 2 hours with the subs running. So I AM VERY GLAD you managed the 15 minutes. I am even at the point where I only listen to 7 min of any title before I cut it lol

I’ll join the queue of people who are simply grateful for ZP. Being able to listen to two subs in 30 minutes and not 2 hours is a huge boon in my daily life, as is the reduced number of loops. Following instructions I’ve had no reconciliation to speak of, and ZP goes a lot deeper than QV2. And it’s fast. You’ve done something amazing here. Thank you for that!
Maybe you need the sleep. A LOT happens in our sleep time, and it could be that your body and mind need to process things - the subs included - while your conscious mind is checked out. Perhaps trust the process of your greater unfolding and go with sleeping and that once your whole being is ready and prepared things will shift naturally.
I’m with you, I feel like sleeping these days more than 10 hours a night more often than not. I just go with it.
I got my best results when i had a stack of 2 subs and only listened once every 3 days. I really feel like people should start experimenting with less loops rather than more lol, the less is more statement that saint keeps saying is so extremely true. I think a lot of people would highly benefit from that.
People have also noticed this so much during the washout, where everyone is reporting that they suddenly get a tons more results. That just goes to show you how important rest days are when it comes to optimal results, and you dont need to stubbornly keep listening a shitton.
how does your listening pattern look like when you do 3 per week? each loop on a separate day? and do you listen to all 7min only? I also had much better results with less exposure. ZP is really powerful
I know you guys will crack the code for this too .
But please retain some Recon in there . When we are changing our realities fast , it’s difficult for my conscious to catch up with new reality . Only Recon lets me know ,something is cooking underneath .
