This sub is really dope ! I have never been as calm as I am now ! Calm but productive also. When I feel something start to go wrong I just think to myself “Samourai activated !”, I visualize the samourai and back to the great calm !
73 kg for 188 cm seems to me quite not enough. I am 170cm and around 70 kg and I am lean/muscular.
Exactly my point, I had an unhealthy insecurity that pushed me.

To stacking Hero Origins and LBfH:

I’ve been running this with… oh that’s funny as shuck! None of those last 5 are ones I have run this with. You’d think with the typical number of subs I run concurrently one of them would have been in there.
Right now its a combo of KB, IG, HO, and Ultimas.
The one thing I can say about this one so far is that its sure causing its own unique “alchemy”. I had this period post 3am last night waiting for sleep to overtake me where the meditation was just effortless in that the body was in the perfect position not to strain and the mind could just float without excessive breathing. And during the day coding and watching videos; beginning to get an understanding of ray casting and the input context of where things are pointing/oriented… I can’t say it was perfect but there is the satisfaction of having strategy and watching that strategy gradually be stepped through, codewise.
That verbiage no doubt does the experience no justice whatsoever. Lets just say the level of additional focus is welcomed.
Let me pay attention to that during my next workout, remind me a couple of times if needed
Though it has a long script, its one of the smoothest title i ever ran, i gave myself two rest days after 3 min exposure and my experience was very smooth
Update: less exhausted after doing practicals today, i focused with ease . And i noticed more self control,
Suppose, i need to wash my clothes ,i will have a moment where i will fluctuate between " i should do it " and “nah will probably do on sunday” and everytime laziness wins, but nah not this time , a new thought interfered and said , “c’mon hardly it would take only 10 mins to clean these 2-3 of clothes”(due to cllg, i generally wash my pile of stored clothhs at weekends). So i just did it
I noticed the same thing happened when i was procrastinating with my studies, though its not perfect yet but still very powerful
This is after my 3rd day of listening with khan and hero origins
Normally when I run khan I run it with 2 other titles but for some reason I have really good flow factor with it ( it made me more disciplined and ambitious than khan) so I always felt it’s effects more than any other sub in my stack so I always got more noticeable results with it . Now that I am running it with hero I’ve noticed that it is working alot deeper and alot of the difficult aspects of Khan are tempered with hero . Taking action is alot easier than before
Hero has begun to shift me into the growth mindset which is something that I have really struggled with as of lately. Also I noticed that after my first day back at the boxing gym I realized that I was taking note of alot things that other fighters were doing and noticed little by little Integrated that . I noticed during partner drills I had a voice in my head kind of guiding me to be more mindful of what I’m doing and I began catching myself during mistakes . Also one of the head coaches noticed I had a hiatus which is weird because he never actually paid attention to me when I was coming regularly .
With women I havent really noticed anything major externally outside of a couple compliments .

Out like a light, groggy on waking, deeeeep sleep.
Definitely doing a doozy on me processing wise but it feels good too. Been semi-productive but extremely motivated today.
Worked through some fears and did a comparison of 4 YouTube channels I want to emulate, and created a vision of what/why I want to create content - mainly to enhance my own learning and access flow states more than for anyone else
Those of you in the gym, particularly those who lift weights – please do comment if you notice any performance changes.
What were your strikes like? Faster? More accurate?
The day after when I was shadow boxing I could understand how I could get more power into my strikes. But I did notice when playfully sparring with one of my friends my hand speed was quicker .
Also grip strength has improved alot
100% Stronger in the gym. I’ve only ran a couple loops so far, and may switch out hero for professional reason’s currently, but I’ve certainly been able to get more reps in the gym, while doing more volume, which typically brings my strength down a bit. Also to be noted, this is while on a cut I’ve dropped like 3-4 lbs the last couple weeks.

Endurance is much higher, and I’ve noted that I’ve been training for at least 30 mins extra everyday since adding Hero.

Mentality at the gym is more focused on becoming better at lifting, rather than just lifting heavier and heavier.

Been noticing that I flex a lot more, to see exactly which parts of my muscles are lacking, and intuitively find the best exercise and angles to target them.

I always had this thing where I would help out people here and there, and gave training programs to others, but since starting Hero, I’ve been approaching anyone that I see struggling, taking time out of my own workout time, just to help them out and correct their form.

Lastly, and this could be due to many other factors too, but I feel more alive in the gym than anywhere else, and I really missed this feeling, cause I have had a bit of a disconnection after the “vacation” period haha.
I have noticed strength gains as well, as well as my overall recovery seems to be faster.
While working I was actually running up the stairs faster than usual, even though I went HAM on my legs just hours prior to going to work.
I have noticed my hearing seems to be sharper as well.
I’m on my 2nd week of LOTS, so this is not a pure result of Hero Origin, but two things:

I ran Hero on Monday prior to my 4am workout. The “Push” workout was nothing out of the usual, but by Monday night, my upper body looked visibly bigger. My chest and shoulders were popping and my abs were more visible.

Today I stacked Hero with LOTS prior to my workout. Last week I was using the lightest band for my dead lifts and only able to do 20-25 8-second reps. Today, I used the next band up and did 26 8-second reps. So i was able to do roughly 25% more resistance for more reps.

My diet is better and easier to choose healthy options.
I am being constantly reminded of my responsibilities :)).
I am realising how my dad has put into everything so that i can lead the best life i can, not being studios or productive enough, is making me feel guilty. Like i am getting more emotionally kind to them, realising sacrifices of both of my parents. It sucks i am 20 and still doing nothing for them besides they have been paying my college fees and ,only thing i can do is work hard, which i think i am not doing enough:)))

I’m ngl HERO seems to be doing a really good job picking up where Total Breakdown left off.
Total breakdown did its job….a really good job and it showed me what I really needed to do and let go of to become the best version of myself.
HERO is guiding me through my internal world and helping me pick up the pieces and moving forward on my path of self improvement, while also making me take things at a steady pace, and not to bull rush into growth, cause I understand now that trying to rush deep change never works for me. I am learning to become more patient and take it one day at a time cause growth never stops.
