Thanks guys. I’m going to stick with the essentials for boosting T for now, alongside Khan/BD Ultima and using pheromones, those being: Vitamin D, Vitamin B, Fish oil, Zinc, Magnesium and Creatine. I want to try and avoid the herbal test boosters if possible so that I don’t have to feel dependent on them and money reasons, but if I’m not where I want to be after completing Khan I’ll look into them.
But I do appreciate any suggestions for boosting T, including supplements, so feel free to continue sharing if you have any other ideas!
DAY 21 - REST DAY
God, awful sleep last night. Dreams went more in the direction of beta land too, which I haven’t been feeling for a long while so it felt disappointing to be feeling this way again. Unfortunately because I started them both at the same time, I’m not sure whether to attribute this to Bad Wolf or the QV2 Khan S1.
If I had to guess, I’d attribute the bad sleep to Bad Wolf as it causes fight/flight response thereby increasing/stress cortisol. I guess either I didn’t wash it off well enough before sleep, or even after washing it off the effects remain for a while.
Then the dreams which were beta and healing-y in nature might have been the QV2 Khan S1 hitting things that the Q version didn’t reach.
Bad concentration this morning but going try to push through and stay productive regardless. Reapplied the Bad Wolf as that’s the whole point - repeated exposure helps you build up a tolerance in theory. Thereby if you build up a tolerance and no longer have a cortisol spike from exposure, then when you interact with alpha males with far lesser amounts of alpha pheromones in person you won’t be affected by them. This increases your stress threshold, meaning you get less cortisol spikes, meaning there’s more left over for testosterone production. This is a controversial and unproven idea though, it could just be that you never adapt and I’m constantly boosting my cortisol for no reason. Hopefully it’s the former…
