Logbook Through the Starlit Sea (Schedule, Results, Mood & Currents)

A couple of observation on E:E.

E:E is a quantum leap for meditation and trance work if you have a chatty mind and/or have a hard time to focus. I tried many other subs and modules in the past (Clearmind, Deep State etc.) but nothing comes close to E:E’s effect. Very helpful.

Like EoG(1) E:E feels like hard subconscious work. The new ZPU “recon” is absolutely fantastic as the usual avoidance techniques won’t work with E:E.

A word of caution regarding E:E and MDFY: One Goal in the same stack (or the same custom). It is an insanely powerful combination, BUT when you are not working straight towards the One Goal something similar to recon happens, like an ongoing asskicking til you get back to work.

Awesome to see it helps with meditation, planning on using it partially for this use case as well.

I tried it solely for work. The meditation benefit was an unexpected bonus. (And very tangible as I have normally an incredibly chatty mind.)

Super cool to hear. That was one of the biggest objectives that stood out to me as well (mental clarity/calm).

E:E makes me reevaluate my approach to subs in a quite fundamental way.

In the past there always was a temporal aspect to subs informing the stack and how long I would run them. With ZP there normally would be a quite tangible, imminent effect, which would continuouisly build up as long as I listen to it and would slowly decrease after I stopped listening to it (finding eventually a slightly higher baseline than before).

This lead me to plan the 3 customs to be run open ended in a kind of ongoing maintenance mode to raise the new baselines over time.

I ran E:E now for roughly one cycle. Besides increased productivity the best measurable result is the ability to relax the mind, meditate and fall into trance.

I just had a relaxing meditation session with a calm, silent mind for ~70 minutes. For comparison: I normally have (had?) a mind that would not shut up. Not for a moment. Every meditation session was kind of a struggle. This is a very new experience. E:E results do not feel like “normal” ZP results.

Sub results for me often felt like going with the vibe of it, getting intune.

With E:E this is, as advertised, a skill. I can do that now. It’s a distinct different perception of results.

So instead of integrating E:E into my usual stack, I am contemplating to make a name embedded E:E (+Deep State) in ZPQ format and run it with Shapes for a couple of cycles til I am confident, that these skills are fully formed and permanent to then move on.

First day with strong impulses to procrastinate in months.
(Maybe a bit of a holiday hangover.)

Probably going for a short washout starting today.

E:E helped to reevaluate the worth of certain activities. Private journal helped a lot, ended many other habits. (doomscrolling)

Work is getting better.

Grind can be fulfilling if you have the big goal in mind.

E:E changes a lot.

I haven’t been writing on here regularly and I probably won’t start again in the forseeable future. There is a permanent weighing of options, on how to use the time most productively. That’s mostly work and the occasional eureka for analog journals.

This will be rather short, but hopefully insightful.

Remade Shapes with AEON St. I and KB4. The instant calmness after one listen is astonishing. (Hypnotic suggestibility increased considerably too.)

The other immediate effects are subtle, as to be expected for the health and anti-aging stuff. A lot of it will IMO work like a subliminal butterfly effect.

I will remake Shapes after every 1-2 cycles with AEON St. II, III and finally IV. Not sure how the “metacycle” will look like, depends on how the stages feel.

The Anti-Recon module is great! (It is in the updated THE SUDDEN LIGHTING OF NISHIKI KAMURO.) Listened to the 2 updated customs full 15 minutes each, no feeling of overload or recon. Very much looking forward to the second listen. With recon not really an issue, it feels like one of the strongest result enhancers and accelerants I’ve ever used.

EoG helps a lot with business and it explained one key mechanism regarding subs for me.

I opened up a couple of new revenue streams. Then it struck me: I could have opened them 2, 3 or 5 years ago. There was no sudden development, new apps or anything like that. I knew all the options, but my subconscious must have dismissed them. Until now.

This might sound banal, but I think it points towards the mechanics of manifestation:

Given that the world around you offers a multitude of different scenarios and options and your subconscious sees/hears/feels an awful lot of them, the key function of subs is to change your inner evaluation chart regarding these possibilities.

“Manifestation” when described often feels like something done actively, it is IMO in most parts the opposite:

Just empathy for the world & its machinations so you look at the right place at the right time and empathy for yourself, to find, to manifest what you really want, need, long for.

The Cycle with Shapes v8 - Chapter I (including AEON St. 1) ends today. Next week for Shapes v8 - Chapter II (including AEON St. 2 and two WANTED additions: Voice of Desire and Echoes of Fulfillment, just to tempting to not include them somewhere.)

A lot of the results are subtle and behavioural: I sleep more, it’s deep and restful sleep. Thinking a lot about time, time management, how much life we got. (Helps with different perspectives. Just booked faster internet and bought a new computer, which cuts the time of a recurring work step from 12 to ~3 seconds, with the other accelerations (booting, upload of big data packages etc.) I should gain ~20 full workdays per year which is a lot.

It will be another tough 10-12 months, but AEON, E:E and EoG St. 1 in the customs help a lot. Next year things should change to the better.

AEON clicks phenomenally well with Executive. E:E without it can be a bit overstretching, pulling happy 14 hour days without much rest. AEON brings in the right balance.

My habbits get healthier, I eat better and snug in some time for sport and fresh air. There is a lot going on under the hood. Many, many strange and violent dreams, which I come to weirdly enjoy: They are proof that things are moving forward, helping to snowball results.

Next orders of subliminal business are Shapes v8 - Chapter III & IV.

I wanna try the new experimental listening schedule with the 3 customs including the new (not yet ordered)

A. CHERRY ON TOP v5

I. New WANTED Core
II. RM: Ultimate Writer X Core
3. MDFY: Conscious Guidance
4. ESSENCE: Clear Sight
5. Synergy: Voice is the Law
6. Synergy: Beyond Connection
7. Symphony of the Glyphs
8. Song of Joy
9. Deep Listening
10. The Language of Dreams
11. Entranced
12. Power Talk
13. Typing Mastery
14. Polyglot
15. Temptation

but it’s probably too early. First one (meta)cycle with Shapes with all AEON stages. And maybe it’s better to concentrate on business for the next months. ACOT is for fun.

With all the reviews coming in GLM sounds tempting. Might swap it later in for E:E, but that’s down the line. There is so much more to gain from The Executive first.

The Sudden Lighting of Nishiki Kamuro will get an update as soon as E:E is updated with anti-recon or LE is released. I will stick with EoG St. 1 for the foreseeable future in SLoNK.

AOEN is excellent for establishing healthy habbits.

Still an awful lot going on under the hood.

LOVE the ability to dive deeper into certain states of consciousness.

Time to order Shapes v8 - Chapter III (with AEON St. 3). I will try KB St. 3 instead of KB St. 4 in it. As AEON gives a certain level of control and KB4 has been in use for years now, I have the feeling, that the raw energy level is the next step to improve.

After the endless raving reviews for the New Wanted, I tried it in my stack, contemplating to put it into Shapes with AEON and KB.

That’s not working at all with SLoNK.

Totally work-focussed SLoNK and WANTED battle it out. It was an interesting experience to feel both streams at the same time. (it still wasn’t recon as I know it, just strong impulses to flirt/relax and work hard, focussed at the same time.)

Won’t try this again.

landed yesterday!

So next cycle will be SHAPES v8.III, The Sudden Lighting of Nishiki Kamuro and Dragon Rising: Regeneration.

DR: Regeneration is on many levels extraordinary.

It was an impulse buy on one of the last listening days of this cycle. Already listened to my stack in the morning, tried DR:R in the evening.

I sometimes try different, additional programs on the last evening of listening day, so if it is just too much, taxing I’ll be going to washout anyway. (A bit like the Marvel midcredit scenes.) It was e.g. way too much with E:E the first time.

It didn’t happen with Regeneration even though it is a relatively dense and a healing program. On the contrary, I kinda feel, like this cycle should be a bit longer and including DR:R. (Again strange: I got a new custom with BL:ITW waiting to be tested.)

Looking back it is kinda fascinating how SC and the results from the subs have developed over the years.

In the beginning results were very slow for me.

After 6-7 years of continouos use one of course gets intune with SC subs and a lot of baggage has been cleaned out.

But the developments since ZP2 feel like godspeed with NSE, anti-recon and now GLM and Regeneration which is… something else completely.

Not advocating sub hopping, but given that results come quicker, easier and more permanent (probably due to the skill scripting) and they develop in cycles with each following cycle being a bit more subtle than the last, it might make sense to go for a limited number of cycles before switching to another goal/subject for maximum effect.

On the other hand, the last 20% always make up 80% of work. Probably true here too.

I sometimes get the feeling that the anticipation of recon is one of its strongest roots.

A bit like with experiencing pain.

First impressions from the new SHAPES v8 - Chapter III:

Slowly getting a feeling for AEON, especially with the healing aspects and time perception. The Grind flies by without much fuss or boredom, the good times get a lot more memory space. A bit like editing your life in real time. Fascinating. Sleep is incredibly restful. It clicks very well with E:E.

First time KB3 instead of KB4 in Shapes custom for a while now. In the past there often came up waves of aggression with KB3 and not enough activity, that’s not the case now. Will propably keep KB3 for the next iterations to streamline the scriptload a bit.

With Beyond Limitless: Into the Wonder I feel a growing sense of curiosity. While Limitless felt mostly like a cognitive skill sub, BL:ITW seems to start with a change in approach and perspectives which makes total sense.

Very much looking forward to the post-EoG iteration of The Sudden Lighting of Nishiki Kamuro featuring E:E, NRICH and BL:ITW, but there is still a bit of wealth ceiling to tear down first.
