How do you decide which healing sub to run or which one will work for you?

I read the sales page and read the forum and pick the one that most suits my goals, combined with the one that has the corresponding difficulty to what I’m ready to take on at the moment. If I want easy healing, I go for LBFH or Sanguine Elixir.

I haven’t gotten around with healing subs so far if you don’t count LBfH. That’s why I am confused.
I do count LBFH it’s a great healing sub

For me the titles that can be called healing subliminals are Rebirth, Dragon Reborn: Limit Destroyer, Sanguine: The Elixir, Regeneration and Dragon Reborn.
Although many other titles have healing scripting in them, they are usually titles that have other objectives in mind. For example Heartsong has romantic relationship healing to make you better at manifesting healthy romantic partners. Lineage: Mandate Eternal has family relationship healing to help you be at peace with your family. Khan ST1 has wealth and sexual healing to get you money and women. Paragon Complete has (me thinks) some form of removing limits in your mind so that you can physically heal better. Love Bomb for Humanity heals you to be able to love yourself and others. Sanguine heals you to be calm. Etc.
Frankly I haven’t used Rebirth but these are my take on the “real healing” titles that heal for healing sake:

Sanguine: The Elixir & Regeneration: If one wants to spend a bit of time on healing but don’t want it to be very intense, use both of these to get rid of a lot of minor inconveniences standing in your way. I have used this combo for two cycles to push away a lot of minor and medium sized mental and emotional roadblocks so that am able to drive easier on my way, so to speak. If one hasn’t run any sort of healing subliminal, Sanguine: The Elixir + Regeneration is the best starter pack. The Elixir will even sooth the reconciliation you get from Regeneration. These titles can be run by themselves but they work best together.

Rebirth: Even though I haven’t run this, I have read a couple of good journals where users have combined this with titles like Emperor to reframe their past and get faster results with their other titles. In the case of this example, you will get better results with Emperor + Rebirth as if you aren’t impeded by your past. As if the past doesn’t exist. This is a very simplified way of explaining it but that’s how I read it when I listen to others. So Rebirth is great if you want results fast in your stack without having to trouble yourself with too much healing. Rebirth can be run solo but it is better in a stack.

Dragon Reborn: Limit Destroyer. Like Rebirth, this is also a great stacking healing title that helps with removing limits standing in the way of the other title(s) in your stack. So for example if you stack it with Genesis, the limits you have in your mind regarding the goals of Genesis will be destroyed and you will be well on your way to achieving those goals. Dragon Reborn: Limit Destroyer can be run solo if you want to destroy general limits in your mind.

Dragon Reborn. The ultimate healing title that is best done by itself or with titles like Sanguine or Sage Immortal to reduce the reconciliation. Of course one needs some previous experience with titles similar to Emperor to be able to be confident that one can face the wrath of the dragon. I wouldn’t recommend this for newbies cause it needs some time, dedication and loads of self-reflection to get to the other side. Dragon Reborn is best done when one has their urgent demands met (like food and shelter. And maybe a bit more) and one wants to get rid of anything and everything standing in their way in terms of spiritual, mental, emotional and physical blocks.

I say this a bit sarcastically but it sort of depends on how much of a glutton for punishment you are. Healing subs are anything but easy . Especially if you have a lot to work through. Something that I wish I would have understood a while ago is that it’s best to go slow and take your time. Start with shorter loops and work up

@lion love your post, personally though I consider Khan ST1, EOGST1, and Chosen From Within to be in the realm of “Classic Healing Subs.”
AFAIK They’re 80% healing, if not 100%, and while they do focus on certain objectives, they accomplish those objectives through healing.
And as I said I pick healing titles by reading the sales page and aligning with what helps me the game at with my goals.
Subs I’d include “healing with other objectives” would be GLM, Wanted, Seductress and Chosen.
More importantly, Sex and Seduction X and Nouveau Rich both have the NRE/NWE experience which is more healing than healing titles IMHO

The one other thing I will say is that if you choose to run Dragon Reborn be prepared for it to change you a lot.
It also depends on what your healing goals are and how much you have to work on. If it’s basic go with Regeneration . If you want to transform yourself into whatever run Dragon Reborn and maybe stack it with Dragon Reborn Limit Destroyer

I had an aha moment last night about my own need for healing. It hit me hard how I always attract toxic people into my life. I’m not saying romantically although I do feel my wife and I have CPTSD and probably some unhealthy coping mechanisms. I realized that as I said in a post a while back that I have no real example in my life of what a mentally and emotionally healthy and mature person is like . No example. For most of my life. The only one I can think of is someone I dated over thirty years ago. Looking back I understand why she ended our relationship
My point is, is that by doing deeper work on myself I can have the ability to not only help bring that type of person into my life by friendship or mentor but also as I jumping point for me to be able to achieve that and be the person I want to be for my wife and I.

I’ll never stop reposting this I think it’s the craziest thing.
Right now, NE is a replacement for eog1 because of NWE.
By extension, you could say Sex & Seduction X could replace Khan ST1 because of NRE
@Detective_L if you’re looking for a place to start I would STRONGLY suggest one of these two depending on which accomplishes your goals

I understand that. I was lucky that I was able to knock the price down with my Elites status. I had been waiting for as long as I can remember for someone to put out a product that is what Dragon Reborn is. As much as I almost craved it , it also scares the fuck out of me

As far as I understood, NRICH is superior to EoG1 and Rich because of the NWE. Once they get NWE treatment, they will be the first choice for healing/ Manifestation again.

NWE is basically like EOG1 and RICH rolled into one. So currently, NR would be equivalent to running both of them. Want to add wealth fuel to the wealth fire? Stack NR with RICH to add EXTRA NWE manifestations, or stack NR with EOG1 to add EXTRA NWE healing. But if you want one wealth title, it’s NWE or bust, baby.
Once RICH/EOG1 get the NWE treatment, then NR will become a more niched product, specifically for entrepreneurs who want to build products that are disruptive and scalable. RICH will be for manifestation, EOG1 will be for healing, HOM will be for sales and networking and long-term-planning, Mogul will be the all-in-one wealth sub, and NR will be for hyperentrepreneurs or those looking to be involved in Silicon Valley style start ups.
So technically speaking he meant NR will stand on it’s own.
