Again I can only shrug.i very little thought into the listening of aubs and how the tech works. I just play my loops and go on about my day.
It’s advised to not jump like your mentioning in chunks. You always start from the beginning and then add, not stick to 30 seconds and then listen to 30 seconds from say 1 min to 1 minute 30 seconds.
You would start at the beginning and listen to the first 30 seconds on your first listening day of a new title. If no recon then you can add another 30 seconds from the beginning so it would be 0 to 1 minute. If no recon next listening day would be 0 to 1 minute 30 seconds.
If you skip parts it will certainly cause recon and you will have far fewer positive results and possibly next to none at all.
Not skipping
you still have to start from the beginning and move up slowly
so if 0 - 30 sec is stage 1
30 - 1 min mark would be stage 2
1 min mark - 1:30 min would be stage 3
You start with stage 1, then move to stage 2, if stage 2 gives you recon you go back to stage 1…also just to be on the safe side, you’d do 1:30 min straight once a week just to cover the basis
if anyone is familiar with interleave learning, its essentially the same concept. You don’t skip any stage, you’re just choosing to focus on stage 2 only for example after stage 1 is comfortable, then the end of the week you cover stage 1 and 2 as a refresher
hope that makes sense
I feel like how I’m thinking it and how I’m explaining it might be different
Your listening based on the assumption that each 30s has different scripting so different parts of audio do different things and you dont want to feel like u missed any scripting.
But the truth is, each small section of the sub contains the whole sub, but written in varying stages of depth and complexity.
So initial sections may be easier to listen to, and as you slowly raise the time, the complexity is slowly added on , at least that’s my understanding of how the subs are written
Just keep it simple and slowly raise the loop duration from micro loops. The creators of the sub have already worried about how people would listen to them. So our job is just slowly raise the loop time and forget about everything else, while taking consistent action
Don’t forget to also stay at a listening time for 2 or 3 loops before deciding to go up it may not be immediatly obvious that your in recon and end up adding even more recon on top
And when you experience recon go back down and maybe try even smaller increments than 30s like 10s
Don’t do this
You’re ignoring what your subconcious fundamentally needs for change - repetition
Starting from zero each time ensures repetition and reinforcement occurs of the early material
What the microloop method does is it allows your to mind to reinforce the input and if increasing allows you to introduce novel ideas at the right pace for you
Jumping from different time slots is not ensuring this and you are more than likely to hit much harsher recon because of the complexity increasing as you go through the loop
Plus its ignoring the fact that there is support scripting, anti recon, adaptive scripting, nervous system scripting, which may or may not be through out the loop
And if you are using a custom, the modules themselves are frontloaded. So if you just carry on from a certain point in the custom, you may not even be listening to the modules anymore and just core content
There would be no point in that, might as well just listen to the full sub
Also this question has been asked multiple times already
The goal of microloops is not to listen to less information - the amount of information isn’t the problem. The goal is to work from easiest part to hardest
Easiest parts are in the beginning and it’s getting harder and harder
So you listen to a micro loop and work through basic issues preventing you from success. Once you worked through them, you don’t have recon at this duration. That’s when you start listening a bit more (the harder part), while still reinforcing everything prior
Wait is he talking about increasing loops by 30 seconds every time or is he talking about starting the track from where he left off and moving up 30 seconds every time?
this.
I mean, the quote is from the original post haha
@themadsexyscientist case in point:
“We do not follow this trend, nor do we claim it, since we are sure that with the Zero Point method – length and density isn’t nearly as important as subject matter. We build our titles to whatever length is necessary to accomplish the title’s goals. Some are short, some are longer.”
That makes sense, thanks for the clarification. That actually makes a lot of sense. I was looking at it from the perspective of more information instead of the complexity of the subject. I honestly didn’t understand the concept and how it worked tbh, you learn something new everyday.
makes sense

I appreciate
Just wanted to state that I’ve never used the listening patterns I said above , its all conjecture lol
NOTE: We’ve said on the forum so many times to NOT jump ahead. It’s even in the instruction manual:
Please Note: There is no need to try and “skip ahead.” The micro-loop technology is quite intricate — it does not consist of merely massive amounts of information. Each title is masterfully crafted according to the difficulty of the subject matter being processed, as observed through thousands of customer reports.
Attempting to jump ahead through the file in an attempt to “get the full script” is not advisable, as the titles are MADE with the micro-loop technology in mind. Jumping ahead may actually impede results, as each title is designed for the user to progressively work through, which is intended to help you generate incredible growth in your life.
Every new cycle after a washout, even if I’ve safely reached 3 or 5 mins on the same stack I’ve been using for awhile, I always start at 30 secs and work my way up again slowly, kind of like a warm up set if we are using the gym analogy
On the topic of microloops can we just stick to 30s for every title and get all the results? Anyone just set and forget it like that? i find having to assess if im ready for the next increment or if im going through recon and going back quite tiring, especially since i work 50+ hours a week in construction and a couple weeks iv done 60-70 hours as well
Yes I listen to mostly 30s loops.
But I decided it because it gave me satisfying results
I asked support is it worth to then increase.
Increasing ‘maybe’ will give better results but also recon.
Since then am sticking to 30s maybe now and then increasing duration like 10s or something
Yes, many people do pretty much that.
I’ve been listening to RICH + Mogul mostly at 15s (sometimes up to 3 min but 90% of the time it was 15s) and I’m getting great results overall.
Been using RICH for 6 months, Mogul for 3 months
If you really want to increase exposure without side effects, consider increasing it by as little as +1-2s per listening day. @William does it and I think he listens to 30 sec for most of the time as well (though he does full loops sometimes too) and gets great results
I mean, he microlooped WB for like a year below 30s and had amazing results, so I think yes, you can absolutely just chill at 30s and reap all the benefits
Getting as close as possible to the sweetspot is useful.
I did super slow increment for quite some time.
for some subs like WB & DRR3, super low exposure worked well because my sweetspot coincidentally just happened to be that low.
for others like HeO & EE, full loops are better because my sweetspot is around there. Using low exposure makes the results not as holistic as it can get.
But you don’t need to.
Sure it’s nice to get close to the sweetspot, but you can still get a lot even without.
The gain isn’t a linear line up.
If you listen to 5% of the sub, doesn’t mean you only get 5% of what it could offer to your life. It’s way more. (100% doesn’t mean you’ll get 100% either if it blows way past your sweetspot.)
Chilling in the 30s mark is just as valid.
I’ve been caught by surprise again and again with how effective low exposure can be, even when the sweetspot is way above.
You can always go up to probe where the sweet spot is when you have the time for it. But in the mean time, if 30s is the most practical, then go for it.
I accidentally did this once and what you say is correct. Results were surprising indeed
