Main Disc. Thread - The NEW Wanted! (Free Upgrade! Now Available! Custom Core Available)

My year:

  • Self-Love: I recognized my worth and started giving myself the love I used to hope others would give me.

  • Shadow Work: I built a stronger relationship with myself, learning to understand my needs, wants, and desires.

  • Forgiveness: I’ve shifted from self-criticism to self-forgiveness. I no longer punish myself for not meeting unrealistic expectations.

  • Acceptance: I’ve learned to accept myself fully—the good, the bad, and even the terrible.

  • Therapy: Therapy helped me uncover unhealthy attachments and recognize the ways I was hurting myself.

  • Personal Development: I’ve made my life about my happiness. I exercise and take care of my skin and hair because it “sarks joy”. Feeling desirable is just a bonus.

This, but your baggage will vary. I come from a loving family, so I don’t have any shames about love. I gave love freely and will even throw in “Love you” as I’m saying goodbye to siblings, mom, and close friends.

My issue was more accepting that I deserved love without constantly giving, which started with loving myself.

Agreed. My Stack is LB (4 months originally solo), GLM (2 months) and Wanted. Hits so much self validation.

It seems to do that, at least in my experience. I looked back at my offline journal from when I started with the New GLM about 2 months back, and one of the first things that came up in my dreams were reflections on parental wounds. Right after the first loop.

In general there are a lot of methods and modalities to help you Release and process emotions

To empty your cup

So you can pour more into your self

Like you could do something like

Qigong Bouncing. ( bounce on a trampoline or exercise ball works too)

and

Then

Go into the mirror and talk positive shit to yourself

1. Vocal & Sound Release — “The Resonant Channel”

Core Function: Liberating trapped energy through vibration and sound.

Mechanism: Sound bypasses the analytical mind and frees blocked emotional and somatic charge through resonance.

Practices:

  • Primal sounds: roaring, moaning, sighing, humming in a low frequency to ground energy.
  • Chanting or toning: repetitive syllables (OM, HUM, RA, or spontaneous phonemes) to activate vagus nerve relaxation.
  • Sonic breathwork: inhale silently, exhale through sound—growl, hum, or tone—until the body softens.
  • Free vocalization rituals: alone in nature or shower—let the body produce unstructured sound as emotion arises.
  • Drum + voice combination: vocalize while drumming to rhythmically entrain emotion into coherence.

Energetic Impact: Opens throat and heart channels, enhances confidence, emotional authenticity, and magnetic presence.

2. Creative & Artistic Release — “The Transmutation Path”

Core Function: Convert psychic pressure and unprocessed emotion into beauty, form, or story.

Mechanism: The right brain transforms chaos into coherence through symbolic creation.

Practices:

  • Automatic writing / drawing: no censorship—let subconscious express shapes, words, archetypes.
  • Dance painting: move body while painting to merge somatic flow and creative impulse.
  • Sculpture or collage therapy: tactile work grounds abstract emotions.
  • Freestyle rap, poetry, or music composition: channel emotional turbulence into rhythm and imagery.
  • Shadow art journaling: explore darker emotions artistically—lust, rage, grief—without moral judgment.

Energetic Impact: Integrates shadow material into creative power; strengthens sense of authorship and purpose.

3. Emotional & Psychological Release — “The Inner Alchemy”

Core Function: Digest emotional residue, trauma, and tension through awareness and expression.

Mechanism: Felt presence and catharsis complete incomplete emotional cycles.

Practices:

  • Somatic release sessions: feel sensations fully until discharge (shaking, tears, yawns).
  • Conscious crying or rage rituals: release suppressed emotion in a safe, private setting.
  • Bioenergetic grounding: deep breathing while pushing against a wall or stomping feet to release held emotion.
  • Mirror processing: speak raw truths aloud to your reflection.
  • Emotional journaling: write “I feel…” statements until you reach the core charge.

Energetic Impact: Clears emotional stagnation, increases sensitivity and clarity, restores authentic joy.

4. Nature & Adventure Release — “The Elemental Reset”

Core Function: Reset nervous system through direct contact with raw natural elements and unpredictability.

Mechanism: The primal body re-synchronizes with Earth’s frequencies, dissolving psychological overactivity.

Practices:

  • Barefoot grounding: stand or walk barefoot for 20+ minutes.
  • Mountain hikes, forest runs, or outdoor climbing: physical exertion in natural setting drains excess charge.
  • Silent sit-spot: sit for an hour observing nature without distraction—let stillness absorb restlessness.
  • Camping or sleeping outdoors: resets circadian and emotional rhythms.
  • Animal mimicry practice: move and sound like animals—liberating instinctual energy.

Energetic Impact: Strengthens primal trust, rebalances biofield, reconnects mind to body and Earth.

5. Water & Cleansing Release — “The Purification Flow”

Core Function: Dissolve energetic residue through immersion, movement, and symbolic washing.

Mechanism: Water conducts and clears subtle charge, invoking emotional surrender and renewal.

Practices:

  • Cold plunges / contrast showers: shock nervous system into clarity; activates dopamine and vitality.
  • Floating or long baths with salt / herbs: draw out emotional heaviness and relax musculature.
  • River or ocean immersion: set an intention of release; exhale into the current as you let go.
  • Breathing underwater (snorkel or submersion breathing): practice calm in surrender.
  • Cleansing rituals: speak aloud what you’re releasing as water flows over you.

Energetic Impact: Purifies auric field, soothes emotional turbulence, renews inner calm.

6. Extreme & Adrenaline Release — “The Edge Catalyst”

Core Function: Discharge suppressed life-force through high-intensity experience and risk.

Mechanism: Controlled stress floods the body with aliveness, forcing full presence and emotional reset.

Practices:

  • Intense training (HIIT, martial arts, sprinting): channel aggression and intensity safely.
  • Extreme sports: rock climbing, skydiving, surfing, or parkour for peak flow states.
  • Cold exposure or breath-holds: controlled confrontation with fear.
  • Sauna-cold cycles: forge resilience by alternating comfort and stress.
  • Battle simulation / roleplay: release warrior archetype energy in contained context.

Energetic Impact: Transmutes fear into vitality, develops grounded courage, clears stagnation in the solar plexus.

7. Competitive & Game Release — “The Playful Dominance Path”

Core Function: Release energy through structured play, rivalry, and victory-chasing expression.

Mechanism: Healthy competition channels aggression and ego energy into skill mastery and engagement.

Practices:

  • Sports and team games: embody coordination, assertiveness, and strategy.
  • Chess, martial sparring, gaming: focus your strategic and predatory intelligence.
  • Timed challenges: set mini “missions” to beat—activates dopamine-driven motivation.
  • Playfighting or movement games: physical but friendly dominance exchange.
  • Gamified personal goals: turn personal growth into levels, points, or streaks.

Energetic Impact: Reinforces masculine drive, precision, and social potency; releases tension through dynamic engagement.

Yes, I’ve had a few dreams where my dad has appeared since starting GLM, and they’ve felt very healing.

I’ve actually related to him more in this way than I did when he was here on the physical plane.

He always seems peaceful and smiling — radiating love, fatherly strength, and support.
It’s like we’ve reconciled, and I’m not angry or blaming him anymore.

He was very emotionally shut down for reasons I won’t go into, but I have so much more compassion and understanding for him now — and for why he was so defensive, reacting and projecting the way he did.

I’m proud of the dad he was, and I choose to speak well of him now whenever the topic comes up.

Oh yea I’ve had a couple dreams with my dad recently too. He passed away 4 years ago, so it was nice to see him happy and healthy with the family. Thanks for the reminder.

Wanted works with students.

Why? I have a semi-stalker.

She’s a student who’s very interested in what I do and my opinion on stuff. She’s disappointed when I tell her I may not be part of her tutoring group, but that doesn’t seem to faze her, she’ll come looking for me anyway…

A few other female students also seem very receptive and positive when discussing topics. At a gallery I actually managed to speak with the receptionist for quite a bit, threw in some humour and flirt and almost asked her about herself. She was surprisingly positive, in a place that has a reputation for being cold. I saw her later on speaking to someone else but aware of me, trying to repress that attraction sparked earlier…

Great stuff, good results, however I don’t think Wanted has reached its full potential yet.

disclaimer

Students are over 21, not trying to take advantage of my position. All professional, above board.

So, I really want HER.

But what I don’t want is to put in the effort, take her to dates etc.

I still want to ask her out but I also kind of wish to be rejected, so I can at least say to myself that I’m the man and I had the balls to ask her out.

But still want to be rejected because I don’t want to put in the effort.

Also just discovered she started speaking with someone, it’s very new so technically I can still ask her out and there is a chance she will say yes, I’m also not supposed to know about it.

So I don’t know if I should still ask her out or wait for myself to actually want to put in effort.

Bro stop this mental masturbation. Just ask her out. If she says yes, just go out once and then decide after the date if its worth it.

If she says no, lets move on to the next one, no hard feelings. I am sure with wanted things will go smoothly

Yes I am, I will just ask her out.

So what do you want from her? Be up front about your intentions.

Another win for the online script. A woman I met online invited me to hang out at the local sex club. Couldn’t take her up on the offer though. I already have plans with someone else I met online.

Anyone have “closing” results with this so far, or that can speak to sexual performance running Wanted in comparison to the others?

Noticing libido isn’t what it normally is lately, could be stressor factors, but looking to add a title to enhance this.

@SaintSovereign @Fire

For libido and sex drive, would you go with BDLM, Diamond, PN, or RtNW?
