It could be that (SC) subliminals speak to your subconscious on a very deep level. When things ā in your case, subliminals ā āget under your skinā, they can absolutely affect your sleep.
For example: You hear that your best friend, whom you deeply value, has been badly betrayed. Youāll likely suffer with him because it really hits you emotionally.
But if the same thing happens to a distant acquaintance ā someone you might see once every two years ā it doesnāt affect you as much. It might even leave you completely indifferent.
Depending on what your subconscious associates with, some things hit harder than others. Personally, I think the subliminals resonate with you very well because they reach parts and aspects of your subconscious that other healing methods or other subs havenāt even come close to.
Yes, it sounds kind of rough because youāre sleeping poorly, but I believe theyāll bring you a lot in the long run.

For me, sleep challenges only come with Khan products, when the energy gets to much.
Iād classify this as recon as well as your challenges. Something is happening in your subconscious mind that stops your from sleeping.
So giving your mind less to process might be key.
To reduce the mental load, Iād recommend trying shorter loops stretched further apart.
Some users only used 10 seconds once a week (so they donāt get overwhelmed) and still got great results.
@Viktor used to use only 10 seconds and then increased only by 2-3 seconds every listening Day, because of recon.
I sometimes have the same issues, try listening to the subliminals as soon as you wake up, when I listen later in the day especially if itās in the evening my sleep is the worst, half awake half sleep nightmare, when I listen in the morning itās better.
Do you listen to Ultrasonic track, that one is loud so that might be the cause.

@Sydney if you mind me asking, do you numb your emotions or have problem feeling them? I used to have this problem a lot, but running Renaissance Man is making this thing a lot better. The headache and tiredness is your brain reconciling emotions but most probably you are somewhere numbing them and this leads to strain on the nerves and cause that sleepy/fatigue feeling.
This is the case for me how did you resolve this particular issue?

Iāll also add, it seems that mineral/nutrient insufficiency in general could be a solution to your issue, since you found Boron to help.
Iām feeling empathetic about your issues too because Iām having sleep disorders due to respiratory and digestive problems that manifested around 2-3 AM almost every night since starting the current cycle.
Iām listening to pretty short microloops too but you said that even washouts arenāt improving the situation.
I donāt know what to suggest you.
But you could try reviewing your daily habits to see if thereās something which can affect your sleeping patterns.
Diet, stress management, daily level of activity/exercise, use of technology could be something to investigate too.
Also we need to consider the fact that some people react in a very negative way to certain substances, when for the vast majority of population thereās no issue whatsoever. For example take a look at uncommon allergies for very healthy foods or even materials.
