I was thinking of running a microloop every few days. I ran one today (Tuesday) so the next loop would be Friday
I’ve been spacing my loops out like that for a while. I honestly didn’t think much of it but it feels like the rest time between is almost more important than the loops themselves

Regeneration still has the old image on the Name Embedded Custom Selection page, and Dragon Reborn: Regeneration is not on the list yet.

I know that likely, the Regeneration module has already been replaced by the rewritten title, but this might confuse people.

Ran 30s about an hr ago

Physically it feels like the calm I get after a nice hike or walk.

With the calm comes more bodily awareness and the very fact I exist. I know that sounds weird, but I definitely have a habit of dissociating from my body and it’s like I’m there but I’m not.

Some really deep sadness popping up. Normally when I have emotions like this I can feel a sort of judgement or like I’m doing something wrong or need to handle it better. I don’t know how to describe it, but that knee jerk reaction to get away isn’t there.

You may have become so practiced at pushing through pain that the idea of creating an inner sanctuary feels foreign, even indulgent.

Am I the only one reading this copy and thinking this is kind of underwhelming? Where is the cutting edge? Where is the pushing the boundaries? Feels like the Temu version of an Asian Spa Retreat surrounded by Bonsai trees, but at the end of it I don’t get a rub and tug.

Just ran my first loop. Within the very first few seconds i felt tingling sensations all over my body which reminded me of KB st1 but those felt different… as if multiple tiny strings are unknotting… within minutes i felt the spa effect which i explored… for me it felt like a modern spa with ancient aesthetics in a large cave

The relaxing effect is really something. I feel like i’m home at my grandpas house in Iraq… the only place i’ve ever truly felt safe at with a family i rarely get to see living living continents away and all

When i meditated. I felt deeper and deeper into deep mental stillness. Just chilling in that cave. Without a thought of the world. Just present… Like i owe it to myself

After washout in few days. Im running this with KB + Hero Earth…
