So tomorrow’s session i should carry on Khan but not Dragon?
The most difficult ones is the point. I believe my mind can only be altered through ruthless means
i’ve seen a lot of people with that mindset and it doesn’t get good results.
you will NOT get more jacked at the gym by lifting way above your means.
Push hard, ABSOLUTELY. Handle recon.
But if you try and lift a 600lb barbell off the floor you will make no progress and get no strength gains.
Better to use the weight you can handle and push your self hard and consistently
People try and go “intense” to overcompensate for the fact that they’re inconsistent.
Pro bodybuilders focus on very small bursts of intensity, which everyone fetishizes, while they completely ignore the LONG AND INTENSE periods of recovery that go alongside that.
So Khan > DR and Should be used by itself?
No real preference whether you use Khan or DR
Pick whichever one you prefer
Dragon reborn is kind of more “healing” focused, while it certainly does also build masculinity and confidence.
Khan is more directly about massive levels of confidence, sexuality, success, wealth, dominance, resilience, etc.
Khan’s first stage is healing, but the others aren’t. Meanwhile all 4 stages of dragon reborn are healing.
They’re similar titles but Khan is much more sex/wealth focused and less healing focused.
I listened to both DR Stage 1 and Khan Stage 1 for first time yesterday. So I should only loop Khan now from tomorrow (as per ZP instructions) or use both DR St.1 and Khan St1 until the 21 days are up?
probably only Khan
Both together wouldn’t provide good results?
This is part of the DRR sales page:
If you would like to start with Khan, that’s fine. It has its own level of difficulty but combining it with DRR will be too much and lead overwhelming reconciliation.
I have run various versions of both DRR and Khan and running DRR isn’t a walk in the park. Had to wrestle with a lot fo demons even running it solo.
Admire your resolve and passion but that is better directed towards taking action rather than taking these two together as your first subliminals here.
If you’d like, you can even start with Ascension to see quicker results, after 2 or 3 cycles of that, you can go through Khan, reach stage 4 and then combine Khan Stage 4 with each stage of DRR.
What’s reconciliation? Is that getting no results or like getting quite intense results that’d be quite uncomfortable for some?
Please read the following article. It’s the official stance on recon:
Here’s a link to the complete masterclass.
I’d read it first to get a understanding of the lingo used in here and to understand what you have to expect and consider.
Also, neither Khan nor DRR are beginner friendly titles.
Can you run them? Of course. But it may happen that you are confronted with an unending (at least it might feel unending) stream of negative emotions. That’s just how things work.
To get rid of the shit that’s stored inside your mind, you need to confront it.
For me it meant days of incredibly intense self doubt, feeling unloved etc.
That’s why it’s usually recommended to to run titles like Ascension and Emperor prior to DRR.
To build a foundation.
On which DRR and Khan are run easier.
So reconciliation is a good thing. So what’s wrong with Khan + DR? Just not suggested due to the difficulty/intensity/uncomfortable nature of the transformation?
So both Khan and DRR together are fine but I’ll just face uncomfortable shit?
So seem determined to run both.
What Subliminal Club programs have you used before?
Nothing. I’m not afraid of negative emotions. It’s all part of the process to mental reconstruction
" Is anyone else running these 2 together?"
I am currently using both with great success indeed. Third full cycle of both.
As you said Tribal, reconciliation itself is not a bad thing. However, to most it is considered an unpleasant and unnecessary to their journey. As some may prefer the “Highway” others may prefer a more “Scenic Route”. Also, from experience, there is nothing wrong to combine both per se. Though few will pleasantly combine both and get optimal result from the full 15 minutes (I personally do not so).
The processing of the data is individualistic and the speed of the reward/cost ratio as well. As the Creators of the subliminal analogy said “conveyor belt” to your own factory. Meaning that for some as little as 3 minutes of the subliminal will be the cut off point to the most optimal result. Others will be more. In either case the “optimal” processing state is more efficient than just pushing through and hindering one own progress by being unable to act properly to into the world you live.
This is not about ‘reconciliation’ as feeling merely unpleasant, it can affect your mental load capacity, perception, physical resistance, best judgement, etc. Thus being unable to get best/proper and fastest result in your own life.
This is why those prior to me advise you to start by more slower and steady approach to be able to perceive your own ideal state. This can be translated in many ways. To many this is done by doing less minutes overall per sub (increasing it gradually until sweet spot found) or less simultaneous subliminal and focusing more in a single goal (single subliminal) to get faster result in their daily life in that specific area.
From how you express yourself, allow me to phrase it in a more coherent way perhaps.
.
If you want to do it your way, why ask? Just do it man! Take your bike and go around the world to your destination. See for yourself and make your own adjustments.Though, don’t B***h about it later if it wasn’t the most efficient nor fastest way to do it.
Using 2 multistagers that have the most brutal healing available as someone new is not a good idea.
Stimulate, not annihilate.
But if you’re determined regardless, just be mindful about the recon’s effects on your performance in life. If it gets to the point where the recon affects it too much, take an immediate washout and reconfigure your stack/exposure.
Be particularly careful when you’re switching to the next DRR stages. DRR1 might be manageable to stack with Khan, but the next stages are still a mystery. It could be easier or a complete hell. Be sure to take proper precautions before the switch so your life won’t get fucked in case shits go south.
Now think how being in similar states on a daily basis would affect all the areas of your life. He didn’t run DRR simultaneously. Give it a try and report back.
