My other custom used to have between 15-20 modules. And when I used them for 6 months, I often wasn’t able to feel all the modules.
That’s why I decided less is more.
I still encourage you to rethink your custom unless you want to build 4 customs with 4 different stages of QL
With or without Limitless and Emperor: Executive (core or essence) with Paragon might be a better fit
I personally never used E:E but you get the idea
Do that WHILE going through the QL stages
And don’t forget the IQ module

I’ve ran EE for half a year, Limitless for a couple of months. EE delivered half decent results. Limitless none. And EEs vanished soon after stopping listening to it.
That’s why I’m trying the QL1 route now.
And the other stages of QL might be interesting but the most important features are all in QL1.
Building structures in the prefrontal cortex, synchronizing the hemispheres, hormones, etc.
The other stages neither have this nor anything else that tackles the basic challenges of an ADHD brain.
Also I don’t need the IQ and cognitive booster.
I’m more than content with my IQ.
At university I got the best grades from the hardest professors. They were highly content.
Execution is my problem. I managed to get an A+ on seminars and exams, even when I only spent 2 days in preparation. But I never managed to complete a single term paper.
My problems lie solely in the limited executive functions and these are biologically caused. And these causes are covered by the custom I mentioned above.

@SaintSovereign @Fire Is this subliminal helpful with quitting addictions like smoking and alcoholism? Or do you reccomend different one for that particular issue, or a potential stack to deal with it most effectively?
Alright so I ran new Paragon last night before going to bed and slept better than I normally do and woke up an hour earlier than I normally do. I felt really good this morning after waking but about two hours after waking I suddenly felt really tired like I needed a nap which never happens to me. Almost felt like I was drugged I was so tired. So I laid down and slept for another couple of hours. I awoke from my nap and still felt super tired and still feel pretty groggy.
So I came here to see what others were experiencing but then I realized after reading the thread that apparently this title needs the updated listening instructions because I ran a full loop which I normally do with all my subs. I’m one of those strange people who don’t really experience recon if I do not over expose and also that running microloops are not more effective. Full loops seem to work best for me (I usually run two subs at full loops every other day with recommended washout periods).
But apparently this is no longer the case as running a full loop on new Paragon is SUPER POTENT. I don’t feel that it’s recon necessarily, it just feels like it’s MUCH MORE effective. So for the first time I will have to bring my listening duration down into microloops.
For the record I did read the listening instructions with new Paragon before using but yeah the listening instructions for Paragon definitely need to be updated!
. It’s good all though as I feel really good and feel super relaxed now but it can knock you out with a full loop.
Incredible work with this release and so psyched that new Paragon is finally here!

My focus was on optimizing Parsifal’s hardware/ADHD stack based on my results, but let’s keep the signal-to-noise ratio high for Paragon.
Since we’re back on track - Parsifal raised a great point about specific Paragon combos.
I’d love to hear the team’s official recommendations on this.
It would be high-value blueprinting for everyone here.

Love this updated Paragon and will definitely be running it for the long term 
I currently have a custom with Paragon Complete and I also have the modules SPS: Nervous System and SPS: Endocrine system, since I have a dysregulated nervous system, chronic fatigue, autism etc.
Was considering to add SPS: Skeletal, as I’ve developed bad knees in the last few months too.
Something that really struck me about the new Paragon is how elegant, holistic and balanced it is.
It’s got me to wondering whether adding those modules to the new Paragon would still be a good idea or just overkill or unbalancing. But then, I know you generally always say that modules can still be used with updated titles. So I don’t know… just curious to hear your thoughts and recommendations on that one.
For the record, I’ve run QL stage 1, DR: Regeneration and Paragon Complete, and between them, I somehow managed a partial recovery from chronic fatigue and the dysregulated nervous system (although I had a relapse due to taking on too many family commitments too soon, so working my way slowly back up again now).
I couldn’t say which subs were most effective in that as the effect just kind of crept up on me after 6 months or so 
This sub is going to be a main sub for a lot of people ngl. Today I was a BEAST at work I was moving so damn fast and my reflexes and overall coordination increased a lot! Had a lot more stamina overall too.
You didn’t find it made you tired after use? Or did you run it the night before?

I did a 30 second microloop last night, have much better focus overall and can concentrate longer and harder at work today. Mental stamina has also increased
I didn’t know i needed it, but after today maybe a week on paragon would be better overall for me

@SaintSovereign - the masked mp3 file is named “Subliminal Club - Paragon-Feb-2026-Masked-And-Ultrasonic ZP (Masked)”.
The “Masked-And-Ultrasonic” part of the file name makes me wonder if it has both elements or it’s a typo coming from naming the zip file. Even though it is later specified “(Masked)”, hope it doesn’t confuse new users.
EDIT: I didn’t look at the Ultrasonic file name cause I delete it after unzip.
