Hey man, do you care to expand on this? Do you mean to say Regeneration is more powerful or similar to Phoenix in terms of healing?
I’m asking because I already own Regeneration but haven’t run it yet. I am wondering if I should get Pheonix instead for serious healing or just go for Regeneration.

I did my first loop of Phoenix yesterday, and I’m on washout now.
I’m experiencing a lot of mental revelations, like it’s loosening the strangling hold on my awareness.
Lots of emotions today, more than usual.
On a plus side, I finished my cycle of New Emperor and WB. I’m at the local library before heading out, and this attractive woman is in my sight, and my desire is really lit up. I’m really aware of this, as it’s usually kept down.
Gotta go get a physical for work now with young nurses. Just gonna go and not get in the way.
Change is inevitable on these subs.

Holy subliminal what a blast
Khan Black st 4 & Phoenix is incredible
Everytime I am facing my problems I jump into it and start to handle it head on, or body on or full on and I win everytime
I had today after smoking a half joint a Panick attack in public so I stayed in the energy stable but with a full blast of fear and panic.
So after 20 min panic started to subside and the only thing in my mind is : OK I need to repeat this until it’s done.

Even tho I read the sales page many times before deciding to do this, I was scared. I’m scared of the possible things it may bring up because I don’t necessarily want to go through some of the trumatic events I went through in the past.
But it’s time.

I understand. Another thing is my plan was to begin it over christmas and January as I am taking time off. So I can be by myself and not have recon affecting those around me.but i thought what the hell lets begin it now.

I ran one 5 minute loop yesterday morning. After that I felt exhausted. At night I woke up from a nightmare screaming. Interesting experience. I have seen something in the dark room next to me. Later when I was fully awake it was away.
