7.4.2024, 2nd washout day.

Still lots of processing going on,
light pressure at the temples.

Feeling good about the next performance tonight.

Need to take a day off for a bit of hiking in the sun.

Next cycle The Gentle Opening of an Oyster v2 & Shapes.
Let’s see how heavy TGOoaOv2 is.
Goal is to build up to the 3 subs (the two above and A.).

Might take a while.

I tried to forget

got stirred up

Exactly the way
it happened
in the past.

All the emotions
came up.
Unpleasant.

But.

The frame was different.
While all the sticky FUD
was there
it was clear
how to take it out.

The conflicts were
easy to defuse.

No bad feelings left
in the situation.

FUD shrank
to it’s natural size

It isn’t gone

But the fear to touch it is.

Within an hour after listening
I already feel
the perception shift into hyperfocus.
Interesting.

Body is warming up quickly,
as expected with Shapes.

Hyperfocus is never switched off,
which is a bit weird.

Had one of these very vivid body horror dreams. (I was pulling glas shards deep out of my left hand, then looked into the wounds.)

It was a weirdly jolly dream. I was very happy with every clean pulled out shard as no vein or muscle was damaged.

I like the energy of ASBR.
Pulling everything together,
