Itā€™s just a soothing feeling of love that rises after listening to that part of the custom. It is ofc combined with heartsong, but I have played the Ultima many times before so I recognize the feeling

Iā€™ve recently been drawn by my subconscious to reread one of my favorite books, Courage by Osho. He really know how to trigger your insecurities.

A section from the book that I like:

In India it is common wisdom that the world is like a waiting room in the railway station; it is not your house. You are not going to remain in the waiting room forever. Nothing in the waiting room belongs to you, the furniture, the paintings on the wallā€¦ You use them, you see the paintings, you sit on the chair, you rest on the bed, but nothing belongs to you. You are just here for a few minutes, or for a few hours at the most, then you will be gone.

Yes, what you have brought in with you, into the waiting room, you will take with you; thatā€™s yours. What have you brought into the world? And the world certaintly is a waiting room. The waiting may not be in seconds, minutes, hours, days, it may be in years; but what does it matter whether you wait seven hours or seventy years?

You may forget, in seventy years, that you are just in a waiting room. You may start thinking perhaps you are the owner, perhaps this is the house you have built. You may start putting your nameplate on the waiting room.

And also this little gem:

Life can only be lived dangerously, there is no other way to live it. It is only through danger that life attains to maturity, growth. One needs to be an adventurer, always ready to risk the known for the unknown. And once one has tasted the joys of freedom and fearlessness, one never repents because then one knows what it means to live at the optimum.

Then one knows what it means to burn your lifeā€™s torch from both ends together. And even a single moment of that intensity is more gratifying than the whole eternity of mediocre living.

Still amazed on the level of impact that Khan St2 has now for me. I played it on Sunday, and boy is it polarizing to people. A me a year ago would probably have been triggered by some responses, but today I just felt love for the people I passed by.

The heart is always ready to take the risk, the heart is a gambler. The head is a businessman. The head always calculates, it is cunning. The heart is noncalculating.

After listening to Sacred Heart today I had this overall feeling of energy bursting from the chest area and up into my head. Itā€™s very ease for me in these moments to go up in a sort small ecstasy, which tends to result in running around like a child just singing, dancing, and just generally go with the flow.

But what goes up must come down, and in the end, I end up all exhausted just like a child that runs to many laps around the house.

And it all makes sense. Growing up I closed down and withdrew a lot from the world. I repressed my sexuality and was in a bad place for many years. So if one pictures the kundalini energy rising up it makes perfect sense that if the lower more grounding parts of the energy whirlpools are a bit stuck, then the energy reaching the head makes one a bit off center.

The rare moments when I had this but with the same rush of energy coming from all the way down from my ass and sacral area, this ecstasy becomes more zen, gronded and one does not run around like a headless chickedā€¦

So going forward it feels natural that I should focus a lot of attention on these lover regions, to ultimately clear the these river passages from beaver logging activities

Just some thoughts I have pondered over recently. And after being drawn to Sage Immortal I listened to one loop and had some major insights last night.

These are of course my own opinions and I gladly accept feedback, because itā€™s damn fun to discuss these things

  • Nobody allows anybody to be just himself.

Thatā€™s why we feel so helpless because we have been taught never to take responsibility for what we actually have influence over, ourselves, and at the same time we are conditioned to take responsibility for everything that we cannot control, to depend on others. This creates a vicious cycle that leaves us feeling helpless and makes us easy to control and manipulate.

Thatā€™s how society keeps everyone dependent, we are to always be responsible for everything that goes on around us but never ourselves. What free man would vote for our politicians, listen to our priests, and other authorities that keep using propaganda and forms of manipulation tactics to control and rule a world full of hate and violence?

But on the contrary if you are in trouble someone else is always there to help you. Donā€™t pick yourself up after you fall, let someone else bring the crutches, let someone else take care of your wounds, so that you can feel sorry for yourself with all the comfort youā€™ll ever need.

Of course itā€™s a joint effort to keep things going in society but thereā€™s got to be a better way. A free spirit is not going to pollute its own environment, or hate and ultimately go to war against its neighbors. A free spirit will gladly help others without wanting anything in return, he celebrates life, and what he gives he gets back.

Jiddu Krishnamurti once said; It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society. Why not just be the change you wish to see in the world instead? I do believe history has shown that no matter how many bricks we throw at the authorities that itā€™s not going to work. You push against something and it will push back just as hard, itā€™s a universal law, and those are hard to break lol :stuck_out_tongue:

So just be what you wish the world to be more like and celebrate your own existence and individuality. Donā€™t feed what you dislike with your precious energy. Hakuna Matata. When you evolve, and when you heal and grow, the whole world is affected, just like the ripples on the water caused by a stone tossed in a pond.

In the beginning of your life your parents took responsibility for you, you were so small and so innocent. And later on the teacherā€™s took responsibility for you, then later maybe your partner or work took your responsibility and so on.

So when we grow up a great fear arises, we have not been trained to take responsibility for ourselves. But what we have learned is to blame our misfortunes and sadness on others and the world when we donā€™t feel happy. But happiness is always an inside job, there are no outside requirements needed.

Donā€™t be so selfish is what they say to a young child that doesnā€™t listen to all the madness that we grownups follow so blindly. But isnā€™t it just the other way around, that by not taking responsibility for ourselves and putting that weight on otherā€™s shoulders, isnā€™t that selfish?

Itā€™s all upside down!

Shouldnā€™t WE learn from children instead of the other way around? And thereā€™s a difference from gently guiding and keeping the child safe, from just blindly indoctrinating whatever crap we have parroted from our environment.

We have lost our innocence and individuality and replaced it with intellectual knowledge and false promises of safety. Life is not a problem to be solved but a mystery to be lived. Thereā€™s nothing more debilitating than the endless blame games and victim mentality, the feeling of being powerless.

Often you see people just lying down and waiting for someone else to take their responsibility for them. Iā€™ve done it many times in my life too, can someone please help me put on my got damn socks!!

A lot of grownups cannot even be alone with themselves for any extended periods of time. We have invented so many things to always keep us distracted from our core, phones, tv, alcohol, drugs, porn, etc, etc.

We generally grow up to fear death and to suppress our sexuality, so we never discover the truth behind our existance because we dare not look at it.

A fear induced society that affects the physical and body negatively and results in sickness. And just by repressing and suppressing we ultimately need all the distractions, because a steam cooker without a release valve would explode sooner or later.

Why waste your time placing opinions and projecting, whatā€™s the point? Itā€™s a habit, but does it have to be that way? Things would be so different, we would have a totally different society, a society where people are dancing and rejoicing, and celebrating their existence instead.

But more and more people are waking up to, human consciousness is evolving and all things move upwards.

Being a personality vs being an individual:
A personality is always changing. I donā€™t even recognize my own personality in just under one year with subliminals, itā€™s always changing. But the uniqueness of my individuality is always still there shining through this thing I call Tobias.

We live in a world full of sheep, with carefully created personalities that fits into the big jigsaw puzzle that is society, and that accepts everything blindly and uses peer pressure to keep the agenda going. But an individual, a free spirit you cannot control, only sheep need a shepherd.

Everybody is what he has chosen to be. You are exactly what existance wanted you to be. Why change that? Why not make it the biggest party the world has ever seen? You donā€™t need others to approve of your happiness, and to be just happy for no reason at all. Understand that you have just been conditioned to feel ashamed that something is wrong if you are just happy for no reason at all. All it takes is just a decision, less than a second and you are freeā€¦

Smile, dance, celebrate, spin around, share, laugh, make funny faces, do whatever you feel like. Be flowing, not rigid.

If you have read this far, WOW

I have some very exciting times ahead. Will be moving and changing location without yet knowing where to go. Time to burn the candle from both sides.

My plan is to stick with Khan as my major and then add HoM together with it to build something new. My old life is no more and Iā€™ve already de-attached myself from most things from my past.

Sacred Heart will be the third major, for I cannot discard the results and paradigm shifts Iā€™m getting from it.

It reminds me so much of backpacking. Endless posibilities, and whatever decision you take new ones presents themselves instantly, it becomes a habit as sort of constant pattern interrupts in ones life.

I remember me and a friend just playing rock, paper, scissors in what way to go, left or right. The only difference now is that I donā€™t have somewhere to call home, a place to stay at or go back to. Damn that triggers the RAS or the eject warning button if I were a fighter jet, wroom wroomā€¦

Dafuq does one know about life anyways?!?, not knowing is fun, it makes one feel alive. Living life dangerously reveals to you if your choice is right or wrong in an instant, no delayā€¦ the thought of what could be or not be is just self-imposed sufferingā€¦

So, do I want to be a Nissan Micra or fire spitting F-16 with pink taillights? Meep meep!

Osho knew all along the power of subliminals :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Yes, he was my first exposure to the spiritual world years ago. Itā€™s like a first love, at times you forget about it, but it always comes back to you :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I love also love his ssss sounds at the end of sentences, and also the way he says truth haha. Most people comment about that he never blinks and that you need to speed up his videos because he talks so slowlyā€¦ try doing the opposite to slow down the video instead :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Yes you my friend

What books have you read with Osho? My favorite is Courage which Iā€™m re-reading at the moment and then re-reading again :slightly_smiling_face:

Been cleaning and emptying my old apartment all day. It blows my mind how much junk there is, just layers and layers of things gathering dust. So hard just to get all the cobwebs out, not planning to keep almost anything of my old possessions.

Itā€™s the same with the mind I guess, just layers and layers of crap until you finally cleared it all out. And to think that the mind has some kind of connection and attachment to all the things Iā€™ve thrown away.

Also had some of the weirdest and most fvcked up dreams last night. And the weirdest of it all was that it all ended in a wet dream. I can clearly see that all of this was fears Iā€™ve had that now gets triggered big time by the mind not feeling safe at the moment and resisting change.

My first introduction to Osho was his video on the many uses of the word fuck. Hilarious!

I did exactly this when running DR ST4

Yep DR 4 is a beast. I would like to run more of it, itā€™s just that I need to focus on creating a living for myself at the moment, hm all the choices :stuck_out_tongue:

Just thought this sentence was so beautiful about clening up your mindscape:

ā€œā€¦your mind will come to itā€™s utmost clarityā€¦ because no dustā€¦ no problemā€¦ your mind becomes a mirrorā€¦ so pureā€¦ that it reflects realityā€
