Similar to a building that shattered to pieces but at the same time the foundation is replaced with special steel that withstand every challenge.
I wasn’t in the state to leave my house so I left my house and had a somewhat pleasant evening.

My intuition is calling me to jump on stage 2 
I’ve always had a love and hate relationship with the first two stage of Khan.
I will begin my washout and start soon Khan St2.
In the next few months there will be a lot of change in my life, regarding work mostly. I will have to finish my research paper. I am currently finishing the project I have with my client which I have to present in a press conference march 23.
After that is rushing my research paper and appliying for job. I am planning to go directly to where I want to work in march/april in march/april see If I can meet someone.

Keep in mind, st1 and 2 are not super fun to run. The fun start at stage 3…In my case it started more at the end of stage 3.

It’s funny I remember that on my first run through of TB in 2020, but now it’s actually pretty comfortable, like a shower.

The second cycls is very dépendant on your life circumstances.
For my first run in 2019 I did like 30 days each stage… A little bit less I think 29 days (back in the days you were running subs every day for a month hahaha).
It turned me in a guy who is not getting laid to the guy she tells you not to worry about. So like. Thr key here is taking action. I was at the bar every weekend, I was on tinder, and I had a 2 week vacation where I got out 13 times (like different groups of friends invited me to different places hahaha). I was active. Sometime seeing a fwb just before going out to get that “sex” smell

I can handle a lot but this sub take me to my knees only to rebuild me stronger at the same time.
I can’t do more the 2 listening days then I have to throw in 2 listening days with Sanguine +Primal or Sex Mastery
The effects of st 1 are so massively profound to me that it’s like a reboot of reality every day where I have to reconstruct my reality.
I like it very much but I have to go slow for it to work properly.
Non the less I am a fan of this sub allready.
I can’t wait until Saint drops the new Chosen from Within.
