Here is my personal fun fact about how to maximize effects of the Subliminals by using both Masked and Ultrasonic version at exactly same duration. What I really mean is play Masked version for 3 minute and then Ultrasonic version for 3 minute then go on to the second Subliminal, do the same process and to ramp things for maximum effectiveness ended with Ascension Chamber. For 3 minutes each version. So a session of 3 max Subliminals Threshold (AC boost things for physical manifestation and remember this beast is on ZPT+ level of information hit strongerst (except if you have a custom of ZPT^2)
Second step is sleep integration.
Head to sleep, quick nap or anything that made you dreaming. Amd Boom waking with your new reality.
Reason for this was a long time a go, there was a discussion about Ultrasonic hit directly with physical effects. To see if it’s true for myself when all the people are saying that it works best on physical.
It really does and that’s been my personal experimental listening.
It can lead to high reconcilation, you have been warned. So stay safe and remember less is more.
