@AnswerGroup how would Hero Origins mesh with the risk-taking aspect of Genesis?
I want to focus on taking more risks, having more fun, and expanding my identity via that avenue of adventure.
I also want to continue to cultivate moral and spiritual virtue.
I don’t want these two things to clash, as they always have within me. Like a virtuous man has to be serious and isn’t allowed any fun or adventure.
I expect a bunch of recon from that combo, but a lot of growth too if I can stick to it
I think there is no conflict at all. Genesis is an extremely versatile program that helps to lead in to any other program that you’d like to run.
Yes, it has ‘risk-taking’ scripting. That is another expression of its overall focus of COURAGE. It means opening up to appropriate risks that one may have unnecessarily shied away from due to fear of change. It’s not a program that transforms you into a thrill-seeking danger fanatic. Rather, it helps you to relax into change and move with greater openness and confidence in your chosen directions of growth. This means that Genesis supports the listener in taking more effective action. That’s the point of the so-called Risk scripting.
That feature will mesh extremely well with Hero. But, honestly, it will also mesh with any of the other subs too; as well as with any of the goals that you may have chosen for your self and your life.
That’s a great result, but surely you should be able to use a lot more than 65 lb DBs x8 for Incline Press if you can do 2 plates for 8 reps? Maybe H:O affects the lower pecs more than the upper pecs

On my side upper pec is weaker then my lower. Genetics maybe? No clue.
The very reason I recommended Rebirth to you a couple of months ago. 
Although, back then you were taking about the impostor syndrome.
As of yesterday, I’m running them both.
So, after a few weeks, I can tell you if there’s anything else, at least from my own experience.
I can relate.
I have had similar feelings at times. Still do sometimes. But I think the tension between the two was much stronger when I was younger.
Truth is I don’t see that much conflict between them right now.
Hmm…I guess nowadays, for me, Risk and Virtue are sort of focusing on two very different dimensions of life.
Risk for me is about Scale. In other words, ‘How large do you want to live this life?’ ‘How many people are included in your sense of ‘The World’?’
In contrast, Virtue, for me, is about Style. ‘What values, what characteristics, and what qualities do you want to express as you live this life?’
Risk, for me, is about ‘Large’ vs ‘Small’
Virtue, for me, is about ‘Good’ vs. ‘Bad’
You can have a Small Bad life or a Small Good life.
You can have a Large Bad life or a Large Good life.
I think that combining Genesis and Hero will help with living a Large, Good life.
As for the “fun” part of it all, the virtuous expression of fun is Joy.
Hm.
So, I’d say, the more you crack the code on how your nature expresses and receives Joy, is also the more you will resolve the apparent tension between Virtue and Fun.
So if you ever make a custom for this, haha, consider including Song of Joy (and maybe Joie de Vivre, Emotions Unfettered, and Carpe Diem Ascended).
Or just play Revelation of Mind and/or Revelation of Spirit which will also accomplish all of those things.
Anyway, I wish you incredible amounts of Virtuous Fun.

Ok after a week of HO, here re my results
Physical results:
my mastery over subjects is phenomenal, today was a class test(will affect my GPA), and the way i wrote in exam was incredible. I was so calm and composed and i have an attitude it will be too easy, bevause i was able to visualise the topics, tweak it, and calculate in my mind, all i did was a little studying yesterday.
Personality
i have more integrity in what i do, tbh i have this boredom kind of attitude where life feels very easy(since its boredom might be little recon)
I finally see how to master my studies and perform in academics, my performance boost within a week wasnt expected.
Anyway there’s many thing happening, and its too drag to write every detail, but i can say this title is GOATED
I have the feeling that HO has a physical shifting module. My abs seem stronger without doing anything about them ? Have you had this kind of results ? I use only HO for the week
Nope i haven’t,i am just too fat to notice abs 
Anyway besides jokes, i have noticed i am more conscious of my posture. And i feel more energy in my body. This could’ve been enhanced but my energy has been consumed by LOTs, but after adding HO, my energy is very balanced
And yes one more thing i was able to predict my opponent’s moves while playing any kind of games.

I mean its expected to notice results related to posture, abs etc, because it has lot of combat scripting and do you think @SaintSovereign would put such scripting without preparation for the body? Ig it will influence our fitness to a significant level
I bought this sub not for the martial arts but for the still mind, focus, calm but I enjoy also this physical aspect

I think HO + LoTS + Spartan would be a natural stack.
I think it would be too energy intensive? Because as saint mentioned, HO script is as long as WB, not sure abt density,quite smooth for me

1st time ever showing that well. I’m also back below 180lbs. I dipped below 180 in August but quickly bounced back to 187 after a few days. Now 183 is my new ceiling and I’m working my way down.
