E:E makes me reevaluate my approach to subs in a quite fundamental way.
In the past there always was a temporal aspect to subs informing the stack and how long I would run them. With ZP there normally would be a quite tangible, imminent effect, which would continuouisly build up as long as I listen to it and would slowly decrease after I stopped listening to it (finding eventually a slightly higher baseline than before).
This lead me to plan the 3 customs to be run open ended in a kind of ongoing maintenance mode to raise the new baselines over time.
I ran E:E now for roughly one cycle. Besides increased productivity the best measurable result is the ability to relax the mind, meditate and fall into trance.
I just had a relaxing meditation session with a calm, silent mind for ~70 minutes. For comparison: I normally have (had?) a mind that would not shut up. Not for a moment. Every meditation session was kind of a struggle. This is a very new experience. E:E results do not feel like “normal” ZP results.
Sub results for me often felt like going with the vibe of it, getting intune.
With E:E this is, as advertised, a skill. I can do that now. It’s a distinct different perception of results.
So instead of integrating E:E into my usual stack, I am contemplating to make a name embedded E:E (+Deep State) in ZPQ format and run it with Shapes for a couple of cycles til I am confident, that these skills are fully formed and permanent to then move on.
