The way the script works is masterful and was adapted from Emperor Fitness. Basically, most people don’t realize that there are subtle inner processes – almost imperceptible unless you’re paying attention – that actually limits their physical script. The scripting helps “quiet” those issues temporarily while doing something that requires physical strength, and when you push past your normal boundaries, THAT becomes you new baseline even when you’re not using the title. Obviously, you can see how this would eventually equate to incredible feats of strength in actual training.’

HeO may be one of the best subs to use for people who are too self-aware to go down the path they’ve set out for themselves. One that’s based on an exceptionally solid foundation.

Though, it might take some time for the virtue scripting to seep in properly and give its full potential.
But the payoff is worth it. This is one of the more consistent effects I’ve gotten from HeO, so I’m sure people will get this too given enough time with the sub.

There’s healing?

Well, I guess that sums up the healing experience, rofl.

HeO did help me with healing, but it was more indirect compared to other healing subs like LBFH & DRR.

One example is how HeO helped me meditate better, which indirectly healed many parts of me.

If you have problem with insecurity, HeO will “heal” you with its resilience scripting.
If you tend to overthink, HeO’s composure component and many others will help you heal the root cause in its own way.
If you have problems with finding a purpose in life, HeO’s fulfilling aspect can be seen as healing.
Etc.

In a way, HeO will help you heal if the path that HeO is guiding you towards happens to coincidentally heals you in the process.

HeO feels more like Mogul, I add it to the stack and it just adds more wealth into my life. It adds more than it fixes compared to healing subs.

Started running Hero again at the beginning of January and I’m expressing it in completely new ways that have made other people say “whoa.”

First, I want to update this last report from Dec '23:

As for those “whoa” moments, it seems like I’m experiencing the mastery scripting in a whole different way now. Like “seeing into” the nuances is naturally occurring more and more. And understanding how to apply them in real time is happening fast.

There’s more awesomeness happening on the physical side of things too: the sharpness of movement and accuracy, the resilience, the speed, predicting others’ actions, etc…it’s fun.

I think 8 months of DRG last year made a difference in how I’m processing subs overall now. And after that much exposure to the virtue and regality scripting in DRG, the load of the virtue scripting in Hero isn’t as “heavy” this time around (probably) and other aspects of the script are able to shine through in more obvious ways. That’s my best guess so far…

Anyway, Hero is :fire:

It definitely seems to hit the subconscious a lot deeper than some other subs I’ve used.

The other day when I enjoyed one of the methodologies that usually brings me closer to my subconscious, I found I was using energy healing or transformation techniques I hadn’t really studied deeply almost automatically, and being closer to that body-wisdom helped me avoid a problem that could have led to me over-heating and passing out.

I wonder if the fact that it’s been modeled on some of these more adaptive martial traditions (like Five Rings) has helped the acceptance of the program/suggestions more. Despite the number of amazing manifestations I’ve had so far with the program, I seem to have this kind of calm detachment from the sub where I just silently monitor my usage and try to keep a routine with it, and watch the unfolding continue. Whatever it is that is doing this, I reckon if it made its way into the other subs it would improve uptake and execution a whole lot.

The product seems to ramp up my sex drive to an uncontrollable level. I did find a solution though when i stack it with limitless it seems to calm it down and I can focus on more constructive things.

I was concerned that this title may push me to follow the 7 rules of bushido but so far its been ok.

@SaintSovereign is there something in the script that ramps up your libido ?

Anyone had experiences of people afraid of being judged whilst running hero I walked into the shop and said hello to thr cashier. She randomly commented “I never got time to do my hair” so it doesnt look so great".

I dont really care.

At thr gym a young girl was coming off thr leg press. I said hello to her she replied “ohhh i cant push my body weight just yet as you can see but i am working on it”.

I find this behavior very odd.

I expected this from ASBR but not hero.

Will integrate Khan Black into Hero to give more of an edge. This morning when i went for my morning walk. I always greet this elderly gentleman with a good morning he sits outside his house.

This time round he replied good morning and asked what do do you do for a living.

I told him and we had some small talk he was ex military retired. He then responded “You should come and have a beer with me one day”.

I politely said sure and wished him well. Never had that kind of response before.

Interesting thing I found while running Hero Origins. While investigating the Taoist Neidan practices, and other practices linked to them, I started looking into the Japanese concept of hara, and ran across the work of a guy named Okada Torajiro, who developed a system of sitting meditation known as Seiza. In his writings he made a number of interesting statements like this:

If there is no strength in the tanden, vices such as jealousy, envy, wrath, greed and distrust appear.

Pride, laziness, moodiness, suspiciousness—all these come from lack of force in the belly.

For those who are running this sub, that are looking to find some method of taking action with regards the virtue scripting, it sounds like practices that develop strength through the hara could be worth looking into.

Almost no brain fog, my thinking is crystal clear with this one. I suspect there’s a laughing script in it because I was chatting away with my colleagues today, speaking my mind and laughing a lot. This hero product also seems to make you speak only when you genuinely want to it’s hard to explain, intellectual debate works well with this one. No worries about anything.
