Listening patterns for 3 ZP stack

Hey guys. Got a question about a 3 program stack and how best to listen to it. The 3 programs I want to run, in order of importance are,

A. Executive Emperor
B. EoG stage 2
C. RICH

I’ve toyed around with this idea a little bit in the past and saw some pretty good results, but I’d like to ask @AnswerGroup for their takes on it

So what I do is create 2 playlists. An A and B day. Both get my main priority title, in this case Emperor Executive. A day would then get EOG2 and B day would get RICH.
Then I just alternate between the 2 playlists, usually sticking between 90 seconds and 3 minutes of each track.

I use over the ear headphones and masked tracks, usually around 10-11 am, but I’m considering switching to right before I go to bed.

I’m curious what your guys thoughts are on this, and any improvements or changes you might make? I’m happy to answer any questions you have as well. My new stack starts tomorrow, March 23rd

Refer to the instructions that came with each subliminal .

There was a thread a couple of days ago with the same question. Someone found a quote from Fire, I think, that approved this schedule.
IIRC he said to cut some title short. But since you’re already in microloop length, I’d think you’re good.

Besides that, be brave and simply experiment.
Within rational boundaries of course.

But with these short loops, everything should go fine.

Yes, you can. Fire has told us that it’s possible.

My take on it based on my experience with the schedule that I wrote in the other thread:

Regarding Fire’s quote:

So I am currently doing EoG1, RICH, and Sleep. I am doing

Day 1: Eog1, RICH
Day 2: Rest
Day 3: Paragon Sleep, RICH
Day 4: Rest

My question is regarding the loop time, I am doing:

Day 1: Eog1 10 min, RICH 12 min
Day 2: Rest
Day 3: Paragon Sleep 10 min, RICH 12 min
Day 4: Rest

With the above schedule I am not getting recon or overload, but should I still cut back on the listening times? The theme I keep getting is less=more. Or is listening longer fine if everything is smooth?

There’s no reason to risk needless overload for a low chance of a little bump in results.
The risk of overload will be a more detrimental setback to your wealth goals in contrast to the amount of benefits you might get from it.

Furthermore, since you’re using Psleep, it is directly against your interest to risk it.
Overload, even a mild one, can and will interrupt your sleep performance.
Refer to this thread for more on the discourse:

If listening to more is better, we’d have recommended more.

But if you insist, pay attention to the subtle overload buildup over time.
Smooth might mean you’re unaware of it, that was what I learned from trying to pack in too much.
In the worst case, one day it will suddenly flip from “smooth” to “too much” when you’re not ready to take on the overload. Which will set back your sub growth and your wealth growth.

Take a long washout to get back the sense of what it feels like to get no load from subs.
Use it as the anchor point to gauge how heavy the load is for your next listening time.

This is what I struggle with, the less is more concept.

So when doing a 3 title stack, does no one go full 15 min loops?

I am still wrapping my head around that you get just as much, if not more out of 5 min loops.

Compare this to youtube subs which I listened to before I found this place, and those you had to run for hours per day on repeat

Don’t remind me

They would listen for hours on end and be happy with a small temporary result. Then they would wonder why the results weren’t coming as often. :joy:
