As the title said, I’m back with the most foundational stack I can think of for a man: GLM + LB + G:AoH.

Yesterday I started to follow the new recommended listening schedule with 30 seconds microloops of the 3 titles.

I already started that stack at the end of August but with the old listening recommendations.

So tomorrow it’s going to be the 5th listening day of 30.

I feel highly magnetic, lighthearted and joyful on this stack, especially in the rest day.

Strangers approach me more outside of the gym.

Clients approach me more at the gym.

There’s no sign of disrespect whatsoever and people are getting warmer everyday because they are a reflection of my warmer & happier self.

I started another “hobby” to enjoy an old passion of mine: car design…but with a twist.

I’m using AI to play with it and so far I’m exploring the beauty of it.

Also I restarted to think and daydream of my incoming soulmate but this is the first time I’m confident she’s entering my life.

I’m pretty sure that cultivating self-love, inner joy, inner Peace and happiness is the missing key of attracting the life of my dreams.

Genesis worked so well for me because I was cultivating those things and when I started to chase other external stuff I lost my true power.

However I’m regaining it now faster than ever with this phenomenal stack.

Euphoric feelings and light happy mood today.

I attract a lot of stares.

Life is much better when you’re filled with positivity and people/situations reflect it back to you.

So far it’s the best stack I run since the beginning of SC journey.

Now I can graduate to 1 min loops tomorrow.

Till the last week I listened to GLM solo and then the other listening day I played LB + G:AoH. The recon was evident and sometimes intense.

With the new listening instructions the recon is so low and manageable that it feels like “cheating”.

I guess the anti-recon of GLM is influencing LB & G:AoH because they are played back to back.

I feel like I’m beginning a new life where everything I wanted is inevitably attracted by my new base frequency.

It’s something that goes beyond my conscious awareness though. It’s more like a new and constantly rising subconscious frequency.

At some level I know that I shifted to a different perceived reality, somehow and someway.

At times it feels like living in a parallel version of myself.

The core of my identity is clearly affected by the best version of myself.

Played 1 min loops of the 3 titles this morning and I had a pretty clear mind and peaceful thoughts until something at work triggered some that kept busy my mind during the commute back to home.

It was about the perceived external authority of my manager and his new input for the upcoming new season at the gym.

So my little egoic side tried to be rebellious towards the new guidelines. However from a logical standpoint they make sense and so there will be new “gains” for us by following them.

The whole rebel phase wasn’t too intense but I managed to reframe it and go back to my recently gained higher than ever baseline.

It’s definitely better to reframe everything that happens as a positive occurrence, no matter how hard is received from an egoic point of view.

I just want to see everything as something that benefits me both short and especially long term.

That’s how you build a true dream & heavenly themed life for yourself.

Fun fact: yesterday it was the second time in 3 days a small group of people asked me to take a photo of them.

The last time happened many years ago and it was an isolated event.

My mother commented about it by saying that I inspire trust.

Pretty much every day I experience moments and situations where someone or something warms my heart up.

That’s a very reassuring theme where I know for sure I’m supported 100% by my whole reality.

Noteworthy things happened today:

  • Stormy mind during the commute to work that lasted until I approached the gym
  • A new client told me (cute woman in her 30s) he choosed me as the trainer to create his first workout schedule because she saw the positive reviews about me. The strange thing is that I didn’t know there were reviews about us.
  • I feel more confident about my communication skills, especially the non-verbal ones.
  • Another client asked me some info about how to book an appointment to create his workout plan. So I told him that my working shifts are in the days he’s busy but there are other trainers available. However he was disappointed and said “I like you” and he was looking for me to do it instead. Then I ended up booking 2 more appointments with his friends. The strange fact is that I made a pretty good impression immediately, without even trying.
  • There’s something different about how I look when I watch my reflection in the mirror. Positively different I would say, but I cannot pinpoint it exactly.

This stack is the ultimate cheatcode for a pleasant and fulfilling life.

You’re in for an amazing ride. I ran a similar stack except EE instead of Genesis—the GLM/LB baseline bqs a profound affect on how you see and interact with the world. Best of luck

People are warming up and seemingly glowing up in my presence because they’re reflecting my new joyful-without-any-reason self.

They are genuinely happy to see me and interact with me. They are more open and touchy too.

Sometimes they give me compliments to the point of almost embarrassing me in public.

Their smiles are so radiant that it’s unreal to experience them in person.

The main receptionist girl at the gym stayed 10 minutes after her working shift just to give me precious advices to get more PT clients.

I’m grateful to be supported/loved/cherished by my reality.

I know for sure that experiencing heaven on Earth is possible as long as you stay in the power of love, joy and peace.

I guess David Hawkins’s Power vs. Force is spot on.

A strange synchronicity just happened…I was scrolling through my Facebook feed and then a post a a guy who bought 2 pizzas for 1000 Bitcoin (worth 35 USD several years ago) caught my eye.

Then after few minutes a contact of mine, who went radio silence for several months, sent a me a message out of the blue to ask me if I know someone who wants to sell several thousands of Bitcoin, obviously for a generous fee for both of us.
