If you like surreal, nightmarish horror: Channel Zero.
An anthology horror series with strange dream/nightmare logic. Season 1 is quite slow (not bad, but slow), 2 and 3 are remarkable with unique style and atmosphere, season 4 has probably the most iconic villain.

That’s fair. For me horror has a similar cathartic appeal as many bloody tragedies have.
These were all based on creepy pastas if I remember. If that sweetens the deal for anyone. I enjoyed these.

I love Antosca’s work. Antlers was nice too, but the longer form of TV series works better for him. My wife loves his true crime stuff.
