KHAN - Forging the Alpha

6 hours later and still no tiredness or recon from Khan QV2 S1. If anything the new Q and Ultima’s seem to make me less tired, feel better and have less reconciliation than the original Q’s/Ultima’s. Awesome!

Running a loop of BD Ultima this evening because why not. I’ll take a full rest day tomorrow. Exhaustion might suddenly hit me all at once or something but for now the v2’s seem to be clearly superior to v1.

Take a look at KSM-66 at Brain Forza. No magnesium sterate or steric acid.

KSM-66 can lower cortisol, and can raise testosterone.

Yes, Ashwagandha is great!
Combine it with Shilajit and you´ve got one of the Master-combinations of herbalism!

I only use this!

Even better in a masculine multivitamin mix with Boron, etc!
Highly recommended!

Also gives you more color on your pen if you catch my drift

you have a brand recommendation?

Boron is especially great if you Test is high but your free Test is low.

I take this every day.
Well rounded imo

Thanks guys. I’m going to stick with the essentials for boosting T for now, alongside Khan/BD Ultima and using pheromones, those being: Vitamin D, Vitamin B, Fish oil, Zinc, Magnesium and Creatine. I want to try and avoid the herbal test boosters if possible so that I don’t have to feel dependent on them and money reasons, but if I’m not where I want to be after completing Khan I’ll look into them.

But I do appreciate any suggestions for boosting T, including supplements, so feel free to continue sharing if you have any other ideas!

DAY 21 - REST DAY

God, awful sleep last night. Dreams went more in the direction of beta land too, which I haven’t been feeling for a long while so it felt disappointing to be feeling this way again. Unfortunately because I started them both at the same time, I’m not sure whether to attribute this to Bad Wolf or the QV2 Khan S1.

If I had to guess, I’d attribute the bad sleep to Bad Wolf as it causes fight/flight response thereby increasing/stress cortisol. I guess either I didn’t wash it off well enough before sleep, or even after washing it off the effects remain for a while.

Then the dreams which were beta and healing-y in nature might have been the QV2 Khan S1 hitting things that the Q version didn’t reach.

Bad concentration this morning but going try to push through and stay productive regardless. Reapplied the Bad Wolf as that’s the whole point - repeated exposure helps you build up a tolerance in theory. Thereby if you build up a tolerance and no longer have a cortisol spike from exposure, then when you interact with alpha males with far lesser amounts of alpha pheromones in person you won’t be affected by them. This increases your stress threshold, meaning you get less cortisol spikes, meaning there’s more left over for testosterone production. This is a controversial and unproven idea though, it could just be that you never adapt and I’m constantly boosting my cortisol for no reason. Hopefully it’s the former…

The link I sent is an awesome book, that covers lifestyle, diet, mentality, and what to avoid at an extremely high level. If your looking to max out T naturally I promise you-you will not find a more complete resource-short of paying a professional in that field for a dna analysis and getting a tailored solution to your exact specific genome/epigenetics.

The booster is icing on the cake for when everything else is sorted. But I have tried ‘ALOT’ of test boosters and they all literally suck except that one IMO.

And I understand you’'ve got your bases covered for now.

Thanks for being open to future ideas though!
I find this stuff fascinating.

Enjoying reading your Khan journey

Where did you get your Bad Wolf by the way-full bottle from LA mones? If you have a link to a source that ships smaller/sample sizes, not from England please let me know

Thanks man, I’ll check that book out!

Bad Wolf I purchased from a site called Aroma Fero - https://www.aromafero.co.uk/ - they do sample sizes of it too in the “pheromone testers” bit. They are in Lithuania. Or you can buy direct from LAL but you have to email them to request your order because they’re having problems with their payment merchant stuff.

Are those pheromones effective really effective? I tried one from Amazon and it was good but it was my first one so can’t really compare. Which ones are the most effective if you tried other or compared?

Yeah they’re super effective, when you know how to use them properly. If you want to keep things basic then House of Pheromones website is good to get an overview of the landscape, how to use and product reviews. He’s removed LAL products from homepage because of their payment problems but you can still find them on his website - LAL is one of the best and most reputable providers so don’t sleep on those products.

If you want to really go down the rabbit hole and experiment with mixing products, individual molecules etc. then Pherotruth forum is like the sub club of pheromones. Also good to heavily research a product you’re thinking about buying before you pull the trigger.

I see, what’s LAL exactly?

Liquid Alchemy Labs - http://lal-mones.com/

Don’t be put off by the shitty ass website, they are some of the best products around.

Nvm I’m in the website of house of pheromones, I think I’ve found what it means. Is this where got the bad wolf one. I just read it’s description. Also I’m on celibacy mode and no busting so I’m already kinda magnetic and releases pheromones a lot. How will this make it any different?? The description kinda over exaggerates to me but might be legit

Replied to your PM but to answer this question, Bad Wolf might not be for you if you’re already high in testosterone, you might be better off with “comfort” mixes to make you more approachable. Or if you use Bad Wolf you will come off as super intimidating, which can be good, if you know how to act accordingly. As I said it’s pretty complicated area and not one you can master over night.

I hope you’re not “beta shaming” yourself.

TBH I have no issues with men being beta. I aspire to treat all with kindness, and that includes beta men.

Nah, alpha/beta aren’t really the correct labels. It’s more trying to optimize hormones for peak performance as much as possible that is my goal.

@Azriel, read that whole book, couldn’t put it down! Found it very useful. I’m not going to go quite as strict as the Androgenic diet suggests as it’s a little extreme. I’ve worked out the following:

Macros: 40% carbs / 35% protein (0.84g per lb bodyweight) / 25% fats.

Staple Diet Foods (Intermittent Fasting 8:16):
Carbs - oats, white potatoes, white rice, kidney beans, rocket, spinach, frozen veg, blueberries
Proteins - chicken breast, pea protein isolate
Fats: extra virgin olive oil, grass fed butter, coconut oil, nut butters, cacao nibs, 80%+ dark chocolate

Supplements: Vitamin B, D, Omega 3, ZMA, Creatine, L-Citrulline. (Potentially include Ashwaganda for cortisol reduction and/or Mucuna Pruriens for increased dopamine?)

Does that look alright to you? Anything else you would suggest or remove nutrition/supps related? I’m thinking I might up the fats and reduce the carbs a bit more after finishing this book? Thanks man.

absolutely, it’s awesome you read it and are implementing right away!

If you can up the fat and reduce the carbs that could be better.
For vitamin B- make sure your getting a complete list of the B- constituents -especially B-12
I prefer the methyl- versions

Omega 3 is good- I like Krill oil- and Anthony Jay- the PHD who taught Mark Iron recommends Krill Oil from Onnit Labs- with no monetary gain so I’d go for that one if you can.

Ashwaganda and Mucuna Pruriens are game changers for me personally- there both in Mike Mahler’s Aggressive strength supplement so I get them there. You have to cycle that supplement and as your Test raises your estrogen will raise to -to balance- unless your using anti-estrogens which I don’t know enough about to recommend. So if you remotely estrogen dominant currently- you can get blood work done or look up signs of this- only work to increase Test naturally and don’t use this.

The Ashwaganda and Mucuna Pruriens themselves are fine regardless-but not the Bulbine.

A couple other things you can experiment with that I found very helpful and relatively affordable although I’m currently cycled off them.

Cistanche powder- with coffee/ or a warm beverage in the morning and Pine Pollen powder in a tincture

Pine pollen is literally like plant androgens -and it’s a tincture so its sublingual and absorbs very rapidly into the bloodstream. I feel the effect quite quickly. (make sure your not allergic-as a minor % of people can be)

Lost Empire Herbs has great tinctures for that.

Also for protein sources I would add grassfed beef and grassfed whey protein to meet requirements and have more good saturated fat.

I agree -kindness for all

Here’s my home-grown definitions

Beta- kind as a strategy for being safe, receiving, and manipulating-limits are safe- effort is to be avoided, tension is to be avoided, responsibility is a burden and/or form of fault

Alpha- kind as an ontological choice and to offer value, speaks the truth, does best to live in alignment with his truth- seeks effort, exertion, and responsibility, responsibility is a privilege, an access to power and choice, limits are to be overcome wisely.
