How do you solve the problem with sleeping? Every time I listen to subliminal, the night that night is always worse, with less sleep time.
And this is not overexposure, it is even from 1 minute.
And this is not only one title, it does not matter what subliminal it is, there is always worse sleep. How do you deal with that?
And supplements like magnesium and other recommended sleep stuff do not work either.
I believe they have a title called paragon sleep.
You could also run subs in the morning. I run them mid day.
Paradoxically, it also happens with this one. The problem is not running the right title. It is in the subliminal technology itself. How can it be solved?
Forgot to mention it does not matter if I listen to them in the morning or in the evening, I prefer in the morning tho.
Oh wow! Thats tricky!
There is no problem with the tech. We sleep just fine.
How long have you run the subliminals? And what subliminals have you run?
I was probably not clear. I have a problem with subliminals in general regarding sleep. Obviously, many of you do not have any sleep problems with subliminals.
So this is just my case, I was hoping that someone also had this problem and was able to solve it.
I have ran many, more than 20 in total, over many years. And I am talking about only SC subs besides other creators.
To clarify, you only have this issue when running SC subliminals?
To some extent, it is overall, but the worst is with SC, I assume because it is the most packed sublimal
So you’ve had sleep problems for many years?
Before subliminals, my sleep was normal, but only when I listen to them is my sleep affected.
The only time I’ve seen reports of sleep issues on this forum is when people listen to subs in the evening or just before bed.
I’m a light sleeper and very sensitive with caffeine and things of that nature but after some years with subs I can say that with official recommended usage it doesn’t affect my sleep, even when I’ve overexposed many times just before bed .
The only exception is when I ran Khan Black, a very energetic title just before bed once and that screwed up my sleep.
You could try one full loop per week so you still get benefits from the sub but you get most days with good sleep.
Instead of focusing on the issue you can focus on solutions, what do you think about this one I offered about full loop once a week?
I would suggest you try two / three weeks only subliminal club subs. The founders themselves do not recommend mixing their subs with outside YouTube subs since they arent anywhere near the same quality and there’s just so many producers out there who have no idea what they are doing in terms of safety and well being.
Best to put in a support ticket if you don’t get a satisfactory answer here.
Until then, I would advice Revelation of Dreams (it has entire Paragon Sleep scripting in it) + Dragon Reborn: Limit Destroyer to help break your sleep limits.
Maybe try a sleep time routine like dimming lights an hour before sleep, stopping electronics for around the same time, meditating for 15 to 20 and reading a paperback book for a while before you switch off all lights and sleep.
Am gusssinc you are very sensitive to the scripts. Maybe you will have to start listening from 10 seconds or 30 seconds before proceeding to longer listening times.
I get trouble sleeping if I listen to subliminals late, so now I only listen in the mornings, preferibly when I get up. As someone suggested perhaps you should listen less often.
Have you tried the new anti recon technology?
What have you tried many times?
If you want more helpful answers you can share more precisely what listening schedules you have tried, etc.
You’re being very vague with your answers.
Ok so you have not tried listening just one loop per week. Try that and see how it goes.
It’s already established that you sleep less with subs, but you’re here asking for advice because you want to be able to use subs.
So it’s not rocket science, either use a sub very little like once a week, just enough to get benefit, you sacrifice your first night with little less sleep, but the rest of the week should be fine, or at least in theory since you haven’t tried it.
Or you just stop using subs altogether and move on.
Am I missing something here?
I would personally try this
-
avoid caffeine or sugary drinks after lunch / around evening
-
enable “warm light” on my screen on the phone and pc to reduce blue light that can keep us more awake
-
only listen to sc subs - max two titles
-
listen before lunch only (3 or 5 or 7 minutes)
-
have 2 or 3 rest days in between each listening instead of one
-
drink proper amount of water during the day
-
close curtains if any moon light could enter the room at night
And track what happens for 2 weeks.
I have this app called “rise and sleep” and it’s totally free and it lets me know how much I sleep - it tracks when I stop and start using phone. It’s actually very accurate.
I actually believe that all these things combined might show you in two weeks that you might potentially be good with sleep.
And you could also make a support ticket about it if after 2 weeks it didn’t seem to help and you feel like you’re not getting good amount of sleep for you and let them know what you did in order to maximize your chances.
I’m sorry to hear that. It looks like you’ve been dealing with this a lot. Support ticket would seem appropriate with telling them all that you had implemented before.
I hope someone with this issue here who resolved it will be able to share what helped them. Wish I could help more truly.
