I’m blown away by how I feel after having listened to a full loop in terms of the usual symptoms of recon or overexposure I sometimes experience.
I don’t want to write paragraphs so to resume in one word this sub could be called ‘Anti Recon Core’.
I’m buzzing with balance, not too much and not too little, I was intently listening to my body and energy to see if I could spot signs of overwhelm, processing, etc.
What I’m sensing is a constant recalibration of my nervous system so I’m at perfect peace at every moment.

I’m describing it to @Fire as feeling “immersed in life.” Very present in the moment, very relaxed. A shockingly strong urge to work. It feels very engaging.

@SaintSovereign : I will probably finish running Khan in February 2026. Then I plan on taking one month off any subs (for integration and planning). Should I run Regeneration for rest and relaxation or it is better to just take a month off?

I’ll have to see more of the results on DR: Regeneration first before I can answer this. As you know, the initial results are always a bit more prominent than the ones that come with later sustained usage. My first inclination would be to say yes – give a try. However, I want to see results arising from sustained use. I doubt much will change, but just in case.

Jumped right in with a full loop (after having been on an extended washout) and about two hours now after running.
It REALLY does feel like a spa experience. Lol. I feel warm and cozy and relaxed. Noticing a definite decrease in lifelong tension that lives in my shoulders and neck. It will be interesting to see if this tension continues to actually let go and relax.
I wonder now what the deeper aspects of healing are going to be like. Thank you so much for making this!

I’m cooking dinner and as I’m trying to write some more, I’m sensing and as I’m sensing I feel like I’m slowly falling into myself, and as I do so I also sense emotions in the depth, I’ve been feeling small soft waves of deep emotions coming up, not enough to burst out crying but just enough to make my eyes a little moist and there’s a sense of deep beauty, freedom, joy and liberation slowly rising up as I feel myself falling deeper within.
This feels like the sub I had been waiting for, not too much fluff and fireworks, a simple but deep dive into myself, into the ground, the roots of my being, in a very safe and supported way.

No. It means to relax and self-reflect a bit more, which activates the tools that come with Dragon Reborn: Regeneration. We can update that pro-tip if it’s confusing. I rushed parts of the copy to get it out on time.

Given the universality of this title and its very interesting mode of expression, don’t be afraid to try stacking it with titles that may not seem synergistic immediately. The first thing that popped in my head was Emperor Black + DR: Regeneration.
The second – Wanted (or Wanted Black) + DR: Regeneration. Or for those in engage in active approach, Primal Seduction (or Primal) + DR: Regeneration. Can you say, “approach anxiety annihilator?”
I’m thinking Primal Nights or RotNW + DR: Regeneration would lead to better control and a much more pleasurable experience.
All of the wealth and business titles would benefit. Those doing sales would get great benefit just from the calmness and clarity.
RoS and the other titles in the Unfolding / Revelation series – first impression is that it would ground the experience a bit more, but enhance enjoyment of the ride.

Didn’t expect that aura in there as well. Should overlap with the GLM aura in interesting ways. On GLM, I immediately got people to straightforwardly tell me that they trust me, sometimes within minutes of meeting for the first time.
Combine this with

And you could become quite the therapeutic experience for others as well.

My first thought upon reading the copy was that this would be incredible to stack with spiritual titles. If you think about what is involved with most meditation methods, it should help a lot with that. And if you add an “earthing” title to this like the current GLM or Earth, you really have a solid stack to advance in for many years.
