I listened to R.I.C.H solace this morning and honestly I found it more intense than RM. I downed half a litre of water as soon as it finished which is usually a sign of intense processing for me.
I was working on a project and I felt as though I was able to enter a flow state much quicker than usual, however the intensity was a little distracting as the track went on. Other than that, I haven’t noticed any immediate results as yet.
I plan to meditate with R.I.C.H this evening to compare with my initial experience of RM.
