Try cutting back the listening time. You can always start with as little as 30 seconds each listening session and then building up over time.
So I wanted to give some immediate feedback. I’ve been doing aot of holistic work and now hypnotism to get myself strong, healthy and powerful. I am just getting over some historic health issues and am looking to be strong. I heard about this sub and was intuitively attracted to it. My results will be a combination of lots of things including exercise, but I’m hoping this sub will give me the edge to make a bigger breakthrough.
So far I’ve been tired (altho cant be sure if this was all because of the sub).
On the first morning after the sub I was definitely struck by how handsome my face was. I know it was only one listen… But something in me had definitely shifted… I also got a smile and a ‘hi’ from a guy in the street, like he was acknowledging me as an alpha (that terminology is so cringe, but it gets the point across).
I definitely have the urge to let my Beard turn into something bigger, but it’s already very strong. I’m looking forward to the lustre of the hair and the chiselled face. I’ve always been so round and baby faced and I feel that I am supposed to be angular and Chad like.
Will update later when I notice anything more. I’m really looking forward to accelerated gains!
Sorry for newb question, but is there any difference between listening in little chunks throughout the day opposed to doing it in one go? My first two times I did two loops in one go.
As I can’t be sure the exhaustion was purely due to the sub, I instinctively want to do the max listening in one go as I like the feeling of stuff happening.
The 2x loops better in one go or split over the day? (I did look in the faqs)
Following the official guidelines, you only listen to the sub once, every other day.
It doesn’t matter if it’s e. g. 3 or the full 15 minutes.
If you’re doing two titles in a day, the only real difference between all at once or each one separately is whatever works best for you.
Try each and note the differences.
To the people who’ve run this for multiple cycles -
Does having LotS in your stack feel like it drains your energy? Or do you think it adds to your energy levels?
For me it doesn’t feel like a drain (in the sense: I am not exhausted or tired when using it), LotS scoops up the energy that is in the system, working on the areas you’ve taken action for. (With less energy in the system, less will shift.)
if you’re eating and sleeping right it shouldn’t be that bad
I didn’t work with LotS yet but what i can tell you is i listen to physical shifting tracks on saturday night before sleeping and “rest” next day. Your daily activity + physical shifting might be draining. Once a week should’ve help you reach your goals, maybe do 2 if you can handle that well.

Hi can anyone explain / has experienced any significant benefits by running this sub without any substantial workout . Also will this heal any injury , like tendinitis etc
As I have injured my shoulder and unable to workout presently, will this sub still help me build muscle
You might be able to work around it by doing isometric exercises. Also just some light cardio that you can tolerate would be something. From what I get it does have some stuff to support tendons, and joints, and ligaments, that’s why I was wanting to add it to my stack- for the recovery help and stuff like maybe injury prevention. edit: I was referring to Spartan Apex in my reply.
Yes, I have. The same with WANTED and Spartan.
I won’t go so far as to say that any sub will heal any injury, but I will say that the more ideal subliminal for your case would be Paragon.
LotS and Paragon could give you what you’re looking for, I would go for Spartan and Paragon myself.

Just realised I’ve been able to easily stick to my cut for longer than ever. I’m not fat, but I end up eating too much every now and then due to stress and stuff, meaning that I’m basically stuck on a maintenance diet. Trouble is I want to be super ripped and Shredded.
This is definitely a development since listening. I’m impressed!
Start doing to facial massages to release right muscles in my face and holy smokes it worked and I feel myself actually be able to have good tongue posture. Also I’ve been getting a lot of synchronicities in regards to looks and stuff like that .
I’ve grown a some facial hair and it’s been really well received

Is this same thing as face yoga, I don’t know where I read from it but for a few years ago I read that face yoga could have negative sides(cons) like inater years it might loose face muscles and create more wrinkles etc or when you stop doing it, do you have knowledge about this
