Slim day 37 - evening
Met a female friend today and she talked about wanting to introduce me to one of her single friends.
She herself is in an unhappy relationship and was interested in me when I was on Khan. I wasnât interested in her at the time and it seems like she has given up on trying.
Now I am curious what the future will bring.
Slim Day 38
Weight at its lowest again.
Hanging around the forum all the time is taking its toll. I feel tired and didnât wake up early today. Letâs say the QTKS custom wonât be there after the washout. I need a plan B. Perhaps listening to WB and Libertine as stack until the custom arrives.
Then after the QTKS custom arrives what will happen to this journal? Maybe I abandon it or I will continue about results related to the âSlim Daysâ.
I think it will be better to focus on one journal for both.
I want to continue with KBC:Stage 1, so I will listen to that as micro loops as recommended by Saint Sovereign. If I do the same with the Slim King custom is still unclear to me. WB has physical shifting so that maybe enough. And I like stacks with only 2 subliminals.

Listened to 5 minutes of Wanted Black and Khan Black each this morning.

I am smoking more since beginning semen retention and the diet. From one addiction switched to another.
Canât sleep right now thinking about masturbation to get sleepy. Too much energy too little to do.
Could be some kind of recon also because I am bored again.

Gained weight today. No problem.
I have a cheat day the day after tomorrow.
Didnât masturbate yesterday and stayed up until I felt exhausted and could sleep easily.
I am still an early riser. KBC is doing its thing.
Wanted Black seems to have faded since my initial results or it has become more subtle. Like yesterday a woman got in my field of view and turned around etc as if she wanted to show herself.
Perhaps I would see more in situations were itâs easier to meet people like parties.
Today at work there is a task I donât like but I will have to eat the frog and do it first thing in the morning.
Slim Day 40 - evening
After work I was getting really angry about small things. Recon from WB.
I notice very little from WB in form of results. A female worker looking at me for a long time while smoking.
I hope to get WB to work better. Read about micro loops and will try them next. My last loop was rather macro (5 minutes).
Having recon and waiting for QTKS sub is not such a nice experience. Also semen retention is not as easy for me as for others. Currently I am not feeling well. Not depressed but a bit defeated. Work was a mixture of boredom and stress. Also stopped doing the affirmations because I donât believe in them.
Hopefully better days ahead.

Climbing on the roof of the house with a ladder đŞ on my new endeavour as hobbyist chimney cleaner. The view from the roof top is amazing, but I have work to do. There was a nest 𪺠on the chimney I had to remove so the smoke could exit more easily. This is an adventure of a life time. I took the eggs and cooked them (RICH manifestation of extra income?), they tasted delicious. Now I am planning on expanding the business. There are more eggs out there to eat. I never finished it. I donât know if their courses are made so that you cannot finish them easily. The beginning was simple but later there was a specific breathing technique I could not do.
The only result I remember were two girls in the Tram who came to sit next to me and flirted nonverbally with me until I had to exit.
I wouldnât recommend their courses. I bought two or three of them and couldnât finish them. And the guy is speaking with a voice with an accent which doesnât seem to be very magnetic.

Gained a bit of weight again. Was predictable as I ate chocolate yesterday against recon. Now I will have a cheat day soon. So there will be a slower progress.
Donât know if I will run anything today. Because of the recon yesterday and because the QTKS custom could come tomorrow.
Edit: intense dreams last night but not remembered.

I am totally bored at work. Maybe I should continue my Chimney Sweep Mastery X journal.
Later, I will see a female friend of mine. Letâs see if WB changes something in this dynamic.
Thinking about yesterdayâs tomorrow: Perhaps the QTKS custom will arrive later this day. In EST, itâs 8:40 am now, and itâs a new day. Letâs see when it arrives.
I need something to do. I guess the universe will deliver soon.
An idea or a new task at work.
Scrolling social media and the forum is dull. Endless scrolling makes Matt a dull boy.

I spent too many hours on the forum the last days. I need a way to stop doing that.
