It’s typically not recommended to run stage 1 and 2 together on any multistager.
Stage 4 does combine stages 1-3.
I would just run though the program and
Methodically go through stage by stage then stay on KB4 for awhile if what you’re after is a combo of KB1 and KB2.

I can’t tell in general, but if this anxiety is somehow linked to some sexual trauma, stage1 will do wonders.
Eg, if you’ve been destroyed by pornabuse (like me), KB1 will help heal.all these traumas and thereby help you with your approach anxiety.
Sexual energy and increased charisma might help too.
If this isn’t an issue for you, my first idea would have been Primal.
From experience Primal, perhaps combine with KB. @Parsifal has a great point and excellent suggestion.
Shyness and approach anxiety are usually stemming from other fears and anxieties than sexual. But this title nevertheless will help you in a way where you might override those because of your new found comfort and increased desire to take action regardless(sexual energy). The confidence boosts and resilience.
But if you want to go deeper into your shyness and anxiety another title would probably process faster in those areas than this one, like true social, DD and primal. Those are focused on the social, but anything with focus on status and confidence will also help. Of course healing titles as well.

Made the unforgivable mistake to take KB out of my stack around my month ago…
Now it is back and life is soooo good. In addition to just feeling fantastic and glowing from the inside, it is just incredible how many very tangible real world problems that just suddenly gets resolved when I’m running KB. Fantastic sub.

Do you feel this intense energy boost from stage 3 on stage 4 as well?
And if so, was it from the beginning, or did you need some time on stage 4 before the energy returned?
Started st. 4 before Christmas (have used KB more or less constantly since release), but if I remember correctly, it was a pretty smooth transition from st. 3 to 4 for me.
But overall, I don’t really feel much intensity anymore. It is more like having the most powerful nuclear reactor working very steadily but powerfully inside me.
Can someone please share their experiences of using KB stage 3.
I hate to be a party pooper but KB is the only title I didn’t notice any tangible results on. I ran it for six months in total. I’m really susceptible to energies yet I felt none of it on KB. I ran St1 for two or three cycles. I’m not saying I didn’t benefit from it since it could have been beyond my perception, yet seeing all what people say about KB I’m in doubt.
I didn’t practice any kind of energy cultivation.

Did you only ran St. 1?
IIRC many reported tangible effect starting at St. 3 as 1 and 2 are more about repairing and building the energy pathways.

However, the results were the most tangible on St1, and later on not so. It may mean I need more healing (St1) or just practice energy cultivation or both.
