Idk what to say abt my diet, i will say its pretty dull
I need to eat hostel food
So here
Morning:
Sometimes bread and butter/pasta/Roti(tortilla ig) and cooked vegetables, basically indian food
Afternoon:
Rice and cooked veggies
Night:
It depends , out of 7 days,
two days will be chicken,
1 day for egg,
2 days veg,
2 days-paneer(made from milk,indian food)
And yes,i have been skipping breakfast past some days bevause i keep getting late because i need to sleep late due to assignments and all
I do eat snacks at 6 pm or 7 pm. Which is straight up fat
