Were you running microloops of AoH? I might do a 30 second loop with Khan ST2 today… (or SSX, haven’t decided yet).
Edit: note: I ran two small loops of this when it first came out along with a WB/RotNW custom, and I feel it might’ve been counterproductive for the romance results I was getting, but maybe I was just overloaded.

I realized after writing todays journal entry how much this title is reflected:
I listened to GHJ 5 or 6 full loops since its release.
In the spirit of LBFH, I wanted to mention a book. It’s called Mind Hacking Happiness, there are 2 volumes. But I just wanted to put it out there and see what happens if somebody read that book along with GHJ.
I did my first loop of AOH yesterday morning. I stacked it with Khan, not knowing what to expect. It was a beautiful experience.
This morning, I wrote of doing my first loop of AOH yesterday. I felt bodily discomfort about an additional experience, so I created a separate post.
While writing that separate post, I realized why I was uncomfortable. I’m on Khan St.2, and the dominance push clashed with childhood beliefs that being dominant would prevent (my mom) from loving me.
I was right in the middle of talking with a woman and that conflict rose up. I began forcing smiles.
But yes, I saw that easily while writing. Normally I’d be locked up in my gut. AOH made identifying that incredibly easy.
AOH is a real gift. Truly.
Is there a summary of book anywhere
I throw in a aoh loop sometimes into my khan st2 drr4 to ease up and relax. Thinking of downloading some comedy like old Simpson seasons while on aoh to relax and integrate the mass inner work done.

I’ve been experiencing this since washing out:

I have regained a sense of joy in doing chores at home. Having a clean and organized space has me feeling more joy and happiness.
I’ve been really focused on how much my mindset is flexible/adaptable, while also stretching and expanding it. Noticing when others are in a fixed mindset and curious how I can support them with that.

It’s having me really go deep. I just finished my 3rd listening day paired with LBFH.
I realize where I was settling and playing small, while also feeling gratitude and love for those experiences, including people who likely came into my life to shake me up and then departure.
Instead of “why would he want me?” I have shifted it to “why wouldn’t he want me?” 
I am referring to a high-caliber high value man. I’ve had my eyes on one YouTuber for several years now who has ideal partner qualities.
I sat with myself last night pondering on why I have dated certain types of men who really don’t want the kind of life I have aimed for and am working towards.
I knew prioritizing the objectives of these 2 titles combined would be of great importance for me before I embark on my next journey.
