IMO lbfh is absolutely neccessairy given what you say here. Be warned though as lbfh can be a bit on the slow side given its gentler approach to healing, but once it kicks in, its extremely profound (perhaps add DR:LD, to speed up its results?)
Aside from this id say run genesis for a while and let it guide you to what else you need. A lot of people suggest ascension, but what i noticed is that ascension can be a type of alpha that isnt for everyone. I personally found something like primal or daredevil to fit me more for instance.
Ascension definitely wouldnt hurt and would have profound effects on your self esteem. Its more that in my experience its hard tk stick to a sub if you find it doesnt neccessairly fit you superwell. For this reason id suggest sticking to genesis for a bit more to see where that guides you towards. The self esteem from genesis is already insane so who knows, it might be enough on its own. And if not than im sure itll guide you towards ascension or some other alpha sub.
(Remember though, if a sub is guiding you to switch, than youll still want to switch even after waiting a few weeks. If its recon induced, youll want to switch RIGHT NOW, and you often arent that interested anymore a few weeks later.)
More importantly than this though is STICK TO A STACK LONGTERM (not neccessairly directed at you, more in general to everyone who tends to switch subs a lot, myself included lol).
There are quite a lot of subs here that given enough time would work through your problems. Some ofcourse better than others, but nonetheless with the way ZPv2 works, you really cant go wrong super easily.
All subs need time though, and given how deep you say your issues are rooted, they might need a lot of time. So if you have a stack you find good, make sure to stick to it for a long while.
Don’t worry, no mistakes. I was just curious what difference I would have with DR vs Asc+G in my case history.
As for the experience with the subs. I have been with subclub since the days of Q. Although I have improved in many aspects compared to the past and I am proud of it, now I have come to understand that I still have very, very deep problems at the root that I have never touched and approached and that perhaps I I’m always focused on a slightly more superficial level until now.
At this point I think I would like to focus on healing/building foundations first. So as for Wanted I think I’ll leave it aside for a moment being a seduction sub.
My only doubt, however, is whether Asc and G are redundant with each other, because you all recommended many titles to me and having only 3 slots it is complicated to choose.
I think about it for a moment. K st1 had been appealing to me for some time, I don’t know about the second stage however, but taking into account that you are offering me a lot of subs, it becomes difficult to choose.
However, if there was the possibility, in my case of lack of self-esteem and feeling enough, to do with a single subliminal what K st1 and st2 does together it would be ideal.
For informational purposes. I’ve been running Genesis for 4 cycles now.
I have to think about whether Asc could be a valid replacement or addition, and I honestly find it very appealing, although as I asked before, would it be redundant with Genesis?
My priority is (and was also in the stack with PS, before these issues came out) to increase the value I perceive of myself and stop feeling like I’m not enough. Precisely for this reason I had chosen PS, thinking that it would help me but it only caused great recon for the enormous divergence that still exists between me and the sub, due to a lack of foundations in myself.
I was thinking about Ascension to build my inner worth, self-esteem and to serve as a foundation building for me.
Then I would have liked to put LB4H, but I think I will keep Genesis which although not focused exclusively on self-love, has a single objective on self-love (“Develop a deep sense of love for your inner self.”). I also need the goal seeking and achievement goals in it, as well as the wealth scripts, and much more (it’s a very all-round sub).
Lastly, I was also thinking of keeping DRLD as a support to the two other titles and also for the other objectives it contains on the removal of limitations.
In conclusion my stack would be Asc + G + DRLD, and with this I should develop my self-esteem, the personal value I attribute to myself, improve my relationship with myself and my self-love, and develop a sense of identity.
If anyone has any other advice to give or criticisms to make about the stack I chose, I’m more than willing to listen.

As much as this might be reconciliation, a few of us have been encouraging you to shift your focus away from women and towards other programs.
Also what happens if in a week you feel better? Will you go back to PS thinking everything is better? Or will you stay the course of focusing on personal development? Or will you justify listening to PS as part of personal development?
How about starting out with MICROLOOPS with ONE of the following:
Ascension
DR:LD
Genesis
Sanguine The Elixir
LBfH
How about doing ONE program (and only one program) for 90 day, then maybe think about adding another?
Maybe after SIX months, consider something such as Dragon Reborn or CFW or Khan or Khan Black?
On the other hand, as @IRON has humorously pointed out in a visual way, do not overdo it.
The other thought I have is if other people might take advantage of you. Have you read a book on assertiveness such as “When I say no I feel Guilty” by Dr. Manuel Smith?
Have you read any books about emotionally immature people by Dr. Lindsay Gibson to learn how such people try to manipulate those around them?
At some point you will get better in your interactions with women, and I don’t want any bad apples to take advantage of you.
While you are listening to a title more about healing or self-development, you can read up on relationships skills, assertiveness, sexual techniques, and so forth, so when you have more of a stronger self-esteem, you’ll have the skills to follow through and follow up.
