Quick Ways to Activate Khan Black on Day 1

A birthday gift to me from my local spiritual store. Thought I should be a bro and pass it along. I’m going to do this everyday on my next KB cycle and see what I notice. I’ll assess if I want to go get a teacher and deepen the practice.

Yes, I have tried the Qi Gong recommendations, though without a teacher. I noticed flowing energy and it did activate KB more than usual.

The 5 tibetans is a simple and awesome practice that gets the energy flowing very well while gently stretching and strengthening the whole body.

It takes about 15mins and is really worth integrating as a daily routine for increased vitality and longevity.

Edit: I just read the page and they forgot to mention to connect the breath with each movement.
All rites except the first is usually taught with connecting the inhale/exhale with movement.

He literally just rehearsed Sadhguru’d words as if it is his own.

We should not talk about things someone says as if it is in our own experience and surely he has no personal experience, perception or knowledge about this crescent he is talking about.

And these exercises are almost like Yoga, it is said that yoga was the true origin many many many millennia’s ago (much longer than what historians believe) of all the streams of Spirituality in the east and that they are just variations that grew out of one source as it spread thorough these lands. So they are all somewhat connected like Qi Gong is just another form of yoga adapted for a slightly different purpose perhaps.

There are interesting stories about this. Practices that move the body with conscious breath is always great for circulating the energy. All such practices have that purpose, physical movement plus conscious breath leads to wilful direction of the energies.

There is so many cool legends and stories about human history and the origins of things, it is quite fascinating. We should recollect all this as the present is shaped upon this history and not lose this.

I do Surya Shakti and Surya Kriya they are absolutely great techniques that cover many benefits.

I never practiced Qi Gong before, but when looking into the movements of the teacher that Saint shared a while back I´ve recognized them looking veeery similar to the way I dance and sometimes move in everyday life. That was before starting Khan Black too. I´m sure many of us are at least semi-conscious, feel and flow with our own natural current without paying too much attention to it. Fascinating stuff.

Three months finally done.

KB St1 was quite interesting. Had it in a custom with Khan St1, combined in a stack with New GLM and New Wanted. So they’ll probably paint how KB St1 expressed.

More expansion in some things I think are core to the process.

Breathing

Immediately after my first loop my breathing began to shift. There were moments where I suddenly notice I haven’t taking a single breath for an extended period than normal. I panic that something was wrong somewhere, then consciously force myself to breath and start regulating my breathing pattern.

I noticed radical (up and down) sporadic shifts in blood pressure, heart rate, relaxation, internal pressure and nervous system regulation.

Over time, that leveled off and my breathing shifted from my use in nervous system regulation to now being some sort of medium to move awareness through my body.

Also there was a pattern of recon where my breath freezes like a deer-in-headlights situation around beautiful people, but everything else is normal, just my breath. Then my chest locks up a very short moment after. And it feels like there’s a window to breathe closing in on me or something goes really wrong.

When it happens I respond by relaxing and just keep trying to get breath back up, even though my body wasn’t responding. Sometimes it continued even after the encounter was over.

Happened continuously for 3-4wks, and with the amount of manifestation of beautiful people around me, it was a real training ground for composure.

The breathing pattern applied in different situations and for different purposes were mostly things I knew just felt the intuition for when and how to apply them.

Also when I tried to control or induce the sudden breath cessation, it never worked.

Healing

The healing cycles through basically everything relating to intimacy, attachment, relationships, sexuality and power. I mean everything, if you can think of it and relate it to the fields listed, it cycled through it.

The context/topic of the healing came weekly and it cycled through everything relating to that context.

The healing also happened in real time (guided actions that give maximum impact for what is being healed). I think new Wanted and GLM had heavy influence on this.

The theme at the endpoint is basically a feeling of freedom to express and create anything in any way you desire, especially yourself.

Energy

Already had slight developments and results prior to this, but this was like going to university for that.

Here I just noticed moment where my usual energy perception just seemed offline, I couldn’t sense anything or anything happening. This usually happens after my bout with recon.

When it comes back online it feels like the energy passing through my body itself got a qualitative refinement—something was stripped off, which allowed for higher quality.

Gradually, I started overheating again, like on Khan, but this was next level. I’d need to get chilled by winter cold for close to 3mins to return to baseline, had to end my shower with COLD water or the overheating happens all through the day.

The energy reflected on both body and mind— body exhausted and mind very much “awake” and vice versa. And strength/capacity for more

Recon directly related to this was very similar to Khan TB where it feels like my “energetic” system is taking continuous relentless hits, but I’m somehow staying alive. Except my mind was mostly clear and some days where I cycle through almost infinite amount of dreams.

Sleep

Sleep quality jumped up in the first month, but started declining by the first week of the third—broken sleep, weird sleep cycle that changed cyclically combined with overheating and exhausting dreams.

I think this was the result of my body trying to find a balance between the breakdown/healing, script processing and struggling to channel the now denser energy flowing through it. And then failing at doing so (Should have gone straight to KB2 at this point :man_facepalming:)

Habits

These had a very seamless integration.

  • Breathing regulation
  • Awareness play—here I’m just moving my awareness around my body, but not focusing on the fine details and just observing the general feel of the area—tension, vibration, pressure, blood pressure and rhythm. Like how the eyes go unfocused to hold a wider view. Now I can split it between my torso and lower limbs, and it reaches the area below my belly button to a couple inches before my knees.
  • There is no set timing or schedule, anytime during the day, usually before/after sleep or even when my body is in motion
  • It’s getting easier to do both habits at the same time, prior to this it felt like I was splitting my attention.
Attraction—sexual, romantic, wealth, general

My advise here?

Don’t think much of it. You best cast away every preconceived notion you have in this field.

Well I have an answer for you: in your reality anything is possible, most feel it and want to get consumed by or be part of it. Your reality is strong, very strong.

You will see behavior that you used to believe is reserved for the “special ones,” some will not even make sense.

PS: If KB St1 works exceptionally well for you, please and please use of St2 is heavily advised before any form of switching or sub hopping. You don’t want to experience why, trust me😊
