When I played rugby there was a kid (about 17) who was only 5-4, 135lbs, but he was THE hitter on the team. If there was a 300lb tank that nobody could take down, they’d send Sheldon.
This little guy was the reason they were provincial champs no doubt

This is a small thing but anyone notice that this title isn’t called HERO: Origins but HERO Origins? More fully HERO Origins: Sage and the Blade.
The first time I was referring to the title, I kept calling it HERO: Origins. Until I referred to the sales page and saw I was wrong.
Which is why H:O wouldn’t be the correct acronym even if HO is a hilarious one.

This morning I found myself reflecting on the “Sage” part.
As in, it’s not just Hero Orgins: the Blade; it’s Sage and the Blade.
On the one hand, Wisdom, and on the other hand, precise, timely, efficient Action.

That is very true. Lets give it due credit in the acronym then:
HOSB. Although even that acronym makes my twisted mind chuckle. Hahaha.
Personally, I have given up on acronyms. Just name the whole thing. That’s me. Makes it easier for newcomers to understand what am talking about. And also makes me feel like am talking proper, if you know what I mean.
Find myself not resorting to acronyms these days. End up just writing the full form rather than the short form. Maybe it’s BDLM making me feel FULLER lol.

I have been listening LOTs with hero. 1 min legacy+ 2-3 mins hero, alternative days and sometimes with two rest days
I am facing very low energy, exhausted etc ? This might be due to Ho or LOts or both, not sure which one is causing recon?
Any light on this @anyone !

LotS can be pretty energy intensive, in combination with a new and dense sub even more so. How is your diet? Maybe try the spongecake approach?
It could be both, have you had anything like this happen when you were just listening to just one of them?
What helps me is making sure I am drinking plenty of water and eating enough as well as getting plenty of rest. Also sometimes when it comes to physical shifting a lot of the grogginess that I get can sometimes be alleviated by just physical activity in general.
Going on a walk, doing some calisthenics just to warm up my body and muscles, even if I’m not working out, or even just stretching.

i feel lower energy too. but it’s mostly from the new activities that I do after I started using HOSB.
the feeling is similar to when I became really productive after I used mogul + DRLD. i did more stuff than usual and that made me have less energy.
I like HOSB more too now that you said it
