I meant about the subliminals you and Fire produce why don’t they have official release dates listed?
Like there’s no “released on this date” shown anywhere
And when you update an audio version, it also doesn’t show the updated release date for that subliminal
Is there a reason you keep release dates hidden or not shown publicly?
Why are you asking all these questions when you haven’t even run a single sub from SC yet?
The version is listed on the file itself if it’s been updated. It’ll say something like (Jan 2025) in the title. If it’s the first version of a title, like HERO, sometimes we’ll forget the release date. Also, all new releases are listed here on the forum page for the associated title. For example, scroll to the top: it was posted 21 days ago on June 16th. All new titles and upgrades have an associated forum page.

I would start with one, or if you do both, make sure you begin with what we call a microloop, which is a 30s - 3 minute loop, once a day or every other day. This allows you to safely gauge your response to the title without committing too much. Over time, you slowly increase the listening time to the point that you can handle. I am currently running the Earth stage of HERO: The Light That Blinds and I started with 10s and have made my way up to 30s.
Today, I’m finding myself a tad bit on edge, so I know that 30s is my optimal sweet spot for now. I’ll run it at 30s until I stop being on edge and will adjust to 1 minute. This process will continue until I can run the full 15 minutes.
Start slow, take action.

Well I’ll be switching from ST4 to ST2. I’ve had my privacy invaded, my trust broken, and I’ve never felt such hate before.
I’m stacking Hero ST2 + KB ST1.
I’m assuming that this is a very private, emotional matter so I won’t ask about it, but if you feel this level of rage at something that happened, I would recommend waiting a day or two before running a title with emotional healing. Just to let things settle a bit within the self, because an emotional healing title can bring it right back to the surface.
That being said, Water’s method of action is much different than a standard healing title, so it may not have this effect, but I am still inclined to give you the heads up.
Is this a typo? Is daily listening to microloops recommended now?

I don’t believe what I’m seeing right now, lol. I’ve been talking about this for over a year. I’ve even openly stated that this is the method I use, I always use microloops.
I don’t think I’ve seen you mention that you are listening to the sub EVERYDAY
I thought the standard schedule (every other day) is still recommended, just with microloops instead of full loops
I also understood microloops are treated as regular loops and require one off day in between listen, this is new to me.
Also interested, I would prefer to do daily micro loops over longer loops with rest days in between if it still gives ample time to process, as I find the off days typically have more recon effecting work and such.
I’ve only seen you agreeing with someone microlooping LB everyday since it worked well for them.
Other than that, i completely missed it, lol.

This isn’t a new listening pattern, everyone. Just something I’m testing – 4 days on and 4 days off, most likely. The reason I was running it everyday was to find the sweet spot – the point where I’m starting to feel on edge, which I discovered today.
