Lmao I honestly never expected to see you here again after your last post on your journal.
The big thing I notice on recon is it takes me out of the present moment, and it reveals to me the gaps between my current reality and the desired outcome. I enter this state of dissatisfaction with my current state and have this urge to take action.
Its been important for me to journal and remain grateful, so that I stay grounded in the present

Reconciliation is at the heart of Mental Alchemy as it is at the heart of Alchemy. Alchemy is about reconciling opposite elements and qualities like fire and earth, light and darkness, sunlight and moonlight. Similarly, reconciliation in Mental Alchemy serves to reconcile opposite (cooflicting) elements and qualities (beliefs, traumas, patterns) within our framework. It’s the essential and unavoidable element of the whole transformation. Our task is to facilitate the process (reconciliation) by taking action aligned with it (with the new beliefs that need to be reconciled) and mitigate its side effects that may imperil the whole process, and especially, cause subliminal jumping.

The worst recon is the one that drains and debilitates you because you can really feel terrible and get brain tension, headaches, and brain pressure… (this is really overexposure; how much you can handle change is not static but dynamic relating to your own individual state of internal/external growth and health)
Mild recon will always be there but shouldn’t be a cause of concern. Who said the reconciliation process has to be anything but enjoyable and fun?
Reconciliation is just internal and external change, most of it is actually positive. If your internal world change for the better, leading to a more favorable external world caused by the processing of the subliminal program… would you not agree it is beneficial reconciliation
(process of change).
The difficult reconciliation is the change you tend to resist, it is draining and often difficult because you are willingly not allowing the changes, causing a strain on you mentally and emotionally.
If you get drained and lack energy it also becomes hard to first allow the changes to be there and unfold, but also to act on it (action on the newfound internal state)
When you get drained like this, mentally emotionally, and even physically you lose power and this entere into the range of “overexposure” where you are processing more reconciliation than you can mentally emotionally and physically cope with.
This degree of reconciliation you want to avoid at all costs because here you enter a territory of no results.
This is pretty normal considering you have no mental emotional and physical energy to make anything happen.
Best recon busters for this is to temporarily halt usage and to revive your mental emotional and physical energy so you can process the changes and allow them to unfold again.
Caffeine, sunlight, sleep, being around a good friend who nurtures you, anything really that helps you to recharge and cope with the stress that will be there.
Stress is just an inability to handle mental, emotional, and physical discomfort.
After going through recon (changes) with a program you will eventually reach an influx of incredible results as the main stage of initial adaptation has finished and you can now enjoy the constant results without going through major changes that may be draining on your energy resources.
And always being charged up without crazy (potentially draining) changes will aid you results drastically
For example introducing a new program that relates to areas of your life you have not advanced far in will always be more difficult, but after spending some time with it the difficulty will decrease, and revisiting this program in the future will become smoother and smoother as you advance further towards it’s objectives. Thus there will be less change you will have to cope with. Especially if you need healing regarding the objectives.
Once healing is bypassed results almost always come easy.
Healing is necessary to remove anything standing in your way of actually executing the script. This is actually the most difficult part.
What does it mean?
How can you consciously resist reconciliation as reconciliation is the process that transmute one belief systems into another?
If you run Wanted for example which has scripting that expresses in romantic settings and you are afraid of dating, so because of this fear you are resisting to take action and actually going on a date.
So the recon encourages you to be more active in your romantic life to achieve the objectives but you consciously use your will to not act on it out of a fear.
Does that make sense?
Change the parameters to wealth or anything else its all the same.
Not acting on a business idea with mogul because you fear success or have a trauma and past memory of failure, etc etc
This resistance is actually very conscious because of what lies beneath the layers of your conscious, in the sub and unconscious that makes you feel a certain way regarding the actions you have to take.
You need to let go of that and allow, just like an electric current trying to pass through a conductive wire if the material is not pure and filled with non-conductive elements you will create resistance to the flow of energy.
So if you resist a lot of the mental emotional and physical changes you create an obstruction in your energy flow and become apathic and lethargic as people have often experienced during overexposure. As the energy is not flowing due to a resistance in your system.
Slowly and gradually you will overcome this as you go through a process of healing and your results will naturally increase! But you need to clear any resistance that you have within you, and this should be done slowly or you will get drained by the lack of flow in your energies.
If you increase amplitude on anything you resist it just leads to a greater energy loss… As the circuit is not being completed and much of the force and power is lost
So hence go slow (low exposure and increase as you overcome the challenges).
