This is equally true of mental and emotional health as equanimity.
But of course, everything starts with a healthy body. Without this, your emotions will be an uncontrollable river, and your mind will go left and right the with wind in respect and equal to the difficulty of your body to keep the inner chemical chaos in homeostasis.

@SaintSovereign Wondering if this one helps sleep? Does this include most of what’s in Paragon Sleep? I like how Paragon sleep mentions waking feeling incredible rested and energized in the objectives. I’m reviewing this for my father who is +70. He always wakes up sometimes multiple times to go the bathroom. Thinking maybe paragon would heal his prostate to help him make it through the night or paragon sleep would just keep him asleep.

@Phoermes I appreciate your thoughtfulness. He regular goes to doctors and is incredible health, including his blood. Clean diet, active lifestyle, still plays racket sports at a competitive level.

I started running Paragon a few days ago and I feel amazing, like really amazing overall, my body feels so good in a very unique way, I can’t describe it more precisely other than I feel very healthy and alive.
And also my subconscious takes over a lot of times, like true autopilot, one example from the very next day after listening to the first loop:
As I wrote on my journal, the craving for coffee was totally gone that morning, I still missed having a hot drink to start my day so I decided on a chai tea, I knew it has caffeine but I thought it’s ok it has less than coffee, I took the tea container out and then started warming up the milk on the stove, then I opened another drawer and grabbed chocolate powder and poured it in the milk, I used a little milk foamer to mix it up and that’s when I saw the container of tea sitting there and realized what had happened, I completely forgot to make tea and was preparing hot chocolate instead.
It was weird and I almost decided to keep the chocolate for later because it’s not really what I wanted but I thought no let’s just go with it.
I really need to get caffeine free for an upcoming detox program in 10 days but I hadn’t decided to stop caffeine just yet, the program helped me make the healthy choice.
Also on my journal I explained how it cut the craving for caffeine AND nicotine, it’s huge.
Now don’t think the program is a magic pill, but in my case it assists me very actively in making the choices I already know to be right for my health.
I’m smoking one right now, lol. But it has STRONGLY encouraged that I cut back drastically. Like, pretty much everyday since starting I think “man, I really need to cut back.”
