Mine is more of a philosophical question. I want to understand what happened.

How did you feel? Was there something you noticed?

I’m asking, because I was talking with a friend of mine today (after a few drinks). I sometimes have this feeling like I could actually control the reality. I was trying to explain the feeling to him, but it just sounds absurd.

Anyway, there have been some weird coincidences after I have started to listen to SubClub subs. Nothing like a lottery win. But I’ve managed to 4x my business from 250k to 1 million since I started to listen first to EoG and then to Emperor.

I used it off and on for 3 month periods during 2019 and 2020…with breaks in between. Every time I used it I won something significant.

I listened to my custom and stacked RICH shortly after it came out. I listened according to instructions…5 days on and 2 days off. I started with 1 loop/day and built up from that. No other subs…very focused on just this goal. I even bought the Sennheiser 280 Pro headphones so I would be getting all of the benefit from the Ultima. And I used a good quality MP3 player.

I have been thinking about this all week and considering the fact that I never even received a courtesy response from @SaintSovereign to the PM I sent, I decided to post my thoughts here. When I first came to SC, I sent both an email and created a help ticket to get some of my questions answered, and they were both ignored. I finally got a response from @Fire when I posted a “No Response from email or ticket created” thread on the forum. So I guess it shouldn’t surprise me that my PM was ignored.

My above comment that I am disappointed with the broken promise from @SaintSovereign regarding the discount on just built custom Ultimas was an attempt to elicit SOME response that would indicate that my business was valued here. As a new customer who had chosen to build a custom Ultima as my first SC sub, I say this speaks volumes about your customer service philosophy. And to those wondering…NO, I am not new to subliminals…been using them for years with varied results so I know what to expect.

First, let’s tackle the issue of the promise.

What was said was exactly this:

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be adding a (B) side to all the Ultimas, which contains the new core. We’re also going to give a discount at the Q store to those who just built Ultimas to rebuild with the new core – if they want. Like I said, we’ll be creating a new thread for that once we have all the details worked out.

Not only is the actual update v2 and not the B version (two different updates), with v2 being much more resource intensive than the B version, it was mentioned there were details to be worked out.

The issue with the details is this:

Creating a B version of Ultima was more resource intensive than creating the v1 of Ultima. This is due to the way Ultimas are created - they require careful interweaving, and with the B update, this interweaving also received a thorough upgrade, allowing for more information and more input to be delivered to the user. All of this, of course, directly costs us each and every single time a custom Ultima in the B format is created.

Creating a v2 version of Ultima was even more resource intensive than the B version, nearly tripling the required processing power and tripling the cost of each Ultima created.

This of course also applies to Q versions, however there is no need for some of the processes present in Ultima customs and hence the price is lower.

Overall, this puts an incredible strain on the whole process, and opened up a slew of problems when we were discussing a way for users to remake their customs. Discounts would create financial issues, potentially putting in jeopardy some of our innovations that have costed us over half a million to this point and are getting closer and closer to realization. Attempting to create a new process would present potential security risks, as well as pushing the whole timeline forward for at least a year.

We were suspecting this hence why we said, once details were worked out.

Should we have pushed back the timeline a year, including potentially opening us up to disastrous consequences thanks to the security risks?

Should we have jeopardized Project Tachyon that will require at least double as much of the half a million we have already invested into it?

For the sake of this company and the majority of its users, I will gladly disappoint a couple of people. And I can guarantee, that this disappointment will be short-lived.

I am disappointed and disgusted that even though the new B core for Ultimas was already built, and the fact that it was “very, very focused on manifestation”, he never recommended that I wait a week or 2 until the confirmation from the tests on “B” had completed. And he knew that my custom was a “manifestation” sub, NOT a healing sub. So I was never advised that something better was coming very, very soon, and I took his recommendation and built with the original core which unbeknownst to me had “alpha scripting” which was something I did not need.

I told you this. In fact, I gave you a little spoiler and recommended for you to wait using your custom. Since your current custom is extremely focused as it is, upgrading to Ultima v2 is not as beneficial. Helpful, stronger? Yes. But definitely not necessary and definitely not when compared to what is coming.

I find it ironic that someone who has paid between $35 and $50 for a sub will get FREE upgrades for life, and I will get no discount or free upgrade on my sub which I spent $300 on.

Nothing ironic here. It is a simple matter of what is possible and what is not. Building a custom subliminal from scratch costs incredible processing power. Upgrading a major, while still hard on Q, is much easier and is only done once for all users.

@Fire says it’s “not feasible”. Here is how it could easily be feasible :

1. Give a discount coupon which will will cover the price of the fee for the Ultima build. I would not mind paying the regular build fee of $99, but why should I have to pay for the new and improved upgrade that everyone else gets for free ?
2. You could easily refund the Ultima build fee and nothing in your automated process would be affected.
3. Any discount or refund could have been a “One Time Only” upgrade for those of us who built custom Ultimas this year.

So I don’t really believe that it is not feasible, I believe that you do not want to offer any of this. And quite honestly, it is not even about the money anymore for me. It’s about the broken promise, and the constant “sit tight…it’s coming” response whenever anyone asked about it.

We have constantly offered new programs for free, such as Ascension Lite, The Executive Ultima, Diamond Ultima, etc.

We have offered free prototypes, such as Love Bomb which is now a full program in its own right.

We offer constant free updates to every single program we have.

We have offered the LIFE app for free, no subscriptions at all, with all of our LIFEchargers free of charge.

It’s not just about the money for us either, or we would have put staggering prices on each of these like our competitors do. Like how some of them ask for $2000 for a custom that is actually just an empty silent track, or over $10,000 for a couple of hours of work.

That is also why both @SaintSovereign and I have invested ludicrous amounts of personal funds into this company and why we have tracked down and secured incredible investor backing and support. But even after all of that, you need to understand:

This is still a business. This is not a charity. No matter how much we want to just straight up make everything free, we also want to innovate and we also want to eat and live.

We want to innovate the most incredible tools out there and create the opportunity for you to use them. We want to help you change your life. That is why generosity must always be balanced by logic and good business sense.

If my custom had produced any worthwhile results (it did not) and if I had been treated with any kind of fairness, I would not be so upset. In fact, I probably would be building a few more customs this year, as there are a lot of appealing modules to consider. This could have been a really great experience but instead you have made it nothing but a waste of time and money with your broken promises. And I understand that there are no refunds on customs and I am not asking for that.

I dislike sharing anything that was shared with me personally, since I highly value what was shared between two individuals.

But this is simply plain wrong, and I won’t allow you to make claims while knowing they are simply used to create an argument:

Did it not produce results? Or are you refusing to acknowledge them? I distinctly remember advising you to be careful about this, especially when dealing with such a concept as directly affecting chance and fate.

Honestly, I am a bit disappointed at this reaction. While we cannot share much publicly due to competitors constantly trying to gleam any tiny shred of information from us, I assumed our tireless work was evident by the many innovations, products, prototypes and upgrades that we are putting out and will continue putting out. And of course, the incredible results of our customers.

All we ask for is trust in the decisions that we are making, as they are always, and always will be, in the best interests of our customers, this company and our limitless potential.

Thank you for responding to me. I will make a few more points and then be done with this. I said what has been on my mind all week. I am not trying to start any argument, and I am not taking the bait of someone name calling me or judging me.

All of this copied above was told to me AFTER I built my custom, and shortly after RICH came out. I don’t understand why you didn’t tell me this BEFORE I built it when you knew that a new core was coming that was strictly focused on manifesting, so you are wrong in saying that I am just using it to start an argument. Yes, I asked about stacking RICH (which I did) but my question and your response was well after I had built my custom. That was my whole point.

Yes, I had a small win at the casino and a small win on Fantasy 5. I also had those before I started my custom so this was not anything new, but I actually won much less after starting my custom. I was hoping that the wins were building, but they were not. I did feel great…good mood, sleep, etc…so I was not experiencing reconciliation and I increased my loops slowly. I did use it for 3 months without much of anything changing or improving.

I understand your point from a business perspective. I also know that repeat, satisfied customers are pure gold to a business like this. And they bring lots of new customers. And I can see that you have lots of them. I really wanted to become one of them. I am sure you are familiar with the term “loss leader” so I don’t understand why that concept could not be applied to a situation like mine, or anyone else who built a custom Ultima in 2021. Again, it’s a business decision and not personal and I get it. I’m not happy with it so I will move on.
