And what about stacking it with a physical healing title such as Paragon?
So the new Phoenix title is recommended to try it for at least a cycle by it self, it’s that powerful so they want people to take it slowly and cautiously.
Stacking a healing and physical shifting title could cause heavy recon. I know those are both heavy totals alone.
What IndrasNet said is correct. I don’t know how much experience with subs you have.
I suggest go Phoenix alone or keep up Regeneration.
If physical healing is more of a priority use Paragon.
If the goals of AM are important to you go that. (with either of the above except Phoenix)
Follow the ZP listening guide.
Each of us is unique. For me 3-5 min loops is sweet spot for each title in the stack.
Switching subs often is not recommended. When you find ones you are flowing with and getting good results, remain with them for a few seasons to reap the most benefits.
As it was pointed out, long-term listening can really bring about solid change and also gives you a chance to integrate it.
Thank you guys, you really made It clear
I’ll go another cycle with Regeneration and AM, then i’ll start Phoenix with the new year.
This box art reminds of yugioh
This was weird
I’m planning to take this baby out for another spin with KB 2, and CWON starting next cycle. I feel like it’s the magic ingredient for my stack at the moment. I can see some potential overlap with CWON but also a lot of synergy. And I feel that it will help me make the most of KB.
How is it working out for you, the Freedom part?
Are you using this and Genesis as your Cores?
No, releases happened, ideas changed… you know life as usual in SC
Now Im in st3 of Khan Black with LB and SB
I started with 3 minutes of DRLD this morning, and 5 minutes of the new LB just minutes ago.
I know I’ve been stuck. Uncomfortably comfortable. For many, many years.
I’m tired of being in this spot. Amazingly so, I know recent subs have been helping me see this pattern.
What’s more remarkable to me is I don’t have and don’t need a blueprint for where I’m going. What I’ve known most often drew me back for more.
And I’ve been seeing that that’s why I’ve been circling the same fears, the same hindrances, the same lifeblocks.
I’m not totally sure where I’ll go later, but that’s a victory to me.
So, DRLD for at least one cycle. I need to find my base. And I felt what the sales page spoke of this morning: both excitement and being terrified.
Time to let it happen!
Don’t feel bad. I started my first cycle of Love Bomb yesterday. Thirty second loops. Tired of feeling bad about myself which always leads to self sabotage at some point. I put up with so much that someone who loves themselves and has self respect would never tolerate.
Yeah. I relate. It’s hard to accept that I do what I do to myself too. Very hard.
I tend to be hard on myself when I admit this to others, and after I wrote that post above, I turned on myself. I found myself kicking my tail this afternoon. Found a movie about kindness and forgiveness. Made me tear up a bit. It softened me.
Just like the DRLD copy says, we lay the bricks. We orchestrate our lives…I orchestrate my life…to do it again and again and again…while wanting something good. Something kind. Something caring.
Because being kind to myself is often not my first move.
LB and DRLD are right on time today.
Yesterday I did 5 minutes of DRLD in the morning. It came in slowly, but exactly like DR itself, it hung on, keeping me focused on the goal.
A buddy asked how my day was via email, and I shared I was off and had been all day. Like I couldn’t “not pay attention” to harmful thinking I circled around.
My buddy, who’s never done healing subs, was concerned. This morning I replied to him, and I’m pasting it here.
Beginning of reply:
"This is normal recon for a healing title attached to the name Dragon Reborn. Just like DR, it had me focusing on things I hold on to which hold me back.
And that was ok. I chose this title because I keep going in circles, unable to see why.
One major holdup did show itself. I became aware that I’ve depended on others…to make my decisions for me. Yes, I do this. I couldn’t see it, and that’s difficult for me. I’ve lived in that childhood mentality my entire life.
I will admit this. A few times yesterday I had this belief that I couldn’t make it alone.
That’s the sub working because that very belief was why I sought others out. The sub is working. It’s very active.
And I thank God it’s a DR title. Because all the support scripting keeps my head above water. Just like DR itself. That’s why the original DR is so popular. You’re not mired in defeatist thinking 24/7.
And DRLD’s focus is eradicating “I can’t” and other limiting beliefs. That’s why I chose it."
End of reply
I am currently listening to DRLD as well as Phoenix… Much of what you said resonates with me, Here’s to constant healing, growth, and elevation.
This sounds similar to how NSE works. I wonder how different it is from the NSE we have now.
@Sub.Zero I am working on 2 customs, each has 2 cores, would it help to add DR LD to one and Phoenix to the other? ASBR with Index Gate and EMP WTP with EMP HoM.
Usually, it’s much better to do healing separately, at another time. Usually before. Moreover, it would be too much scripting, given your two customs.
I would do thorough healing first and then go for the customs. Or I would run Phoenix along with the Emp. custom only, and then LD along the other one, and then run both customs only.
Another approach would be adding to both customs modules that could replace Phoenix and LD.
Why do you want to run Phoenix and LD specifically? What limits do you want to overcome (LD)? What patterns do you want to reframe (Phoenix)?
Before what?
The instructions for DRR say to run Ascension followed by Emperor before running DRR. I was confused for a long time as to why that is but I think I understand it now. It’s about building the foundation and mindset to be able to handle and process whatever happens when running DRR
Before working with highly advanced concepts (scripting) like those in HoM and ASBR, for example. That’s what he wants to do.
DRR contains quite advanced concepts and that’s why it’s advised to run Ascension and Emperor before.
Another thing is, he wants to run Phoenix and LD. It’s okay to stack them with “building” titles but he wants to work with a lot of advanced scripting. I don’t recommend that.
However, to be more specific in my recommendations I need him to answer my questions.
