Ok so you have not tried listening just one loop per week. Try that and see how it goes.
I have had a break for one month, during which I was not listening to any SC subs. After that, I did 1 min of sub and got 45 minutes less sleep, so this option is ruled out.
Itâs already established that you sleep less with subs, but youâre here asking for advice because you want to be able to use subs.
So itâs not rocket science, either use a sub very little like once a week, just enough to get benefit, you sacrifice your first night with little less sleep, but the rest of the week should be fine, or at least in theory since you havenât tried it.
Or you just stop using subs altogether and move on.
Am I missing something here?
I would personally try this
-
avoid caffeine or sugary drinks after lunch / around evening
-
enable âwarm lightâ on my screen on the phone and pc to reduce blue light that can keep us more awake
-
only listen to sc subs - max two titles
-
listen before lunch only (3 or 5 or 7 minutes)
-
have 2 or 3 rest days in between each listening instead of one
-
drink proper amount of water during the day
-
close curtains if any moon light could enter the room at night
And track what happens for 2 weeks.
I have this app called ârise and sleepâ and itâs totally free and it lets me know how much I sleep - it tracks when I stop and start using phone. Itâs actually very accurate.
I actually believe that all these things combined might show you in two weeks that you might potentially be good with sleep.
And you could also make a support ticket about it if after 2 weeks it didnât seem to help and you feel like youâre not getting good amount of sleep for you and let them know what you did in order to maximize your chances.
I do not drink coffee or sugary drinks.
Flux on computer, eye saver on a phone.
Mentioned only One sub
Mentioned my preferred way is morning
Mentioned had break one month, after that issue was still there.
There is no issue in that.
Curtains are in a place plus a sleep mask.
Using a sleep tracker on my body
Since everything mentioned above was done, and after one month break, was the issue still there after. So this use case was basically done, unfortunately, with no success.
Iâm sorry to hear that. It looks like youâve been dealing with this a lot. Support ticket would seem appropriate with telling them all that you had implemented before.
I hope someone with this issue here who resolved it will be able to share what helped them. Wish I could help more truly.
try this:
30s every 4-5 days
It could be that (SC) subliminals speak to your subconscious on a very deep level. When things â in your case, subliminals â âget under your skinâ, they can absolutely affect your sleep.
For example: You hear that your best friend, whom you deeply value, has been badly betrayed. Youâll likely suffer with him because it really hits you emotionally.
But if the same thing happens to a distant acquaintance â someone you might see once every two years â it doesnât affect you as much. It might even leave you completely indifferent.
Depending on what your subconscious associates with, some things hit harder than others. Personally, I think the subliminals resonate with you very well because they reach parts and aspects of your subconscious that other healing methods or other subs havenât even come close to.
Yes, it sounds kind of rough because youâre sleeping poorly, but I believe theyâll bring you a lot in the long run.
Healing takes time.
Healing is often also pain.
And healing is often really shitty sleep, too.
I feel that way sometimes as well, especially when I use certain healing methods â subliminals, shadow work, etc. Even though it often annoys me, I keep reminding myself that everything has its reason and purpose â even the unpleasant stuff.
Just a thought I had when I read your post.
So to summarize:
- You get bad sleep when you use subs.
- You sleep normalizes after a washout.
- You tried mostly the normal one on one off schedule.
- It doesnât matter if you use 5 minutes or just one.
- It happens with SC specifically, but also with subs from other vendors, but not as strong (not surprising, since SC makes quite powerful subs)
The following questions can help you and us to better understand your situation.
How do these sleeping challenges show?
Do you lie awake and canât fall asleep?
Or do you wake up repeatedly?
Or do you simply wake up earlier?
And how do you feel then?
Simply annoyed that you canât sleep?
Some unrest?
Driven to do something?
Still energetic?
Absolutely tired but canât find sleep?
What do you think about?
Worried about something?
Pondering about something?
Is there some pressure in your head?
For me, sleep challenges only come with Khan products, when the energy gets to much.
Iâd classify this as recon as well as your challenges. Something is happening in your subconscious mind that stops your from sleeping.
So giving your mind less to process might be key.
To reduce the mental load, Iâd recommend trying shorter loops stretched further apart.
Some users only used 10 seconds once a week (so they donât get overwhelmed) and still got great results.
@Viktor used to use only 10 seconds and then increased only by 2-3 seconds every listening Day, because of recon.
I sometimes have the same issues, try listening to the subliminals as soon as you wake up, when I listen later in the day especially if itâs in the evening my sleep is the worst, half awake half sleep nightmare, when I listen in the morning itâs better.
Thanks to all for your inputs. I will try to change my way of listening. I always did it through headphones with Masked version and volume as low as possible, as far as I have been listening to at least some kind of sound, and from my computer.
Now I will try with my phone, not sure whether stereo or mono, masked version, and with volume somewhere in the middle. Probably something around 1 minute.
@RagnarLothbrok, What is your way of listening?
Do you listen to Ultrasonic track, that one is loud so that might be the cause.
I do not know people, sometimes I have a feeling that many of you have a problem with reading
