Been feeling it for a while now, intuition telling me it’s time for Stage 2, so am going to run with it.

Summary of Stage 1 effects:

-My baseline mood and powers of concentration have massively increased from before I started. I was feeling depressed, pessimistic and barely able to concentrate. Now I wake up with energy, optimism and the focus to get what needs to be done, done.

-More demanding of myself. Feeling uncomfortable when I spend too long not doing anything productive, the unease continues until I start to do something worthwhile.

-Thoughts about missing my ex were massively dragging me down and making me feel anxious. She would constantly occupy my thoughts. Now I barely think about her, and when I do it is met with a reflexive “fuck her” mind and it instantly puts a halt to any thoughts. This has been invaluable and something that my brief stint on Dragon Reborn wasn’t able to touch as effectively. This by itself would have made Khan worth it for me.

-I’m attracted to boxing stuff again and anything to do with dominance. My exercise motivation has neither increased nor decreased.

-Urge to optimise my diet for maximum testosterone production. Watching videos and learning about the interplay between cortisol and other hormones. Realising the impact that your thoughts and behaviors have on your hormones - it’s not all just diet/exercise related. This has given me a really effective mindset where I encourage myself to challenge myself, take risks and do the unpleasant thing because of the hormonal benefits of doing so. It also stops me getting emotional about my ex, or dwelling on any stressors, as now I think to myself I’m just increasing my own cortisol and decreasing my testosterone etc. so what’s the point?

-Confidence has shot up about a thousand fold when it comes to job applications. I’m pushing for jobs I wouldn’t have felt worthy to apply for pre-Khan, and I’m doing well. I’m at the final stages of getting a job I would have not have even attempted to go for pre-Khan, and even if I don’t get it, I’m pretty proud to have got so far into the application process.

-More socially relaxed and able to maintain my calm in social situations. Taking the lead more when with my friends.

-Less worrying about how I’m being perceived. I don’t really care what I look like any more, I used to fuss over my appearance, but barely even look in the mirror any more. Realising behavior is more important than appearances, masculine vs feminine.

-Oh yeah, way hornier. No morning woods but I think that will come down the road once I optimise my hormones better. More sex dreams with women trying to seduce me.

-No visual porn, have indulged in a few audios. Fapping on average once every 10 days, instead of nearly daily which was happening pre-Khan.

-Attraction wise it’s difficult to tell because of lock down and masks etc. On the few times I have been out, I’m less concerned with what people think of me, so I haven’t been able to spot IOIs.

-I feel like a new person. I even catch myself referring to myself as “The Khan” in my own thoughts lol. I actually sometimes feel grateful now that I’m no longer with my ex, as without the break up I wouldn’t have started this journey of self improvement. I would have been happy with her, sure, but probably stagnated as the beta boyfriend living an average life. I now feel excited about the future and whatever is to come, the possibilities are endless. I know that when I do get a job I will absolutely boss it and get the respect of my colleagues and the people around me.

Now, onto Stage 2…

Exactly.

While I don’t know what’s exactly in the script, I think the real POWERFUL part making you a real Khan comes in later stages. 1 and 2 seem to be for the foundation.

Imo ST1 should be run a bit more than you think is correct. At least I’ll try to do that.

Also about fapping:
Once you have a purpose, this will never be an issue. You will learn to sexually transmute that energy into creativity.
Do you have something you work on every day? That makes you energetic when you wake up?

Great progress @ichigo on Khan St1.

I agree with listening to your intuition when it feel the time has come. And you could always wait a day or two to see if it’s actually this hunch or just recon.

And you can always go back to St1, that’s what I have done a couple of times for a week or so.

@AlexanderGraves nah, I’ve been feeling it for a while now. If you look back at my posts, the heavy healing took place and now it’s been pretty smooth sailing for a while. I was going to get to 30 days but I’d rather just move forward quickly. I don’t feel hesitant at all about this decision so I know it’s right, if you think you will benefit with longer on Stage 1 then you should definitely do so :slight_smile:

@Tobyone Cheers man, yeah my long term plan is to run ST4 exclusively but then use ST1 every now and again to stop subconscious boredom and see if there’s anything new that’s been dragged up since to be healed. Alternating between ST1 and ST4 gives you everything you will ever need from subs.

If a near total transformation isn’t a sign that you can move onto stage 2, then I don’t know what is. A lot of changes.

Congrats mate, and always interested to see your results. I’ll stay with ST1 a bit longer, my stack is heavy.

DAY 24
DAY 1 - STAGE 2
plus 1 loop BD Ultima

Ran one loop of Stage 2 today to get a feel for it. Tiredness hit pretty soon after the loop, felt a bit brain foggy and even nauseous at times. Went for a walk listening to a podcast in the sun and noticed a lot of extended looks from women… like women would be sat together talking and I’d spot them notice me, mutter amongst themselves and then look back and act coy.

I’m also wearing Bad Wolf pheromone to boost my tolerance to alpha male pheromones and I’ve recently adapted my diet so might be difficult to ascertain what’s doing what as I move forwards, but most important thing to me is to make as much progress as possible as fast as possible so need to use all the tools I can.

So I think you know the idea that if you lower your cortisol, that can raise testosterone. I use KSM-66 from Brain Forza.

STAGE 2 - DAY 2

Not much to report today other than the tiredness, starting to get heavy eyes. Was also unbearably horny so fapped again.

In other news, today I had the strongest erection of my life. :partying_face: Lots of things I could attribute it to like Khan, BD Ultima, diet optimizations, Bad Wolf pheromone, no porn, but I’d imagine it’s a combo of all of them working together. I am real happy with that.

Gonna take a rest day or two.
