Seems like everytime I listen to AC (after the other two in my stack) I got very tired… anyone experiencing this?

I am using the new Asc Cham V2 and I noticed its 15 minutes now instead of 7. Is that intentional? @SaintSovereign

So I became a sakadagami after asencsion chamber . Obviously it was not the first listen.

But really feel it creates the little inner temple you can hone and elevate your mind in.

Excited to see What This version can do

I tried the 15 min one, Started seeing 4 kasinas when meditating and got high as a kite super intense experience

I haven’t tried it yet. If the 3 minute version isn’t out by Friday, my AC day, then I’ll try the new version but only 3 mins.

I might try the full 15 mins if it was right before a 5 day break or washout.

Ascension Chamber Hack

Let your complaints and negative inner talk work for you.

When something happens that bothers you, if you find yourself reflexively complaining, change your complaints into their positive versions.

Instead of saying, “I’ve got to get the hell out of this company.” say “Move into work that I really love”.

Instead of “I suck at this”. say “Use my talents” or “Find projects that use my talents”

and so on.

Now every time you would normally have been complaining (and unintentionally pouring emotions into things that you do not want), you’ll be building your connection to the things that will make your life great.

It’s much simpler than that.

Think of driving a car.

When you focus your eyes on a point ahead of you on the road, the car naturally goes there.

What we focus on grows stronger. What we focus on with emotion grows stronger still.

So when you get frustrated and angry, you have a potential manifestation tool in your hands. But when people get angry, many of us focus on cursing what we don’t want, instead of summoning what we do want.

It’s logical enough, but it also ties you to what you don’t want. Like a guy who steps on a pile of s**t and then gets so mad at it that he pulls back his leg and starts kicking at the pile of s–t over and over again. (He really taught that pile of s–t a lesson! Unfortunately, it’s now covering his entire body.)

So just grab that drawn bow of anger and take it one more step, letting it point you towards what you do want instead of at what you don’t want.

It’s that simple.

But yeah, where you look while driving is where the car goes, so don’t focus on the cars in the oncoming lane, both metaphorically and literary :sweat_smile:

A strategy is to find or make up some sort of mental or physical token that represents the desired outcome and then focus on that - gently guiding your attention and creative force towards it, when you otherwise would forget to do it because life :man_shrugging:

Welp, I’m going for it tonight. I have two listening days left before my 5 days of no listening.

So being that it’s my two title night, and it’s a Friday, my Ascension Chamber night, I’m going for it. I’m gonna listen to the 15 minute Ascension Chamber. So that’s 45 minutes, probably not a good idea but I’ll have a chance to recover and see what happens.

Surprised AsCh v2 with a duration that is 5x its intended amount isn’t causing issues for people.

I’m a day after, listened right before bed last night. At this time I am not feeling or noticing anything that warrants commenting on.

That was 45 minutes of zp2 3 different titles. The most I’ve ever done in one listening session or day.
