Ok i will do that, i think skipping breakfast continuously for a week led me to this, plus i accidentally skipped lunch day before yesterday because i was just taking a nap , but being o tired i straight up slept like three hours, and when i woke up, it was 6 pm.
Anyway i ate some street food later on(i avoid these but here i have not many options).

For now i just want to lose fat, do you think adding EMP Fitness stage 2 will be better in this case ? I just want to lose some weights

Tbh that is probably the issue lol. Even subs that don’t have physical shifting will burn calories, more so with the ones that do have physical shifting.

I have used customs that have had both Wanted Black and Spartan and now my stack has Wanted Black(custom) and Hero and I am fine, I am even slimming down and putting on mass. I still eat a bit more though, but I also take supplements to help with nutrition

I found the spongecake method very helpful to determine If your stack is too draining. When feeling drained eat a proper piece of energy rich, processed cake or something similar. If it’s getting quickly better, your stack is prob too draining.

Yes, i see how LOTS and dense program like HO can cause this, i will take care of my diet and not being careless abt it

Also if you want to use Emp Fitness 2 that’s fine, LOTS will get you there too, but Emp Fitness 2 is more streamlined and will probably get you there faster.

It should be lighter than LotS, but I don’t have much experience with EF2. Had it only in one custom afair.

A bit off topic but I was looking for the Book of Five Rings in Singapore airport today even though I’m not running HOSB (yet).

I wasn’t there but I had one over these moments where a book on the shelf just speaks to you. The book I picked up is called Thick Face, Black Heart and I’ve never noticed it in the EU/US.

The book is written by a Chinese woman and has its own take on the warrior archtype (to some not a very virtuous version) and it has blown me away so far. So definitely a strong recommendation for anyone who wants to sculpt his inner warrior.

We haven’t just suggested it, it’s confirmed in the copy. This is not the magnum opus version of HERO. That’s awhile away. This is the beginning of the journey.

How would the combat scripting in this sub work for someone who doesn’t practice martial arts or anything like that?

Will it push us to start a practice? Will it build up in our mind as unprocessed sub information?

Recon finally fading away and also, did a very protein rich meal lol, and after 30 mins or so, my energy levels were restored and was able to pull off my pending assignment!!!

The stack was definitely draining for me!

Hero is something else….it really has me questioning a lot of current situations in my life. Situations that I am holding onto for personal reasons, and I’m starting to question which ones I need to let go of, so I can do what is best for me, even if it means hurting others.
