I wouldn’t call it the wrong way. So far micro loop is a suggestion (as seen the title Experimental listening strategy) not a rule. Users chose to follow the guidelines wished to ease themselves into a sub with little recon. One can still use the traditional way full loop (or shorter loop but not necessary micro loop) 21 active listening days (one day on one day or more days off) followed by 5 rest days.

The everyday listening is part of the experimental hard gainer listening pattern.

Listening to a title every day is generally not advised as it is risky. Risky as in increased chance of reconciliation headaches.

“ If you’re listening to a single Zero Point title, the pattern is exceptionally easy:

Listen to 1-2 loops of the title, then take the next day off. Do this for roughly three weeks / 21 days then take five days off. That’s it. To illustrate:

  • Day 1: 1-2 loops
  • Day 2: Rest
  • Day 3: 1-2 loops
  • Day 4: Rest

… and so on. After 21 days, take five days off. If Day 21 is a rest day, you may include that in your five days off.” So what I did was right and I should’ve done another Loop and rest for a day and start again for up-to 21 days like this

Those instructions are outdated.

Check these out.

No, they are not outdated. These are the only official listening instructions.
They are also included with the zip files.
Everything else is purely experimental. The entire microloop strategy is experimental, and @GeneticBeast has done nothing wrong.

This does not mean that the recommendation to start with microloops is wrong.

You will be fine doing full loops as long as you work with the sub and learn how to process your emotions if recon does pop up

The official listening guidelines are the devil you know. The “generally recognised as safe”.

The “experimental microloop” is the deep blue sea of working with different lengths to find a way to bring the exposure up gradually to avoid overload.

Between the devil and the deep blue sea, the phoenician sailor tries his/her hand with a poosplosion of different experimental listening patterns, hoping to obtain subliminal nirvana in the process. they are the brave and the foolish

So without being vague what’s your suggest brother?

Well, “without being vague” – as the post is pretty fudgedaddying clear already – I just summarized the points the others had already posted in a humorous manner, as I tend to agree with what they said (FireDragon, Chase, hyperbeam etc).

How you decide to use that information is up to you. My suggestion is to experiment with the recommendations given in these support documents and find your own sweet spot for exposure.

There’s no wrong way to do it unless you overexpose.

Everyone has a different sweet spot. You got people listening from 30s to full 15m.

IMO the goal is to get to 15m without recon/overload, but you got plenty of members in here who are happy with their results and never go past 5m.

Just experiment.

Yeah thats me,its like at a certain point i hit a block and if i listen any more my results stop/regress so i just listen at 3 minutes or less

In a nutshell any listening duration works? Amazing

so as I listened last night 15 min full track Loop after a day of not listening can I start first with 30s and every other day add 30s?

Yup. That’s the idea. Trust your gut and go at your own pace.

Yup that works, do it until you dont get any recon.

Once you hit recon stay at that time for a week or two till you can handle it and then slowly increase again.

And do you know what is your recon symptoms by the way.

For me i get irritated, sometimes i feel sluggish. Other times a noticeable anger, etc.

So get a better understanding of your recon symptoms so you can better use the sub
