How about stacking this with Regeneration?
How can i know which one to choose between this and rebirth?

I would just run one until you get a good gauge on how the healing sub affects you. Two Healing subs could be a bit much. Each approach healing from a difference angle, so all are valid and encouraged to run at some point.

Limit Destroyer is more about dealing with self-limiting thoughts and beliefs, such as I am not good enough, I don’t deserve love, I am not worth much, I can never reach goals in life because…

Others are more encompassing on the mental and emotional side with blockages…

Rebirth has been updated to Phoenix Reborn with latest ZP tech and the New Subliminal Experience, so I would go with that, if you are prepared to take the plunge. It could be more intense and cause more recon than Regeneration.

It depends on what your personal aims are.

Read the product descriptions and see which resonates with you most.

Thank you brother
I’ve already listened Regeneration stacked with Ascended Mogul for 2 cycles. So you suggest try it alone or stack it with another type of sub?

Hi @Maelstrom, depending on your level of healing needed to reach your goal, 2 cycles may not be enough. Regeneration is a slow healing sub, I know people that have been on it for 6 months to a year.

Dragon Reborn: Phoenix is the most updated newest tech, I’d recommend giving that a try. Just know you need to be somewhat experienced and ready to handle radical transformation.

Personally, if I was focusing on mental and emotional healing, I would just run Phoenix. It’s very powerful and transformatively profound.

Else continue to run a 3rd or even 4th cycle of Regeneration.

Sounds like you have you some other material goals and that’s why you’ve been running Ascended Mogul along with it.

Ascension tiltes can take a while to build momentum, and get stronger and stronger over time. (At least that was my experience)

So unless your goal posts have changed, you can continue as you were.

Listen to your intuition and go with that.

Hi @IndrasNet , thank you. Do you suggest try it alone or maybe i can stack it with a little bit of Ascended Mogul?

And what about stacking it with a physical healing title such as Paragon?

So the new Phoenix title is recommended to try it for at least a cycle by it self, it’s that powerful so they want people to take it slowly and cautiously.

Stacking a healing and physical shifting title could cause heavy recon. I know those are both heavy totals alone.

What IndrasNet said is correct. I don’t know how much experience with subs you have.

I suggest go Phoenix alone or keep up Regeneration.

If physical healing is more of a priority use Paragon.

If the goals of AM are important to you go that. (with either of the above except Phoenix)

Follow the ZP listening guide.

Each of us is unique. For me 3-5 min loops is sweet spot for each title in the stack.

Switching subs often is not recommended. When you find ones you are flowing with and getting good results, remain with them for a few seasons to reap the most benefits.

As it was pointed out, long-term listening can really bring about solid change and also gives you a chance to integrate it.

I’m planning to take this baby out for another spin with KB 2, and CWON starting next cycle. I feel like it’s the magic ingredient for my stack at the moment. I can see some potential overlap with CWON but also a lot of synergy. And I feel that it will help me make the most of KB.

How is it working out for you, the Freedom part?

Are you using this and Genesis as your Cores?

No, releases happened, ideas changed… you know life as usual in SC
Now Im in st3 of Khan Black with LB and SB

I started with 3 minutes of DRLD this morning, and 5 minutes of the new LB just minutes ago.

I know I’ve been stuck. Uncomfortably comfortable. For many, many years.

I’m tired of being in this spot. Amazingly so, I know recent subs have been helping me see this pattern.

What’s more remarkable to me is I don’t have and don’t need a blueprint for where I’m going. What I’ve known most often drew me back for more.

And I’ve been seeing that that’s why I’ve been circling the same fears, the same hindrances, the same lifeblocks.

I’m not totally sure where I’ll go later, but that’s a victory to me.

So, DRLD for at least one cycle. I need to find my base. And I felt what the sales page spoke of this morning: both excitement and being terrified.

Time to let it happen!

Don’t feel bad. I started my first cycle of Love Bomb yesterday. Thirty second loops. Tired of feeling bad about myself which always leads to self sabotage at some point. I put up with so much that someone who loves themselves and has self respect would never tolerate.

Yeah. I relate. It’s hard to accept that I do what I do to myself too. Very hard.

I tend to be hard on myself when I admit this to others, and after I wrote that post above, I turned on myself. I found myself kicking my tail this afternoon. Found a movie about kindness and forgiveness. Made me tear up a bit. It softened me.

Just like the DRLD copy says, we lay the bricks. We orchestrate our lives…I orchestrate my life…to do it again and again and again…while wanting something good. Something kind. Something caring.

Because being kind to myself is often not my first move.

LB and DRLD are right on time today.
