At thr gym a young girl was coming off thr leg press. I said hello to her she replied “ohhh i cant push my body weight just yet as you can see but i am working on it”.
I find this behavior very odd.
I expected this from ASBR but not hero.

Will integrate Khan Black into Hero to give more of an edge. This morning when i went for my morning walk. I always greet this elderly gentleman with a good morning he sits outside his house.
This time round he replied good morning and asked what do do you do for a living.
I told him and we had some small talk he was ex military retired. He then responded “You should come and have a beer with me one day”.
I politely said sure and wished him well. Never had that kind of response before.
Interesting thing I found while running Hero Origins. While investigating the Taoist Neidan practices, and other practices linked to them, I started looking into the Japanese concept of hara, and ran across the work of a guy named Okada Torajiro, who developed a system of sitting meditation known as Seiza. In his writings he made a number of interesting statements like this:
If there is no strength in the tanden, vices such as jealousy, envy, wrath, greed and distrust appear.
Pride, laziness, moodiness, suspiciousness—all these come from lack of force in the belly.
For those who are running this sub, that are looking to find some method of taking action with regards the virtue scripting, it sounds like practices that develop strength through the hara could be worth looking into.
Almost no brain fog, my thinking is crystal clear with this one. I suspect there’s a laughing script in it because I was chatting away with my colleagues today, speaking my mind and laughing a lot. This hero product also seems to make you speak only when you genuinely want to it’s hard to explain, intellectual debate works well with this one. No worries about anything.

Do you mean in terms of the “custom core + 1 module” dealio I’ve seen people discussing? What module would I want this with if I put H:O in a custom?
I’m a little out of touch with the module list ever since the number of them exploded, I only ever created one custom back in 2020ish when I actually had the money to do customs. The rest of my stack has been with the main store titles.
Really I guess it would depend on my sub goals. Either way I would stack with KB to provide the additional energy for the transformation. I would probably go with one of the more esoteric modules, like the ones geared towards working with energy. Probably Energetic Transcendence or SAM//VANA, based on a quick Google search of the Q store.

Hero is pretty good actually with khan black. Nothing fazes me. On hero i dont feel a need to talk so much but when i talk people listen.
Saint mentions it optimizes you mentally and physically so there has to be some physical healing right ?

I used to believe i needed limitless however since running my hero/kb custom. I am so confidemt in myself and what i know i dont neeed it anymore. I have the confidence to breakdown code, learn new technologies carry out problem solving and debating my point of view.

I feel more like an “anti hero” then a hero but those who want to be an anti hero can also run hero.
Everyone has their own view of what an anti-hero is, depending on the lens they’re viewing it through. It’s more about someone who doesn’t follow conventional patterns that people typically associate with a hero

You already posted a thread about Yoga being “demonic,” and you were warned there. Religious intolerance and harassment over it is a hate crime in the United States. You (and anyone else who wants to do this) will have to take it elsewhere.
Hero has helped me really understand that people are shaped by their backgrounds and upbringing. They may not necessarily be bad but may have gone through difficult circumstances. Judging someone solely based on first impressions or initial feelings is unfair, as their past experiences often influence their behavior. Theres a girl from romania who lives near me everyone knows she is a s*x worker working in the red light district. The neighbours look at her with disgust.
But who are they to judge her. She obviously went through some extraordinary circumstances to endup working in a window. When I see her I make an effort to always say hello to her and talk to her as shes human like everyone else on this planet. She now giggles when she sees me and always greets and talks to me.
People who use to ignore me or say nothing smile or greet me now. I have stuck to a 6 min loop as if it seems to work well for me.
I really feel khan black is a really good combo with hero. Keeping the loops short 6 mins worka fine for me. Khan black fills you with energy but its not “horny dog” energy more like for vitality.
Hero appears to have the emperors voice maybe not or maybe its just a symptom of executing hero. My natural leadership skills seem to come ti life on this one.

I still can’t believe people say spit like that in 2025. It speaks to me of the shallow depth to which people are willing to research to understand a topic. I’m glad I had experiences in my earlier years which steered me towards researching original sources rather than appeal to fallacies.
