The way it’s going atm from playing loop after loops for hours down to what we currently have with 15 minutes means I meditate way more than I listen to subliminals. Soon it might just be a minute a week or something lol. It’s not that hard.

I guess this is why journaling is so useful. The baseline changes almost imperceptibly sometimes. Easy to miss from the “inside”

I’ve noticed this, when I’m ‘in recon’ or having trouble owning aspects of the sub-I see them reflected externally in what I perceive other people are bringing or what I am at the effect of rather than effecting.

I had played emperor for 3 months prior to going for khan and there’s been a time my sexual life was terrific. I’m guessing Ql might be to dense hence the slow results. I’m in my second day of washout and I plan on removing Ql st4zp from my stack and instead including R.I.C.H zp. Hence Wanted zp, Khan st4Zp and R.I.C.H

I’m currently doing Khan TR with only 5 minutes of listening. It’s amazing how much faster the time from listening to execution works this way. I would probably listen to the whole sub if I wasn’t stacking it, but this makes it so much easier.

i wanna ask you here since ive been wanting to inquire about this more.
so for instance if I decide to hit the 7 minute protocol for listening to my subs, I listen from minute 0 to 7m every time.
I don’t have to care ever about what comes after 7 right? just minute 0 to 7 and then put it to rest.

and from minute 7 to 15 never gets touched? or do i next time do 7 to 14?
these questions are the ones that make me hesitate with this approach, i always think that theres some “outro” thats necessary.
yes this was discussed before. you will always skip the last minutes.
seems to be an repetition of the first part. so you didnt miss anything.
And there is the ZP Primer maybe at the beginning of the file but these are just guesses. Only the creator knows.

I don’t really know exactly how it works, but I’ve seen mentions about 3, 5, and 7 minutes. So it seems like maybe the primer is 1 minute long and one repetition of the rest is 2 minutes each etc up to 15 minutes. But this is just pure speculation on my part.
