My friend. Don’t ever do 4 titles in a stack. The only exception is if you are running Ascension Chamber and that can only be run once a week

You might be feeling that Dragon Reborn: Phoenix is the right title for you now. It could be reconciliation or it could be a genuine feeling.

Listen closely to yourself before changing your stack. If you want to change your stack, remove one title and replace it with the Phoenix.

Else like @RVconsultant has suggested, try running only one title for a while. Like Phoenix. The results will be faster in that case. But this title can bring its own reconciliation. So be aware of that.

yes. right now its about 5-7 min i increase listening time in this cycle

I’m trying to be careful about this, but sometimes i get overwhelmed, or i cant express my self in english the way i want, so i write in my main language

i dont think i can remove or running only one sub for rn(i actually i’d like to run only sub for a while)
i cant drop KB beacuse my bad addictions might comeback, and i need sexual healing and sexual transmutation. Actually, I don’t think I’m ever going to drop this sub. this sub is like pillar for me.

and icant drop Paragon either. and recently also I’ve had a pain in my wrist. and other issues

and EB in this stack its my main sub, for my stuides my goal. dropping this may cause lead me astray

so i cant drop any sub for 30 days, ill either go with this or iwill add phoenix as a 4th sub.

If all your titles (Khan Black, Paragon Complete and Emperor Black) are perfect for your goals, why add a 4th subliminal?

This is reconciliation talking, @Furkan. Don’t listen to it.

Adding a 4th subliminal will not work. Even I have tried but it caused both reconciliation and no results.

The mind needs space and time to process the subliminals you are listening to. If you add too many titles, you will only overload yourself and waste time.

Stick some more time with your current stack. They will give you results and they provide their own healing too.

I would encourage you to consider this as an option, especially if you might be feeling low.

How about this:
ONE program for 30 days, using microloops, starting with 30 seconds and notice how you feel. Then maybe work up to 5 minutes.

What do you think?

Okay, English is not your main language. On those days, you could keep an offline journal.

Still don´t understand how people cannot run 4 program titles at once. But listening to two customs with 2 cores each (That makes 4) is not a problem. Because we can handle customs better or something?

Don´t know you, but see a lot of my old self (And sometimes still do) and cliënts in the way you speak. Especially the ¨I Have¨ ¨I Must¨ ¨I should¨

Mostly we say these things when we are in a situation that our ego doesn´t like and 9 out of 10 times it´s trauma and trauma takes time to heal. Didn´t like to hear it when I went through it, but it is true. Normally I would not give advice, but please lay off the subs for a while. It will do you good. There is nothing wrong with these subs, but it seems that your mind is racing at this moment and you´re processing way too much at once and want to ¨fix¨ it by listening to subs. or do what @RVconsultant and @Lion are suggesting and just keep it at one small healing sub at the time (This is coming from a guy that jumped into Dragon ST4 because I wanted my healing to be done lol).

Please brother take it easy, these subs are here to support you, not bring you down. Don’t think that KB is the only thing in life that’s helping you from not using your bad addictions. You are doing that right now and KB is helping you with that. Be careful not the become dependent on these subs to live your life. They are an asset to your life, they don’t control it.

i don’t know maybe, maybe. But probably I’ll stick with my stack but less minutes, today i listened 2min KB and 1.45 EB actually I should’ve listened to this last night. i said this because maybe listening KB in the morning can create recon for me. but also I’m forgetting listening this at night.

My mood changes very quickly for a few days. i try to focus, there are things that Bother me. idk. Like anxiety. but yesterday was a good day actually that morning i was feeling bad. There are less six months to exam, i have to be carefully

Saturday and Sunday have been unproductive,but i studied good during the week, i was focused on my studies. idk but it was weird. There were things that confused me(outside lessons), but I was still able to stay focused on my studies and I was motivated. I was not happy or unhappy, i was notr mostly. What I take from this is that I don’t need to be happy to do my work well. being not unhappy okay for me.

Actually, something happened on Friday night that bothered me and since then my motivation and my discipline dropped. But i have to back to workin, i studied today and yesterday but not that much.

And on the negative side ijerked of today and yesterday some chicks on yt i have to stop this
i need to solve something

the cycle end yesteray im in wahout. the next cycle, i will run EB for sure and KB but yesterday or today(idont remember clearly) i had a insight to run KBST2 because i thought stage1 began to be boring. but before begining my last cycle i was thinkin runing stage one for a long(4-5 cycls) time atleast for 3 cycles(i listened 2), and also i dont think i am healed from my sexual limitations,negative beliefs etc stage one should’ve done this. probably i’ll run stage2 for my next cycle them maybe i’ll back to stage one or keep running stage2. i’ll try and see.

and today also i have thought to drop Paragon and running Phoenix instead, for me it looks like bit risky but have to be succesful i think i have to take risk. i have limited time like 5-6 months. stacking EB,KB,Phoneix rather than EB,KB,Paragon can bring me closer to victory, iam little chaotic rn. whats the worst could happen if i drop paragon. i think i have to run phoenix for next cycle but i will think about this during washout. money will be a bit of a problem, but I have to do this if I’m going to be successful in the end. im physiıcally good now there ar some little issues but im okay.
actually i can run DRLD(i have this sub) for this purpose. but i feel like Phoenix would be more faster for effects and it has newer technology. and idont want to run DRLD too much.

I usually write negative things here, when will it turn around, it can’t always be like this

customs count as one title each.

Even if you have custom with 3 cores, its not actually 3 full scripts of 3 main titles. I would assume that they dont actually put all the scripts from each core into that custom. Just a portion.

Either way 1 custom = 1 title

This is not a good assumption. The core in the Q store is the same as the major title without Prime at the start.
There is no difference between them.

@AnswerGroup @Forum_Ambassadors i wanna ask something, i read about something stack rotation,so.
i ran 3subs at my last cycle, and now i wanna add new subliminal, iwill change my current one with the new sub. lets say i will drop paragon and replace with Phoenix. for this, should i wait additionally 7 days(after 5days washout) to listening phoenix. Is the point of doing this so that we don’t process the scripts of 4 subliminals at the same time?

if i run solo multistage title, lets say Khanst1, at the end of the cycle should i wait 12 days to run stage 2. or i can run stage 2 without additionally 7 days washout

The answers to everything you’ve proposed are ‘yes’.

Yes, you wait the additional 7 days to be safe.

Yes, the reason is to avoid processing 4 subliminals simultaneously.

Yes, for a solo multistage title you can run stage 2 without additionally 7 days washout.

You’ve understood it all accurately, to the best of my knowledge.

(I’ve never actually done the switching out of one title of my 3-sub stack. So I only understand this on the level of having read the instructions. Experience trumps theory. So you can pay attention to your actual experience as you try this, and see if there’s anything you want to adjust in the future.)
