My Journey with Exec from launch to now

I definitely understand how this sub effects me now that I’ve ran it a few days. Someone’s else experience may differ.

Chronological journaling to give the cliffnotes of my Exec Thread for those who just want the answers/reflections.

First day I was feeling a little “off” in the morning

Certainly was a result of my productivity/output, not exactly my “skill.”

I noticed @prioritas already reported happiness recon. I’m feeling that too.

Day 2

heavy recon.

porn use has returned (never really an issue for me)

laate night on tech has returned (havent had that since the first day i moved into my new place with roommates I like)

actually felt more sick this morning (as a result of less sleep likely)

sales abilities are, in my eyes, going down the toilet, although performance on calls hasn’t been quantitatively effected yet…

but there is a bright side to this… i am noticing the weaknesses in my productivity, my vulnerabilities… none of these habits are “new” to me, they’re just my biggest demons returning to me.

I’m planning and executing on new ways to be productive. New systems. New aspirations. Implementing things I want is easier, I have less resistance to “start” something when I decided to do it, EVEN WHEN im tired and in a bad state.

The night before last I slept SUPER WELL and early, had a shutdown routine in the evening that was more effective than usual,

So overall Exec is effective, high recon, with balanced pros and cons for me

but until I get used to it’s power, it won’t be a short-term fast-acting state-booster and digital-adderral like limitless executive and/or sanguine are

Just discovered the secret sauce

I can modify the CRM to only get me calls with leads with over 100k to invest.

No one else is doing this. Talk about a perfect manifestation of HOM + EXEC ….

Wealth manifestation through systems efficiency

HOM isn’t even NSE

Stacking Exec with whatever u want to accomplish is much better than Exec solo

Final Thoughts

Great sub. Definitely one I will go SLOW with. And it was a mistake to remove the subs that were making me happy and feel a sense of well being.

Will stay as a long term title in my stack, however.

ALSO does feel like an NxE core (NWE in my case) would help executive start by making you more productive at the thing that you care about most -

It can get influenced by the NSE in your major titles, but personally I would be interested in including it in a custom

I was also thinking if it is necessary to balance that productivity title with a module (machine rest) or another sub in the stack (Genesis happiness and joy) to also enjoy the consciously chosen nonproductive time.

A couple of observation on E:E. E:E is a quantum leap for meditation and trance work if you have a chatty mind and/or have a hard time to focus. I tried many other subs and modules in the past (Clearmind, Deep State etc.) but nothing comes close to E:E’s effect. Very helpful. Like EoG(1) E:E feels like hard subconscious work. The new ZPU “recon” is absolutely fantastic as the usual avoidance techniques won’t work with E:E. A word of caution regarding E:E and MDFY: One Goal in the same stack (…

E:E is a tricky one.
Productivity is fluctuating wildly.
But definitely with an upward trend.
I think I get more things done.
Timeflow is still hard to notice.

And I have to add that I use my usual method, ordering my subconscious to tell me when it’s enough. But I usually end up with 9-15 minutes.

Perhaps I should actively try microloops for faster results.

My first results with Emperor Executive:

Usage so far:

• EE full loop + KB 1 5 min
• 1 rest day
• EE full loop + WB 1 min
• 1 rest day

Effects:

• The slowering of time experience is the strongest effect so far. The days feel much longer.

• I have accomplished approx. 30% more tasks compared to the previous baseline.

• There is a little bit less resistance when it comes to doing the annoying stuff, but it is still there. I am sure this will vanish completely with longer usage.

• No recon with this one (compared to heavy recon from the old Executive ZP).

• Felt a little bit of internal negotiating with myself, where one part of me said “I will do it later somewhen in the far future”, while another part said “do it now because you will do it anyways sooner or later”, which resulted in me doing those things after a few hours of waiting. Doing those things a few hours later versus doing them many weeks later or never is a great improvement.

• An intersting effect, probably from the combo with WB:
  It made me approach a hot girl surrounded by other dudes in public and I had zero approach anxiety or concerns about what “could go wrong”.
  Felt like invincibility mode from KHAN.
  Mindset was “I see what I want and I instantly go after it”.
  This type of mindset never happened to me on WB before (I was in waiting mode) and only happened with KHAN and Primal.
  That means combining EE with WB helps with the action taking that is necessary to make WB successful (at least for me).

E:E makes me reevaluate my approach to subs in a quite fundamental way. In the past there always was a temporal aspect to subs informing the stack and how long I would run them. With ZP there normally would be a quite tangible, imminent effect, which would continuouisly build up as long as I listen to it and would slowly decrease after I stopped listening to it (finding eventually a slightly higher baseline than before). This lead me to plan the 3 customs to be run open ended in a kind of ongo…

Similar so far, but from what I gathered oh my expierience and others is that this is more of a long term productivity and overcoming procrastination sub.

Past version was more short term/ somewhat of a “booster sub”. With the new version, I suspect it will also be addressing deeper issues and beliefs, which would probably attribute to the fluctuations your noticing. Form of recon.

Personally, I am going to be making the exec the long term driver of my stack, rather then something I tack on at the end like the old exec/limitless exec

Yes. I think the same as well.

Especially since the brain chemistry is physical shifting and we all know that this takes time.
I feel small improvements in my everyday life, eg that I tackle house hold tasksore readily despite being tired. I take less time of to recover, etc.

So this one is gonna stay for a long time in my stack.

I noticed one small funny thing at work
We have a parcel service in our gas station and I need to put three stickers on each parcel. In the past I just them on and I didn’t care about there position. Some with 45° to the others, some upside down. I didn’t care.
Since running EE, I’m very accurate in placing them. Always accurately in a row.
Don’t know why my subconscious thinks this is important, but somehow my inner Monk does.
