I have almost no beard at all and i hope this will help me grow one
It definitely helps beard, hair growth and nails. I’ve to shave more frequently and my hair is growing longer. (Had a beard for a long time.)
Good news, have bad beard growth and my hair at the top gets thinner
I always had pretty full hair, but over the past couple of years growth slowed down. It’s nice to see how it picks up again and gets fuller too.
ive been using this subs in customs and in stacks so i wanted to give some results . I really need to start journaling more but here i go
- My hair is much nicer now and i dont really do much to it like not even like shampooing more than once a week sometimes.
- my face is more symmetrical and i just noticed this while on a zoom call . Also my eyebrows and eyelashes are growing more
- Need to train more but my physique is a lot nicer and i look alot fitter to most people
- More accpeting of my appearance
- jaw is looking a little better and my eyes are looking kind of cute in a way

Beard fuller, virtually “balding” to thick dark hair
It’s even gotten to a point where my beard got the connection between the moustache and beard in chin and I didn’t have that before

Never ever looked this good, I didn’t imagine I could look this good but the amount of changes to my posture, musculature and insertions, tendons, bones, has caused me to become a new man cycle after cycle

So with the first pic, you had shaved head, but after regrowth found much less hair receding, and did you have areas of complete follicle loss regenerated?
Also, were some greys restored to their original color?
Did you notice any reduced or eliminated wrinkles?
I’m in my early 50’s now and starting to feel the effects of aging, (even though I can still party most younger ones under the table) so this could be a great add-in to my stack.
If SubClub brings out a youth restorer title, I most likely will jump at that. But what happens if it works a bit too well, I don’t want to end up in nappies again
I haven’t been paying attention, everything is thicker and darker with time
Yes the wrinkles and skin improved I went from literal caveman tier of skin care (when I shower) to regularly washing and using an exfoliate cream followed by moisturizer, but I’d imagine to see results even without this new routine because due to postural changes many things changed, I reversed my age with the changes in my curved spine going to normal and my pelvic and jaw alignment fixing (I had TMJ)
You have to understand, this wasn’t some passive journey of me sitting back, I was taken down a journey of real bodily and mental care to change my appearance, but I believe no matter your age if you stick to this for many cycles and journal changes you’ll be very impressed.
(I journal by frequently sending my significant other selfies, we both agree some sort of feature changed, we celebrate)
How did you fix this
First it began to happen naturally, cracking in my back, discomfort, relief, different things that clearly let me know some fixing happened
Things took off hardest 7 cycles in (or 6) when I purchased prioceptive insoles from this place called posture pro (the foot activation one) and from the moment I put these into my shoe I felt it
The next day because of the insoles I had a deep and never felt before pain in the right side of my pelvis (the narrow sheet of muscle covering it
My skuliosis was so bad that the right hip was inactive for probably over 10 years
Month after month I walk in this insoles
I still do
And it has helped fix my musculature and posture even harder than the natural changes I felt during the first 6 cycles or so

First time using this subs. I’ve done two listens now and I’m exhausted. However, on Friday I was feeling tired from a stressful week and wasn’t able to do my normal workout. I expected this would soon pass. I downloaded on Friday eve and was flattened on Saturday. Now Sunday, after another listen in the morning I’m whacked. Can’t be sure if it’s the sub tho… It did hurt my head when I listened both times so it’s definitely doing smth.
Try cutting back the listening time. You can always start with as little as 30 seconds each listening session and then building up over time.
So I wanted to give some immediate feedback. I’ve been doing aot of holistic work and now hypnotism to get myself strong, healthy and powerful. I am just getting over some historic health issues and am looking to be strong. I heard about this sub and was intuitively attracted to it. My results will be a combination of lots of things including exercise, but I’m hoping this sub will give me the edge to make a bigger breakthrough.
So far I’ve been tired (altho cant be sure if this was all because of the sub).
On the first morning after the sub I was definitely struck by how handsome my face was. I know it was only one listen… But something in me had definitely shifted… I also got a smile and a ‘hi’ from a guy in the street, like he was acknowledging me as an alpha (that terminology is so cringe, but it gets the point across).
I definitely have the urge to let my Beard turn into something bigger, but it’s already very strong. I’m looking forward to the lustre of the hair and the chiselled face. I’ve always been so round and baby faced and I feel that I am supposed to be angular and Chad like.
Will update later when I notice anything more. I’m really looking forward to accelerated gains!
Sorry for newb question, but is there any difference between listening in little chunks throughout the day opposed to doing it in one go? My first two times I did two loops in one go.
As I can’t be sure the exhaustion was purely due to the sub, I instinctively want to do the max listening in one go as I like the feeling of stuff happening.
The 2x loops better in one go or split over the day? (I did look in the faqs)
Following the official guidelines, you only listen to the sub once, every other day.
It doesn’t matter if it’s e. g. 3 or the full 15 minutes.
If you’re doing two titles in a day, the only real difference between all at once or each one separately is whatever works best for you.
Try each and note the differences.
